Fantastic experience: Dr. Stern was incredibly helpful when I needed it most. My crown fell off and I didnt know who to call in an emergent situation. Dr. Stern answered the phone personally, agreeing to see me well past closing time. I was a new patient and he took me without question. He was patient, kind and thorough. At the slightest moments of discomfort, he stopped to give extra medication, breaks, etc. I can not thank you enough for your humility and humanity, Dr. Stern.

Fantastic experience: When you see a dentist you're at their mercy to trust their advice as well as their skill. Dr. Stern and his staff provide both. Whether it has been emergency or routine care, I know that I'm receiving great care. His staff is professional, courteous and experienced in helping to navigate and help coordinate with insurance issues. Dr. Stern works well with his dental hygenist in applying comprehensive and multifaceted skills in his modern approaches to dental care. When necessary, he works well with oral surgeons regarding follow up and restoritive treatment. His practice is not a factory. He doesn't rush and patients are made to feel comfortable. I have experienced everything I have written about here. I continue to see Dr. Stern and highly recommend him and his staff for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Stern and the staff at Great Neck Dental Arts. He called me the day before my first appointment to introduce himself and find out about my dental needs. I have never had a doctor do this before. I felt I found a great place and I was right! I got a wonderful cleaning from the hygienist and excellent care from Dr Stern, having 5 crowns that weren't done well from other providers replaced. I even had an unexpected root canal on one of the teeth. All with no pain. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: So I never write reviews but I felt this was important to share. I have been a long time patient a very long time of Dr. Jeffrey Rubin. And now that Dr. Ruben has moved on Dr. Stern is the new dentist they have a new staff and a new hygienist. I am not one that likes change but I made a decision to stick with this practice and give them a chance. So I went for a recent cleaning and I was informed that’s some changes in my dental health are a cocern with them I was a little apprehensive but something was telling me to just give it a chance and listen to what they had to say. I think it was one of the best decisions I’ve made as we only get one set of teeth and preventative care seems to be An important thing on their list for their patients. They were extremely accommodating as I took off of work to be there and we proceeded to do some deeper cleaning that was necessary in order to preserve the health of my teeth so that I would not have the issues that could prevail down the road. Dr. Stern was very easy to talk to very helpful open minded patient and willing to listen to my concerns as well. His new dental hygienist Jessica Was amazing I had the best cleaning of my life she promised me it wouldn’t hurt and it didn’t. They didn’t even have to use needles in my mouth which I don’t like to begin with. So if there’s anyone else out there that feels the way I do about change and oral health I highly recommend this practice. I want to say thank you to the staff the new staff that’s working there they are very patient and very accommodating and I very much appreciate all that they did to help me today get through my visit….

Most importantly is they identify all aspects of current and future oral health you are facing or might face in the future, and provide all your options for addressing the issues, even squeezing you in on short notice to make sure and issues are addressed quickly.

Fantastic experience: My experience started making an emergency phone call on a Thursday morning. The team was so positive were able to set up an emergency appointment for the same day. Dr. Daniel Stern. saw me and referred me to a endodontist, specialist Dr. Harry Einbender, who was equally professional and caring. It's clear that this is a great team, led by a great manager in a great location in Great Neck.
