Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Tyler Baird’s office for years. I have been very pleased with the care given to me. My hygienist is thorough and gentle with my cleanings. Dr. Baird is very personable and professional.

Fantastic experience: The Baird brothers have always been absolutely wonderful to Bill & I, bringing their exceptional craft skills not to mention making you feel welcome and loved. They are genuine in the way they approach difficult situations and have pulled our fat out of the fire several times over the years. Hiring the best team is also one of their strongholds from the office staff to the hygienists. Today, I had an appointment that was especially fun: Panoramic x-rays which were extremely pleasant, Baird dentist stories and humor, Andrea, a brand new hygienist at Baird who has “the just right touch” hands not to mention 22 years experience, a real jewel of a person. I’m just so grateful for the Bairds practice. I’m pretty sure these brothers were brought up right. You will love them.

The Dr always remembers me and my family and ask about them and sends his regards. It feels like family there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always felt lucky living close to Baird and Baird. I can’t imagine a better dentistry practice anywhere. They’ve taken great care of me—and my wife—and some friends we’ve referred. In my 14 years going to Dr. Baird, I have not one complaint. I will add the story about breaking a tooth on a Chik-Fil-A nugget at 4:58 on a Friday afternoon. A super quick call received the response, "Come on." Dr. Baird and an associate made a temp and measured for a crown. All this despite Tyler having Braves tickets for the evening. I didn't have the nerve to ask later if he made the game. Baird & Braid is like family.

Fantastic experience: I recently transitioned my 13-year-old daughter from a pediatric dentist to Baird & Baird Dentistry, and she was understandably nervous about leaving the familiarity of a pediatric office and going to a “grown-up” dentist. As a mom, I was a little nervous too! Since her initial cleaning, she’s had two appointments for dental work, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team has been incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. At her most recent visit, she was so relaxed and comfortable that she literally fell asleep while having fillings done—without nitrous oxide or any other type of sedation! That says everything about the level of care they provide. Needless to say, I’m thrilled that we’ve found our new dental home.

Fantastic experience: During my teeth cleaning and exam in March, Dr. Tyler Baird identified a problem on a tooth with an old crown. In April he carefully removed the old crown and added a temporary crown until the new crown could be made and installed two weeks later. Another GREAT job! Their service, care and friendly attitude makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Positive experience: The dental hygienist and doctor were exceptionally professional. Front desk staff, however was not very helpful. I called to re-schedule an appointment and was told that the next appointment was in June. Then I asked to be put on a wait list, and was asked if I could come in two days. I don't understand why I was not offered the upcoming appointment. As I was leaving, there was an exchange that was a bit uncomfortable to me and should have never happened.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental issues-lifelong and dread going to the dentist. It is very difficult to find a dentist that takes the time and care to make you feel comfortable and confident about treatment. Dr. Baird and Sabrina (big shout out to Sabrina) are the best! I look forward to my dental visits. In addition, they are not trying to "sell" you services and products. They genuinely take care of you and your personal needs. Love them!
