Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul and his staff are great. They make you feel at ease and they truly care about your health, not just your teeth. They have a lot of options for appointment times, which makes it easy to get in for cleanings and other work when you have a busy schedule. Office staff is helpful with appointments and insurance issues. Both my kids feel comfortable when getting cleanings and the hygienists are very good with kids and make them feel welcome and relaxed. Paul is a true professional and knows his stuff. He is Michelangelo when it comes to crowns and veneers. He is straight with you when it comes to issues and presents you all the options when it comes to treatments. Very professional at all times, but also fun to talk with, the entire staff is.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Palliser since 2009. It was such a relief to find a dentist that was willing to watch things rather than aggressively drill and fill. I’ve never left his office wondering if a procedure was unnecessary. My husband and children are also patients here and we all have had great experiences. I would like to add that when I had a dental issue while I was out of the country volunteering for 2 months in Winter of 2023, Dr. Palliser made himself available to video conference with me and help problem solve the issue I was having. I felt Dr. Palliser went above and beyond to help me in this instance and I genuinely appreciated his concern for me. I’m 54 years old now and chose Dr. Palliser to be my permanent dentist immediately after my first visit way back when I was in my 20’s. Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Palliser and his team are great. During the pandemic it became difficult to keep up with my regular cleanings with my previous dentist and because I'm prone to plague build up, I found myself needing another Periodontal cleaning. No fun, but necessary. Dr. Palliser listened to my concerns about why I left my other dentist and reassured me I wouldn't experience the same discomfort with him and his team. So far he's kept his word. Dr. Palliser is an open book when it comes to my oral health. He walked me through the procedure and explained nearly every step of what he needed to do while I was in the chair. Afterward he and his nurse Linda made sure I understood the issues I faced and what my 'at home' work was going to be while away. Very through and patient during the entire process. I am now on my way to a much healthier mouth, each visit since the periodontal cleaning is seemingly getting better and better and I'm glad I'm getting things sorted now now verses after things went too far. The rest of his staff is pleasant as well. Dawn, their remote support is great at keeping me in the know regarding costs and payments, and the other front desk personnel are soft spoken and kind. I hope to continue my oral health journey with the doctor and his team for years to come.
