Negative experience: This place has gone down hill since Dr. Heywood left. And during our last visit, the treatment plan coordinator told us that the work that they were doing was going to be covered by insurance, and then a few months later they sent us a bill for the full price. I told them that it should have been covered by insurance but they said they made a mistake when running the insurance info and that we were liable to cover the mistake. They have been threatening to send us to collections because of their negligence when running the treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: We are so happy with Mapleton Dentristy. They were so patient with my wild boys, particularly one that struggles with sensory sensitivities and we had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jackson and staff were friendly and ready to provide service at 7:00 a.m. Great hours for early risers who have other commitments in the morning. Very attentive and explained in detail and gave options for treatments. Dr Jackson actually recommended a fillng as opposed to a new crown that would cost substantially more. A previous dentist said I needed a crown which shows to me that Dr Jackson wants to provide the best care without trying to get you to spend the most amount of money. Also, if I did happen to need a crown, they provide same day service so I don't have to wait around for 2 weeks wearing a temporary crown. I respect his professionalism and the caring staff around him. I would highly recommend this dental facility.

Fantastic experience: I usually get anxious when going to the Dentist, but everyone here is so friendly and professional it is a pleasure to come in! Today Dr. Jackson found a small cavity, he fixed it fast with no pain or discomfort. At my last appointment Dr. Jackson fixed a crown I had, he improved on the work my previous dentist did and Dr. Jackson’s crown is absolutely perfect! This group is very special, when I come here I feel zero anxiety or nervousness. I recommended my mother come here and now she loves the team too.

Fantastic experience: The other day I was questioning my recovery of Oral Surgery I had done. Dr. Jackson referred me to him. I had missed placed his business card. I walked to Dr. Jackson office to see if they could help me out. As usual the front office was very kind and gave me another card for me to call my surgery. Then asked if I would like Dr. Jackson to check my stitches? The nurse put me in an empty chair for 20 minutes. To make the wait more pleasant I was able to watch a video. Dr Jackson then examined my mouth and put me at ease all was well! He and his staff goes the extra mile!

The doctor does do the procedure that I needed but I was a special case and instead of trying to sell me on something he found someone that can do it ASAP and has the specialized skills to ensure it was done perfectly. The staff did all that on their dime, so it's safe to say you're not just another customer here. I have credit at my other dentist and I may leave them for this place.

Fantastic experience: Maple Creek Dental is AWESOME! The staff is friendly and professional and Dr Jackson is truly the very best. My family has been going to that dental office for decades. The previous dentist was also great and when he moved to Florida, he assured us that Dr Jackson would take great care of us as well. He was certainly spot-on. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly the best of a social call that one can look forward to; but we all do it and Dr Jackson and his staff will turn it into as much as pleasant visit as possible. I just like the idea of having a dentist I can trust and that it doesn’t leave me looking for someone else every time I see someone new.
