Negative experience: If your appearance isn’t the ideal Utahn look, avoid coming here. Every employee and the dentist himself will make sure to make you feel uncomfortable about anything different about yourself. I’ve tried to give them chances, but I will never come back. The comments about my appearance weren’t the only thing, I was overly touched & it made me feel uneasy. I can only hope that after this review they can learn how to be professional and work with people and not pinpoint what is different about their clients trying to be endearing. It’s rude & has nothing to do with the service itself. I do not recommend this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Tuft for a couple of years now and I just love the dentist experience in his office. He is extremely thorough and detailed while checking my mouth. I felt comfortable and confident as he explained what he was doing. I love his hygienist!! She is so thorough with my teeth cleaning. All the office staff is friendly and took the extra time to help me schedule 2 different appointments. Every time I leave I feel that I just received my best dental cleaning ever. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I have severe fibro and have avoided the dentist too long. Dr Condie and his staff are incredibly professional and kind. I told him my concerns and have never had a better experience at a dental office in my life. I've had 3 appointments and they knew to give me time between to fully recover, fibro makes dental work a trial. Today they knew exactly how to treat my body to give me pain free fillings. There are not enough words to explain how positive this experience is. He will be my dentist for life. Thank you to your entire team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Condie saved my two front teeth. I was at a different dentist office and they recommended that I have both front teeth replaced with veneers because one needed a root canal. All that I could think of is Wilson, from the movie Dennis the Menace, with his two chicle teeth that stood out like a red stoplight in the dark. Needless to say, I was very nervous. I spoke with Dr Condie and he told me to get a root canal and keep my teeth. He referred me to a colleague and the root canal went great! Then he filled in my permanent filling. Long story short, I still have my two front teeth and Dr Condie is my new dentist. He prioritized my best interest instead of what would pay him the highest dollar. He’s a good guy and runs an honest practice.

He treats you like a friend would rather than a checklist to get through: listens, explains things thoroughly in a way that I can understand (to me not just to the hygienists and assistants) and obviously genuinely cares (As does the entire office staff). Out of all of my medical professionals he is the best at being non-intimidating, listening, and not rushing through. The hygienists are super smart too, and it always feels like a really good thorough cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tuft is absolutely the best dentist ever! I’ve been going to him for over 10 years. His office staff is amazing and very cordial and accommodating. Everyone is there to serve the patient’s needs even in emergency situations. Once I was traveling in Arizona and chipped a temporary cap and he made emergency arrangements for a dentist friend of his close to where I was who fixed it (without charge) until I could return home for Dr Tuft is put the permanent crown on. He is the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Condie took a very in-depth interest in figuring out the best way to repair my emergency situation. I have never had a dentist explain test results and options with such focus, and take the amount of time he took to check, recheck, and check again. And all of this on a same-day, last minute, new patient emergency visit. When my appointment was over the front staff rallied around me, calling in referrals & setting up the quickest way to tackle my emergency. All this while they were past closing time! The woman who had initially taken my call rallied for me by requesting immediate calls from the referred endodontist so I could fill the soonest possible cancellation. That never happens! VERY Impressed with my experience.

Fantastic experience: My Root Canal Procedure was nearly painless. From start to finish I was in the patient chair just under two hours, but it flew by. They provided a neck pillow.They provided a choice of movie/show to watch over head with easy to use adjustable volume headphones set. The laughing gas administration allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed. Didn't leave feeling groggy or dizzy after the laughing gas. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Condie was very kind and thorough throughout the procedure. Highly Recommend this office in Springville Utah if you're in search for a Dentist
