Where dentistry may not be the most popular service people enjoy ;-) Downtown Dental makes sure that my teeth are in as good a shape as they can be. X-rays photos show you within a minutes, very detailed and informative very trustworthy! The only issue I had was a pretty doctor looking in my mouth! They’re very professional and kind!

Fantastic experience: I am a veteran that served in Vietnam, and was unaware that Dr. Mohan offered free dental care to veterans on November 11th, Veterans Day, every year. I have been under her skillful care for 20 years or so, but found out about the Dr's generous heart while having my teeth cleaned only 2 weeks ago. I never mentioned that I was in the service, but while talking to the professional hygienist, Jenny, I mentioned that I had served in the Army, and Jenny enthusiastically informed me that I could have dental work done, on the 11th (specifically a crown), for free, nada, gratis, nothing.......at absolutely no cost to me!!!!! Well the procedure was done on the 11th, and Dr. Mohan’s skillful hand was at its best...once again. Yet while I tried to thank Dr. Mohan for her generosity , she profusely deferred those thanks back to me, and graciously thanked me for my service!! !! Dr. Mohan is serious in her appreciation of veterans, and defines for all of us, the sincerity she feels, by acting upon it in this most expressive way. Fantastic experience: If anyone is looking for a dentist this the place to go. They took the time to explain to me about an appliance for my mouth to help my sleep apnea. Since I'm not a candidate they recommend a CPAP because I'm on a severe level. Whomever reads this review take the time to get yourself tested for sleep apnea it's really important because it can lead to other health issues.

Fantastic experience: Trying to find a dentist that is gentle and made me so comfortable is hard. The staff and Dr. C are the best. We laughed and had the best time while getting fillings. Who has fun at the dentist? I do with Dr. C! Tony is the bees knees and is so gentle while doing cleanings, and Destiny at the front desk has been nothing but sweet and helpful! I Highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Had the remains of a crowned tooth that broke off at the gum line removed. Dreaded it. Dr. MOHAN and her associate made it a piece of cake. A very gentle and easy removal and bone graft in preparation for an implant. The Novocain has completely worn off at this point and I am virtually pain free. Great job! 9/3/2025 The implant was placed today, and once again a great and easy experience. Looking forward to getting the crown attached to it.

I saw a friend had made a five star review and contacted them and they told me it was an amazing experience! Needed some immediate Dental work done and they got me in right away! My follow up appointment have also been scheduled quickly. The ladies that work here every single one of them are absolutely kind and wonderful and bedside manner is literally comforting and I know I have found a dental home for life. Fantastic experience: I knew I had to get a crown on one of my teeth. I got recommended to Downtown Dental from the Oswego Chamber of Commerce. I was not disappointed. They do same day crowns. Numbed my mouth up and got to work. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Update- crown is still great! Had a cleaning today, no cavities! We talked about sleep apnea and they do the testing there. It’s an at home machine so I’m looking forward to seeing my results.

When I went in for my appointment, Dr Mohan was very personal and very knowledgeable in regards to sleep apnea. I don’t normally wouldn’t say this but I thoroughly enjoyed going to a dentist!

However, I felt more at ease knowing this office is women owned, and that comfort was reinforced by how kind and welcoming everyone was.The staff provided amazing service and took the time to thoroughly explain my dental issues and offer medical advice to improve my dental hygiene and overall health! They never rushed me, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and answered all of my questions. I never felt overwhelmed by the treatment plan they walked me through, making sure I understood. Negative experience: Went to this dentist for years and Dr Hynek was fantastic. Unfortunately Dr Mohan always recommended expensive procedures and after getting a second opinion found they were unnecessary. She also said my children had cavities and when I took them to a new Dentist we found that was not true.

Fantastic experience: No one's excited about going to the dentist but they make the experience as good as it can get. The lady's there are always the friendliest, so glad I switched to them a few years back.

From the moment I arrive I feel I've come to the right place the way everyone seems to work as a team interested in addressing my dental health. Destiny makes me feel very welcome when I check in, Dr. Mohan's and Dr. Stella's professionalism and knowledge give me confidence in their treatment of my needed dental work, and before checking out Nan makes good sure that everything has been well taken care of for my present visit and any forthcoming. No doubt, I can highly recommend Downtown Dental. I still feel this way a year later. And now I must add Allison, who cleaned my teeth with the best job I’ve had in a while. Dr. Mohan employs a great crew, which continues to reflect well on her dental knowledge and ability.
