Fantastic experience: The Dentist was always HAPPY and FRIENDLY, and would participate in conversation with me the Patient on any topic we discussed. I liked that. He also had me bring in my Night Guard (that DIDN'T FIT because of the Temporary Tooth he put in during my visit), and he just told me to "SHOW-UP" with the Night Guard the next day (with NO appointment), and he's adjust the Night Guard to MAKE it fit until the V.A. would approve getting a NEW one that will fit the new Crown-and-Bridge the Laboratory is creating as I type this reply.

Negative experience: Rip off. This dentist office told me they would charge me 200 dollars for a service but charged me 250 at the last minute. Unethical and did not even use any of the money as a deductible because I checked with my insurance and there was no claim filed. And the love of money is the root of all evil actually.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired and sold his practice. I had my first visit with Omega Family Dentistry. They were able to get me a same day appointment. Dr. Delaney was absolutely fantastic! He performed a high level exam on my mouth with complete e-rays. Because my issue was sort of unique. He explained, he could do the work but it would take longer vs. giving me a referral to a specialist. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. This is now my dentist and I recommend them 10/10 from the front desk,doctor and the dental assistant. Run don't walk. It hard to find good customer service and honesty these days. Glad I did hear.

Negative experience: i dont know why after being a patient for years the office has become wildly rude and angry with multiple people that have come in. I sent them my new insurance card the dentist started texting me from a personal number then blocked me after he being told I have gum problems so the cleaning will be extra. I’ve never had gum issues and haven’t even been there for him to even say this. It’s the last time the are going to waste my time…

It's been a little over a year and I had to miss my last 6 month cleaning as Reich charges almost $500 for a standard cleaning without insurance. I found Omega and their prices were clear on the site. I was able to make my appointment and my son's within a week. The place is clean, they were nice and professional. My teeth feel great! I am very happy with my service and cleaning and highly recommend them. Thanks to have found and now become a member of Omega Family Dentistry!!

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. I called here on 12/2/24 at 1:39 pm. I was nothing but kind. I spoke to a female receptionist who was nice. I explained my situation: my child needs a couple teeth checked out and she's in pain. She has peach state health plan. This practice comes up on PSHP's website as an approved provider, and PSHP confirmed this when I called them this morning. The receptionist was kind, apologized and said they do not accept PSHP but she would get the doctor on the phone. He got on the phone and was nice at first. As soon as we began to explain the situation to him he started to YELL and SCREAM about how he "doesn't work for free" and he doesn't participate in PSHP, but he does Ambetter instead. Then he hung up on us!!!!! We DO NOT EXPECT FREE WORK. WE WANT OUR KID TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE SHE BROKE A TOOTH!!!!!! It is THEIR responsibility to contact PSHP to make sure their listing is REMOVED from the website but it sounds like he refuses to do it. I would NEVER taken any of my kids or family there and let this man work on us. Who knows what he is capable of doing!!!

Fantastic experience: Very responsive and caring about their patients. I had the beginning of a toothache, called them and they got me in within 60 minutes, took x-rays, found the beginning of an abscess and referred me to the specialist. As stated, very responsive.

Fantastic experience: My cleaning was long overdue and the team at Omega made my visit both successful in getting my mouth back on track while also keeping me laughing the entire time...no small feat for a dental office. Dr Abimbola has such a warm and light bedside manner. I mentioned that I was thankfully numb enough that I couldn't feel my nose - without missing a beat, he assured me it was still there. Siri piped in outta nowhere from the tech's phone, and he had a quip for that too. Amy did an amazing cleaning, was direct in what I can do better and what I was doing well. I appreciated every word that came out of her mouth as well as the fun banter of new tv shows and recent trips to make me feel comfortable in the midst of a wide open mouth and dental cleaning. Paresa - bless her for dealing with me having issues with biting properly for the x-rays due to some pain. I apologized for jumping and 1/2 biting her head off as she tried to get things set, and her smile never wavered as she told me she didn't take it personally and finished her part. No one gets excited to go to the dentist. I waited longer than I should after a really bad experience with my last choice of dental offices...but this, this was a great experience despite a couple years of build up. I'm making appointments for the teenagers next and am thrilled to have found my new dental office.

