The dentist too provided excellent friendly Service. He entered the room with a spirit that just brought another level of welcome to Dental Town were all patients are treated as family. Fantastic experience: I came in feeling so anxious, but hygienist, Irina, and dentist, Dr. Edmund immediately put me at ease with their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Irina was friendly, gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. She is the absolute BEST!! I will be back just because of her. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety!

Positive experience: I decided to take my 19 yr old that's home from college to this location for a second opinion after she had been going to a different dental office since elementary school. They didn't take long to call her back, which was appreciated. Once we were taken to the treatment area, there was a short wait, but the dental assistants who came in during that time were friendly and welcoming. When the dentist came in, he was very apologetic for the delay. After discussing her situation, he was informative and explained what needed to be done moving forward. Based on our visit, she will be returning to have some work completed. I'm hopeful this office will provide a better experience for her moving forward. Overall, our experience was positive, and we were pleased with the care and professionalism we received so far.

Except the receptionist ( the spanish lady with curly hair) she was very rude, and very unpleasant. Maybe is time for a fresh face once you get to the office and someone more helpful than her. Other than that, we love Canton Dental Town and so does my kids.

Fantastic experience: When you find yourself with a dental emergency, especially over a long holiday weekend, you will be happy to have found Dental Town in Canton. I had the unfortunate pleasure of a tooth infection that popped up one day ago, and when I woke up on a Sunday morning in severe pain, I knew this wasn’t normal. I called Dental Town at 9:30 am and they had me set up for a noon appointment. It was great how easy it was to get an appointment and get taken care of, especially on the Memorial Day weekend. I was also surprised (pleasantly!) at the cost. It was only $89 for the exam and X-rays that would be needed (plus extra costs once they figured out the issue). The check in at the office was very easy and the waiting area is super cute! I love that they have such a cute, unique area for the kids to play in. I was seen by Dr. Hasson and on days like this, I am very glad that he was there. He examined the tooth, quick diagnosed the problem, and helped me figure out the best path forward. He quickly took care of things for me, and gave me a prescription for a couple of antibiotics to get me out of the severe pain I was in. Furthermore, he made sure I had his cell phone in case I needed anything. This was such a great touch knowing I had someone in my corner to help on a long holiday weekend. I’m not even a regular patient to the office (first time), and he cared for me like I was a patient of many years. I also need to take a moment to give props to the reception assistant, along with the dental assistant. They were both so very helpful and friendly which I appreciated. There is something comforting about being helped by people who seem to clearly care not only about their profession but the patients they are helping. I would be remiss if I didn’t also share the emergency costs were very reasonable. You know how many doctor offices will up charge for emergency services and it did not feel that way at all. This was a cost that I would have paid at my own dentist. So, thank you Dr. Hasson and team. You truly made a terrible day much better and I am very grateful you all were there waiting to help a patient in such severe pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep cleaning today with Renia and I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was. I was really nervous going in, especially because my teeth are sensitive & needed work done, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the start. She was so gentle, patient, and explained everything she was doing which helped calm my anxiety a lot. I didn’t even end up needing laughing gas because she made the whole experience feel so manageable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants you to feel at ease. I’m really grateful for how kind and understanding she was. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I highly recommend seeing Renia!

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist that we got was phenomenal. My daughter is 3 and this was her first real appointment she had the initial just inspection at 2 but this was her first time with the cleaning tools, brush, water and all. The hygienist literally took time to show her each tool, make a funny little joke and or name for each one, show her how they work and let her experience them before she ever attempted to put them into her mouth. She was kind, patient with her (bc she never sits still) and just all around wonderful. This place is clean, fast and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this dentist for small or really any age children.

