Fantastic experience: Carly took great care of me today during my visit

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Zone last week with my son and daughter. As a mom of an autistic child, it means so much to find a dental office where the staff is patient, understanding, welcoming, and makes your children feel comfortable. Dental Assistants Jazmine and Adrienne did a great job and were so kind and patient with my children. Shaunna at the front desk was very welcoming from the moment we arrived, and Dr. Candice was absolutely AMAZING! She was gentle, caring, patient, and made the entire experience so much easier for both of my children. I truly appreciate the kindness and compassion everyone showed our family. Having a positive dental experience, especially with a child who may need a little extra patience and understanding, means more than they know. I would definitely recommend Children’s Dental Zone to other families. Thank you, Dr. Candice, Jazmine, Adrienne, and Shaunna for taking such great care of my babies! ❤️

The dental assistant Carly was just as wonderful ; kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and helped make the visit stress-free. The entire team was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and inviting. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I started bringing my first child to CDZ 18 years ago, she is 23 now. All 3 of my children have always had great treatment and excellent care, my youngest, his anxiety kicks in everytime he walks through the door but by the time we leave the appt, he is cool and calm. Our dental assistant (Carly Rae) today was excellent, she talked my child through his cleaning and X-rays and helped him face a fear. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been loyal patients of Children’s Dental Zone since my twin daughters were tiny, and now that they’re teens, Trilogy Teen Dental has been just as incredible. Dr. Candi is truly one of a kind — warm, gentle, and amazing with kids. Dr. Elster at the teen office is fantastic: kind, thorough, and so easy for teens to trust. And Ebony deserves her own spotlight! As the Invisalign coordinator and expert, who explained everything clearly, took photos, and broke down expectations, costs, and insurance in a way that made the whole process stress‑free. We left excited and ready to start the Invisalign process. We love this entire team — five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: No star.. I hated this money-hungry place. They charge you for changing an appointment the same day, but the dentist can cancel on you the day of and you won’t be reimbursed. On top of that, my son’s treatment has been delayed for over 6 months, and they kept using “insurance not responding” as an excuse instead of actually resolving the issue. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating, especially when it comes to a child’s care. I would not recommend them to any new clients and suggest looking elsewhere…

Fantastic experience: We usually see Dr. Wakefield and this morning got to work with Dr. Elster. My daughter is naturally not the biggest fan of the Dentist, so the kindness and patience of the staff today, especially dental assistant Jolonda, is so appreciated. Dr. Elster was so sweet and super informative, Jolonda was knowledgeable during the cleaning and friendly throughout the appointment. It really goes a long way from a mom with a nervous kiddo.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids had appointments today and I can say Shanice was top tier. My son is 5 and still not use to the dentist but Shanice did her thing! My son came in already upset and crying but when we go to the back Shanice helped calm him down and took over and told me to sit back she got this. He calmed down and was the most calmest since he’s been at the dentist and I really appreciate that from her. He got his teeth cleaned and pictures taken with no problem. Thank you again Shanice.

Dr. Candy and her staff take intentional steps to keep them safe and healthy! I'm especially grateful for each of them. Our experience has always been met with the utmost respect and professionalism. From the front desk staff, hygienist and the doctor they are kind professional and personal. Today we got to spend time with Daniya, Adrianne and Dr. Giles. My daughter was extremely scared of the dentist, and they made her feel so comfortable that she’s no longer afraid to go. When Dr. Candy realized how far we had driven, she kindly cleared time in her schedule to complete my daughter’s filling the same day, which meant so much to us. They are also very flexible with payment plans, which is incredibly helpful for families. Not only did they take amazing care of my daughter, but they also gave me comfort as a parent by explaining every step of the process in detail. Hands down the best pediatric dentist experience we have ever had. We are so grateful!
