Fantastic experience: Dr. Ausmer has been my dentist since at least 2011. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve had my share of dental work and he’s fixed every issue I’ve had. I’ve never experienced any pain. My bridge came out a couple of weeks ago, and he fixed it with no problem. The staff is excellent. The office is very comfortable and nice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Dr.Ausmer ‘s office . The moment you walk into the office you can feel a sense of being .The office smells great ! The front office staff welcomes you and makes you feel like part of their office family . They are very professional and nice . The professionalism does not stop at the front office , but behind the office in the service rooms . The staff again “welcomes ” you and ask you if you are okay, as they navigate the service you are getting . The customer service is so great it is just phenomenal ! I had a filling completed today I have gone to many dentists in my life time , but Dr. Ausmer, is the only dentist that I have ever know to give you a shot in your mouth and you don’t even feel it at all ! He greets you once he enters the room with a pleasant conversation . His is very efficient in completing his work in a timely manner . He keeps you abreast in every step of his procedure , which is very respectful to the patient . You don’t have to sit there in the chair and wonder what he is doing ! Dr. Ausmer , I know that I am a new patient , but I will say this , “ first impressions are lasting ones “. Continue to keep up the great work that you are doing ! Dr. Ausmer , not just for yourself , but the service that you are offering to the community. I highly recommend Dr. Ausmer , he is a great dentist ! I actually didn’t even want to leave the office after my service was completed! Today on April 9th , upon entering the office , as I have said earlier , in previous comments the atmosphere is always welcoming . The staff is beyond friendly , professional and always greet you with a smile and a hello . The office always smell great ! Dr.Ausmer wife , is a beautiful person no one is stranger to her . She addresses you by your name demonstrating in how she values her patients in building relationships ! Dr. Ausmer , himself continues to create a positive environment within his office . He comes into the room with a great , positive and friendly attitude by greeting you with a great smile and personality ! Dr . Ausmer is a great doctor and he has a great practice ! Fantastic experience: Dr Ausmer pays close attention to details, he’s very methodical about his work. He’s not rough with his clients he takes his time and allows the patient time to regroup during the consultation. He’s very astute when examining the patient’s teeth and He possesses exceptional expertise in examining patients’ teeth and provides valuable recommendations for preventive measures. I would definitely recommend him as a dentist. Be patient as everyone is trying to acquire him as their doctor.

I received a warm welcome by the receptionist who answered my questions professionally and timely. The dental assistant, Ms. D, was personable and thoroughly explained what I should expect and she delivered. And then there was Dr Ausmer.....excellent communicator and a natural teacher. Maintenence and prevention were the themes associated with my visit and I walked away inspired to apply best practices that were encouraged by Dr Ausmer. I am confident that I will have the brightest smile in Missouri within the next year.

Negative experience: Called months in advance to have my insurance checked and to schedule an appointment. Requested an appointment for regular checkup and cleaning and requested if possible can I have my fillings done also. I was told yes, it would be possible they would be able to do multiple service during the appointment for me since I knew what I needed done and called in time of the new calendar opening for scheduling. I also made another appointment for my significant other. I was told to come earlier than my scheduled appointment time so I could get everything done. Fast forward, we're here for our appointment. We arrive at 9:30 am, the first appointment is at 10am no one comes to grab us until 10:12am. Xrays are taken and I'm seated. Long story short. No work completed outside of xrays, no cleaning, no fillings, just a sell on getting an implant. It's 11:37am time wasted and back to the front I go. I've been scheduled to return for 2 separate appointments. Thankfully the significant other got a deep cleaning. If you're wondering yes I'm disappointed!

Positive experience: I always have a good experience at this dentist office. My only issues today were: 1. They assumed I had my crown that fell off. When I called to make the appointment I wasn’t told to keep it. 2. They suggested I pay $900 out of pocket for everything included in the crown replacement service. I am a single parent, I don’t have money to spare. I’ve had over 3 surgeries. NEVER has a doctor suggested I pay out of pocket then get a reimbursement from the insurance company. NEVER has a doctor asked me for my portion before the insurance company is billed. I need for all dental offices to do a preauthorization before my dental service is done. Do not ask me about the dental credit to help with payments. People already have enough debt as it is. Bill me after the insurance company has done their part.

Today I was scheduled for a root canal and Dr. Ausmer after doing a test and review of my tooth and gums decided not to do a root canal but repair the front tooth with a filling.