Negative experience: Will not be returning. We waited way past our appt time and the dentist was not helpful at all when I had questions about my autistic sons treatment options instead of just telling me “he needs work done, do you want to sedate like last time?” Maybe consider that just because we are using Medicaid I am a very intelligent human who makes rational decisions based on the information provided and he didn’t give me any more information? Try a little more explanation so I can consider my options. He left the room when I got upset and the only graciousness offered was that of the hygienist who had to do his entire job for him, explaining the images and what the listed treatment plan included. Waste of my day and will definitely not be returning. It wasn’t my fault our appt took up his precious lunch break because they didn’t pull us back for 45 minutes past our appt time and he didn’t like I had questions. Dr was the pediatric dentist at the canton location, Dr. Shawn If you plan to advocate for your children by asking questions, don’t expect answers.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dallas … if the entire representation of one company counted on the service and humanity of one human being … he wins! Dental town is legitimately the cutest office esthetically, throwing in some blast from the past bits and pieces. I walked in to my emergency appointment today (a Saturday) and I was greeted by a great group of ladies managing the front. I was checked in, and even while Dr Dallas was at the front desk he greeted me good morning which put me at ease. I was walked to the back to one of the stations where he walked me through my teeth, gave me some fun facts, laid out his plan in detail and made me feel happy that I chose his office above another office I had booked with. After expressing that I was self pay, Dr D (cause now he’s going to be called Dr. D by my family) came up with practical … fair and affordable pricing to solve my issues. After deciding to proceed, they took me back for awake surgery which took about an hour. He and the dental assistant kept me at ease, held my hand, made sure to ask me if I was ok 1000 times and legitimately got the job done with the least amount of pain. I am 100% satisfied. I will be back as well as my children who I will gladly bring to the practice. Amazing Service … #DoRecommend Thanks Dr D and staff … satisfied is an under statement. ❤️

Canton Dental Town has been one of the best experiences myself and my family (all four of us) have had in dentistry. All the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: It was a relief that I was able to get in to see Dr Dallas Hasson on a Saturday morning after breaking a crown and tooth on Friday night. Dr Hasson was so friendly and helpful. He took the extra time to educate me and give me all of the possible options. Additionally, the front desk staff were all wonderful, and the office, in it's appearance, is beautiful and clean. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR AUTISTIC CHILD(REN) HERE!!! We arrived 7 minutes early for our 9:20am appointment and were advised that we were 13 minutes late. I informed Katie, the receptionist, that our appointment was at 9:20am and she told me that someone had changed our appointment to 9:00am but advised she would mark us as "ready to be seen." After three other people had arrived and been called to the back I asked when we were going to be seen. Another receptionist told me our appointment had been changed to 10:00am. I was upset and confused as to why Katie had not informed us of this changed. I let them know that this would not work for us as I had taken off work to come to this appointment. At about 9:55am we were finally seen, my son was a little upset and nervous during the examine but they were able to clean his teeth, examine them and apply fluoride. When we left we were asked not to come back and recommended to go to another dentist in Atlanta. I hope my experience can keep other parents with autistic or special needs child(ren) from coming to this office and being treated poorly. Hopefully the staff can be trained to own up to their mistakes and make things right for their customers.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 9am for a cleaning. Waited 30mins and still wasn’t ready for me, so had to reschedule since I had to get back to work. Staff were friendly and nice like always and I’ll be returning again. Just really don’t like my time being wasted since I had to take off work.

Fantastic experience: This team is absolutely amazing! I chipped my front tooth 4 days before getting married. I am getting married tomorrow and they did a beautiful job this morning! They made me feel so assured, comfortable and confident that they would be able to help me. I have been seeing this practice for a while now but they became my saviors this week! Thank you to Dr. Gubler and his amazing assistant this morning. Thank you to the wonderful young women who helped me first thing Tuesday morning to schedule my appointment. Thank you for seeing me so quickly! I cannot say thank you enough to you guys! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Negative experience: They don’t stand behind their work. Ignore problems and fixing them to save themselves money. Downplay issues and dismiss concerns. The front desk appears forced to try to be nice. But are still cold. Doctors keep changing since the corporate take over, and the latest misdiagnosed an issue, including an active infection. Pediatric dentist also seems to not really like his job. Just not very friendly. The one good thing about this office is Irina and the other adult hygienist. We will miss them as they did a great job.

Negative experience: **Update** We were longtime patients here, but things have gone downhill. They rush visits, push extra services, and wrongly charged me for a routine cleaning. Both staff and the manager dismissed my concerns until I pushed back—then they admitted it was their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Negative experience: This place SUCKS! They charge for literally everything under the sun. The front staff looks suicidal. The hygienist was rude and lacked bedside manner. This is truly the Waffle House of Dental offices. The cancellation fee is ridiculously high and there is no communication on either end amongst management or to consumer. You could buy your own fluoride and still have money left over in comparison to this place.

