Fantastic experience: Having dental work done is my least favorite thing to do. Every time I have gone to Redmond Dental it has been a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Have had extensive dental work and always hated it, tried many different practices and this is by far the best treasure kept right here in Redmond. Kudos to the entire team, this business hosts an incredible environment and makes dental care a breeze.

Negative experience: Not sure what all the good reviews are about with nice staff? I brought my 28 yr old daughter in for multiple teeth extraction and of course to take her home as well because she obviously can't drive. We're checking in and the receptionist with blond hair and caked on makeup turns to me and says: You're staying here right? I said yes but I'll probably run to Dutch Bros a couple blocks down real quick and come right back once they take her back. The receptionist said: No, you can't do that! I actually thought she was joking. She then proceeded to say: You cant leave the building the whole time your daughter is here.......in a snarky voice. I kinda looked at her strangely like she's not kidding because of her demeanor. The receptionist then proceeded to say: I can ask the Dr if you have time to go to Dutch, I knew she wasn't kidding anymore. I said, never mind, I'll just got sit and be held hostage. Her snarky OK in a high pitched voice confirmed my decision to write this review. The lady that came out to get my daughter was nice but she asked for my phone number, I said well I can't leave the building so I'm right here if there's an emergency but gave it to her anyway. I also have to use the restroom but afraid to ask if I can even leave the lobby waiting area. Uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I use Gilmore dental and they're phenomenal however, they do not take my husband's insurance so I was actually going to get information for him as a possible patient at Redmond Dental but the search will continue as Redmond dental will not be on our map now. I had multiple extractions and my husband was allowed to leave to go get my prescription and a Dutch, no problem. Gilmore dental is the place to go! Unlike this office, they're not cold, treat you like family, know you by 1st name when you walk in and they even have pinball machines for the waiting area. Here at Redmond dental, Im looking over at a Dr. Suess book. I am speaking on the poor receptionist service. Pretty sure she just hates her life or career but in any event, a simple: Oh, I'm sorry you may have not known you're not supposed to leave the building while your daughter is back there incase of emergencies. Not, No.......you cant leave the building without explanation. She could have went 5 other different ways to communicate with me but she chose the rudest way possible. P.S......as I'm about done typing this, I hear the same receptionist on the phone with another patients asking if someone is going to stay here with you? Because a lot of people come in assuming they can run errands and come, you can go out to the car and sit but you have to remain here. Well geez, I was told I couldn't leave the building so I do believe sitting in your car is leaving the building? So cool, apparently I'm the only one that can't leave the building. Another P.S...... My daughter said the girls were rude to her too until the Dr came in. She had never experienced any of this until today.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear and im still struggling to come back but the woman that worked on my daughter was a saint! She was so friendly, kind and patient, I wish she was my dental hygienist. From the experience I have managed to go they were respectful, understanding and nice. I just have an real fear of dental procedures. I love the front door staff, they are good at making you feelinging welcome and heard. They have a friendly tone. (except one! Not a fan of her.) Other then that highly recommend this place. Also parking lit is small.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. Great experience. Both the x-ray specialist and dentist answered several questions that I had. They also identified a metal fragment in a chronically painful area of my gums, something that dentists elsewhere had overlooked. Redmond Dental Group is one of the last dental practices in Central Oregon that continues to provide dental care to VA eligible disabled veterans. I am very grateful to the owner and his staff for their commitment to veterans.

Fantastic experience: I am a little Dentist shy, so as soon as I walked in the door I immediately felt at ease. Starting with the front desk ladies...very sweet and accommodating. Then, the scariest part...to the chair! I was greeted and felt at ease immediately. Gentle and professional! From the techs to the Dentist...they were the best. Negative experience: One of the worst detal offices dont go here the rude front end staff the owner dont care about people over priced bad staff very unprofessional staff waited a long time to get an appointment and they canceled the last minute they're supposed to do a cleaning but they want to make 4 appointments to do cleanings why can't they just do it all in one appointment just a way of scamming money out of the insurance probably had a cavity on my wisdom tooth that they knew about for a year and never fixed cuz they want to pull it/extract it they could fix it but they don't want to probably all about the insurance money to extract it

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office, kind, capable, gentle staff. The kicker, I had a crown placed by another dentist, spontaneously pop off. Redmond Dental got me right in, I mean, how long will it take you to drive here right now, right in!!! They may end up having to make a new crown eventually, but for now, I can still eat!! Love Redmond Dental!!!

I started going to Dr. Higbee 35 years ago and see Dr Kellyn and love everybody in the practice. It’s outstanding! And Dr Kellyn takes such extra good care of me because of my CRPS and my oral auto immune disease. I am so grateful to her.

I spent 10 yrs trying to figure out how to have all this incredibly expensive dental work!! 3 implants I was told… Very long story short, I found Max at Redmond Dental and he didn’t see any need for any implants, he did everything for a small fraction of what I’d been quoted. What a huge relief!! My teeth look beautiful!! If you’ve been quoted rediculas prices, make him your 2nd opinion. They don’t make dentists like him anymore.

Which has made me appreciative. Recently I had a development over a weekend. I called them at 8AM Monday morning. They got me even though they were very busy and short handed. They took care of my issue all the time wearing a smile. Their attitude and kindness really made it enjoyable, if you can say that about going to the dentist. I left a happy satisfied person. The girls up front used to watch over my son when he was a newborn when I was in appointments. They've watched me and my son both grow up over the years. It's just a great group of people that really care about their patients. I would and have recommended many people to them. I wouldn't go to any other dentist

My experience was defined by a staggering lack of professional care and a complete disregard for patient well-being. The clinical treatment felt rushed and incompetent, leaving me more concerned about my health than when I arrived. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly rude; from the moment you check in, you’re met with eye-rolling, snappy responses, and a general attitude that suggests your presence is a nuisance. A dental visit is stressful enough without having to endure a hostile environment and subpar medical standards. Save yourself the frustration and the potential for a botched procedure by finding a practice that actually values its patients.

Norah made certain both kids had a great experience and now they want to go back to get all the “sugar bugs” out of their teeth. Fantastic experience: Never thought I would give a positive review for getting a tooth pulled, but here it is. My doctor and her assistant were great. They made sure I was as comfortable as was possible under the circumstances. It’s never a pleasant experience to get an extraction, but their kindness and professionalism surely helped. Also, the ladies at the front desk are the best.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist because a crown in the back lost a piece of the outer porcelain. The doctor looked at it and decided it didn’t need to be replaced which saved me nearly $1000 since I had very little insurance money left this year. She just grinded the rough edges so they would be smooth. In and out and nothing else needed. I had a very good experience.
