Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient, first appointment the other day but meeting him for the first time he made me feel comfortable. I'm a first time mom my daughters a few years old now but most of my pregnancy I was unaware of my pregnancy about 7 months saying this I wasn't taking prenatals she ate at my teeth I'd never had any cavities before her I had her at 30, I had 8 my first dentist experience after giving birth it's been down hill with my teeth ever since the last dentist I saw made me feel uncomfortable it's been difficult as a new mom to address many concerns on myself my dental work being one. I shared this story my first visit and stated it's been something uncomfortable for me to go through told me it was common he'd seem it before. Like I said it's been hard for me but im ready to get my smile back together and feel like a better me. So I'd definitely recommend especially to others who might've felt like I did after childbirth. He seemed like a good guy I didn't feel judged and that today is a nice feeling cause usually wherever I am it's the opposite of that no matter what I'm doing.

They keep me busy while they are working on my teeth.I am not scared to enter his office because I know he is a kind and gentle dentist and he does not hurt me. THanks Dr. Wagner!!

Negative experience: Had my daughter get a second opinion for dental work here. They referred me to a dentist to do the work since she was really young. They had an issue with the payment that day but took down the info to the card. The card was charged and I have confirmation from the credit card company that it was paid. A month later they sent me a bill. A lady at the front desk said she sees the bill is paid and to ignore the letter. It's been months later and I just got another bill for that same day and amount with them threatening to send it to collections. The bill was paid and now they are charging me again!

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen this dentist but the woman I spoke with, Terri, stayed on the phone with me for 15+ minutes answering all of my wide variety of questions, the majority of other offices I've spoken with haven't even wanted to discuss procedural costs let alone spending any time reassuring me that they can help. give Terri a raise and a bonus immediately.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Peter Gontarz. He was very knowledgeable and explained what options I had for my TMJ discomfort. He had great “chair side manners” and made all his patients feel comfortable. Hygienist Taja was great too as she used the water descaler which is more comfortable and a little faster. Joanne and the are friendly.

He listened to me and then gave me the pros and the cons of what I wanted done and then we made the best decision. I’ve never came across a dentist like him, he’s real. Negative experience: Dr. Wagner was very rude and nasty to me. It was unwarranted. I am not sure if he had a bad day or what. He also had to redo a filling on the top right side of my mouth. I had more pain after leaving his office than before going in. Do not go here. You will regret it.

Fantastic experience: I like Dr. Wagner and the technicians who work there. They are careful, listen to your concerns, and are flexible. They will use nitrous oxide if the patient asks for it without making you feel guilty. I know others who also take care of their dental needs at this office, and they have had a good experience with Dr. Wagner and the team also.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommend Peter Gontarz for any sort of dental work you may need. Went to a different dentist who tried to scam me out of money, Peter cleared me right up. Explained my conditions and how to improve them and got me all settled up. Couldn't ask for a better dentist, lucky I found them after my previous poor experience

Fantastic experience: Just finished up my second appointment with them and I cannot express how AMAZING they are! I was so nervous it was ridiculous and they made the whole experience so much better and they are so nice and personable. I'm glad I found them!

Positive experience: The office was nice and clean. The dentist was nice, talkative, and was clearly in a much better mood that the rest of the staff. However, the assistant that helped before my exam was rude, unknowledgeable and physically rough. She started working and putting her fingers in my mouth without warning, letting me know, or asking me to open my mouth. When she examined my problematic tooth she made assumptions about what the problem might be before giving me an x-ray or waiting for the dentist. (She told me I had a filling that might require a tooth to be replaced. Which was proven to be not the case under further examination by the dentist.) I asked her if my problem might be from my previous braces and she replied “you never know.” She ripped my glasses off my face with was extremely disorienting, and hit me in the eye with an x-ray tool! Since I didn’t have my glasses on and couldn’t see, I jumped back and audibly gasped. The tech instantly caught an attitude about my reaction and told me she was “just going to put it in my mouth” and when I explained that the edge of the tool hit me in the face, she replied, “well, it’s going by your eye.” and did NOT apologize afterwards. I will not be coming back to this office.