Negative experience: The staff for cleaning is nice. However, it is criminal their billing practices. They have your insurance information and know the charges for cavity fillings. They make you pay before the procedure is done. They are supposed to run it through the insurance to give you a full price of the procedure. Instead they do not run it through the insurance so you will never really know what the procedure will cost until it is done. Then you have no idea if it’s going to $50 or $100s of dollars. That’s not health care that’s lying and scamming.

Negative experience: Do not go here if you dont have dental insurance. Today I took my toddler daughter there and they wanted $370 for a single cleaning or to do a $25 monthly payment plan for 2 cleanings per year/X-rays included. They worked with me some on getting the price down given they wanted almost $400 for 30 mins of care. The dentist didn't even introduce himself and spent all of 1 minute with her. No exaggeration. They then brushed her teeth and gave her fluoride and it cost me $260. The sad thing was is that I was actually excited for her to have her first dental experience, but in truth, the whole thing was about money, not her, not anything but working her through their little system and slapping us with a big bill. Greed, greed, greed. It looks pretty, but again, it's all about money to them. I think it also unfortunate because the research shows kids who have a positive dentistry experience growing up will take better care of their teeth. And this experience was so far from that ideal it wasn't even funny. It reminded me why many Americans neglect their teeth and don't get good dental care, because of greedy dentists like here who dont care.

Negative experience: The office is beautiful. However, if I were to choose a dentist for my children I would find a pediatric dentistry more personable to children. There is a hygienist here with a smart and snarky attitude. Be sure not to ask for Ariana. The office scenery is beautiful... the staff not so much..

Negative experience: Mediocre at best! Made my wife wait 8 weeks for a crown then blamed the lab. When we complained they decided we were not a customer they wanted. We dismissed them as our provider.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I wish I could remember names, but my hygienist, who was a very caring and nice blonde woman and the doctor are kind, and honest. I wish I found them sooner, but I’ll be a patient forever. All the stars!

Fantastic experience: We love Canton Dental Town! My daughter gets very nervous and doesn’t cooperate the best when it comes to going to the dentist but today we had Ms. Emily who was so sweet and patient with her. We also love that there is never a long wait, usually in and out very quickly.

Positive experience: While I've always had great experiences at Canton Dental Town, the holiday scheduling threw things off a bit recently. My husband and son had same-day appointments: one at 1:20 pm and another at 2:50 pm. We received confirmations for both, but they asked to reschedule our son Matthew at the last minute. Unfortunately, it seems like both appointments were cancelled without further explanation. To add to the confusion, my husband's appointment wasn't even listed in the system despite the confirmation text received days before. This was unlike my past experiences, where the admin desk has always been proactive in scheduling dates that work for our family. Overall, I still love the care we receive at Canton Dental Town, but the communication breakdown during the busy holiday season was a bit disappointing. I hope they can smooth things out for future appointments.

Negative experience: This place is amazing! My entire family have been going here and their service is phenomenal. Dr. Ray, Dr. Stephens, and Jennifer are so professional and fun with our children. The front desk staff are amazing. They even have a fun playhouse and fish aquarium for the kids. Please consider bringing your family here it’s worth it!! I hate I have to change my view on Canton Dentaltown. But today my daughter could not get her procedure done. Because the front desk refused to use my employer insurance from Cigna, they claimed I had to use my MetLife insurance through the VA. Because I did not tell them a day in advance. Mind you both policies are active been active for months but the MetLife is secondary. It was the laziest thing. They wanted use to pay out of pocket because they refuse to wait on their system.

Fantastic experience: At first i was iffy because we got several text with several different times for our daughter procedure. She had to be put to sleep and it just seemed like they couldn’t get it together. Then once we got there we had to wait over an hour past our scheduled time to go back. Which was rough since our daughter couldn’t eat after midnight. A 3 year old doesn’t quite understand not being able to eat or drink but we survived. All of my worry was put to rest once we got back. Everyone we came into contact with was absolutely amazing!! The whole team took such good care of my girl! And they filled us in on every detail necessary. They answered any questions we had. By far the best dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had to switch dentist offices due to my last one not accepting my child’s insurance. Let me just say, I am SO thankful that happened. Had it not, I would not have found Dental Town. Today made the second time we’ve visited. The dentist, Dr. McMoran, was very nice and was great with my daughter. The dental assistant, I believe her name was Brianna, was very nice as well. All around great experience! I highly recommend this dental office! I wish I would have known about them sooner.

Very busy practice with new management. New management seems less focused on patient satisfaction. My wife had cleaning too as well. It was supposed to be at the same time, but her time was moved 30 minutes without informing us. She was informed she needed a filling and got it scheduled but not until November 9th. The new receptionist was brisk and simply stated that was the earliest available. The old receptionist in a similar situation put me on a short notice list and was able to get me in weeks earlier. She had compassion and looked out for all the patients. Already missing her smile. We absolutely love Dr Stephens and have for all the years we have been patients.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. Takes a conservative approach with dental care/treatments. I've had many experiences with other pediatric dentists where this is not the case, and i appreciate the honesty & great care they give to us every time.

My 4 year old had to have dental work done under sedation and I was terrified to say the least. Fantastic experience: LOVEEEE dental town, my family and i have been going since i was 15 (23 now!) the assistant who helped me with my x-ray was hilarious and authentic/real she was precious but didn't get her name. hate getting xrays but felt super comfortable with her. the dental technician was amazing -- she's the blonde lady i forget her name but she's always so nice to me and my family that comes in when it is needed! honestly all of the technicians are amazing and they remember your name and ask about how you are doing. dr. shawn is great as well, he helped me through my first fillings a year back or so and had me laughing/calm during the procedure! i used to have dental anxiety but now it's a lot better because they are professionals and help. receptionists are super nice too and help you to get checked in/prepared for your apt

Fantastic experience: Had the BEST experience with Dr Shawn and his assistant Alla! My child used to have high dental anxiety when going to a different dentist. We felt that our child was well takin care of every visit at Dental Town! Highly recommended Dr. Shawn and Alla!

Negative experience: We had two not so great experiences here. If your child has anxiety, is worried about going to the dentist, or has special needs (or if you like to have a dentist who will actually talk to you about your child’s situation), you should request someone other than Dr. McMoran. He is very much on a schedule and not willing to slow down to meet kids where they are. My son ended up needing emergency dental work, and they were not able to complete the work in office. When they attempted the procedure, he didn’t bother to talk to me before starting and literally had his hands in my child’s mouth when he asked me if I wanted to reconsider the procedure. Since I wanted to make sure my kid didn’t have a traumatic experience, I went with his recommendation (glad I did - it turned out better anyway). But he hadn’t looked at his chart, so he didn’t realize that he wouldn’t qualify for the procedure he was recommending as a replacement. It turned into a mess with me in the phone for hours searching for anywhere to help us. I also didn’t even receive basic instructions on how to recognize whether or not his infection was spreading until I pressed for more info. My son ended up having the same procedure he originally went in for with a dentist who was better able to work with him. Honestly, we didn’t have another option because he was going to have to wait until next year to receive treatment otherwise. When I look at all these five star reviews, I really wonder how they could possibly be true. I’m guessing most of these people never had a complicated situation. I should have listened to my gut after we first had an exam that did not go well.

Fantastic experience: Lylie hope I spelled her name right was very professional and is such a positive person a pleasure to interact with. Dental town in general does not pressure you into getting unnecessary things done and truly look out for you as a patient

Positive experience: Go see hygienist Lyli! She is thorough and gentle- a rare combo! I have TMJ and chronic inflammation, so I’m hard to work with and I experienced no discomfort at all when she cleaned my teeth. The central scheduling isn’t the best and not everyone there was a people person, thus the 4 stars, but you can typically ask to speak directly with the location if you have a hard time.

Fantastic experience: Dental Town offers the best care! They are wonderful with children, and the whole place is designed with them at heart! We had been to other dental offices previously, where my middle child had traumatic experiences and when we took him to Dental Town, he said, mom, never take me anywhere else again, bring me here. Today our youngest had oral surgery and they took very well care of him! I am thankful for a team of people who treat your children with love, care and gentleness. I cannot say enough good things about them and Dr. Shawn is awesome! They all are!

Positive experience: Dental town staff is very friendly and patient with my toddler. I would give five stars but today the receptionist was very rude. We arrived early and even though I do not think that should give us an early time 10 minutes after our scheduled time, I asked how much longer it would be till we were called. She then informs us that I failed to put his name at the top, you could’ve asked one of the three people in the lobby who this form was for and no one checked in after us for 15 minutes. I should not have had to wait past my appointment time. You should’ve noticed that my name was not there and said something to me and not give me attitude when I ask.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is always very nice! I personally am not a fan of the dentist but I feel very taken care of and at ease when I’m here!