Negative experience: Avoid This Place at All Costs! I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dental office was so awful that I had to share. From the moment I walked in, things started going wrong. The receptionist seemed to be having a bad day—or maybe a bad year. She was unhelpful and barely looked up from her computer. I felt like I was interrupting her personal drama rather than receiving any sort of customer service. The dentist was rushed and had a really off-putting attitude. He barely looked at me while explaining my treatment, and his explanations were vague at best. I had to ask multiple times to get any sort of clear answer. It felt like he just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible, rather than actually taking the time to care about my dental health. The cleaning was shockingly poor. I could’ve done a better job myself with a toothbrush and some floss. I left feeling like my teeth were still covered in plaque and my gums were more irritated than when I arrived. To top it all off, the billing was a mess. I was charged for procedures that I didn’t even have done, and getting it sorted out was a nightmare. I had to call several times, and each time I got a different story. All in all, this place is a disaster. If you value your time, money, and dental health, do yourself a favor and find a different dentist. I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abimbola, at Omega Dentistry, is such a fine dentist. Always kind and honest, and also more gentle than any dentist I've ever been to. He hires the very nicest people to help him in his office; i.e. Paresa. If you need a good dentist, he is on Cobb Pkwy, in K'saw (across from Publix and Wells Fargo), near B.of Amer. & Walgreens.

Negative experience: Throughout my countless times of going to the dentist, I have never met such rude person while getting my teeth done at Omega Dental. If you do not like getting mistreated, I would not recommend this dentistry to you. Absolutely horrible. Do not go. Find another dentist that will treat you with kindness and respect.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the dentist was rough and seemed to have no regard for my comfort. The office was dirty and outdated, and I felt like they were just trying to push unnecessary treatments on me to make more money. I will never be returning to this dental office and would not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My son Nigel is 32 years old and he has autism and his uncle took him to his dental appointment. The staff was courteous and very helpful and had patience with my son. Nigel is nonverbal but his uncle said he enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff especially the dental assistant that made him smile. I wish I knew her name. I just want to say thank you.

Negative experience: If you have insurance, run!! I made a next day cleaning appointment, and it was the worst dental experience of my life. I got Amy for my cleaning, and it was the roughest cleaning I’ve ever had. I get cleanings at least one a year. My last cleaning was 8 months ago. I brush and floss 3x or more a day. It felt like she was trying to remove my fillings and there were blood splatters on the bib. I had to tell her to stop when she was flossing because she was pressing deep into my gums and it was bleeding. She has the audacity to say “I didn’t realize you were so sensitive”. That made me annoyed because my pain tolerance is very high!! The doctor took a look at the X-rays, and said I had to remove the fillings I have to put in crowns. Any dentist that tells me I need to put a crown, it’s a red flag for me! I have extreme bruxism (he didn’t even mention anything about that), crowns are not recommended. Plus he listed I had to get a lot of dental work done. Mind you, I went to the dentist 8 months ago. So I asked for my dental X-rays. I sent them a trusted dentist and it’s nothing like the doctor said. They wanted the insurance money!!

Negative experience: The front desk and the Dr. Adelani did an amazing job, super kind and answered all my questions. The problem was with the dental hygienist Amy Reid. She was extremely rude, I asked her one question about the x-ray and she got extremely angry about it and started arguing with me about my question. I have lived in many different states and I have never had such a bad experience with a dental hygienist before. It’s unfortunate because I really liked the service of the dentist but I won’t be back to this office due to the unprofessionalism and anger issues of the dental hygienists. If you come here and she’s the one that cleans your teeth please tell them to give you someone else! Amy Reid does not care about making the patients feel safe or comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Delani at Omega Family Dentistry is a highly recommended dentist! This is not one of those big dentist offices where your business is not appreciated. Dr. Delani sincerely cares about you as a patient and does what it takes to make sure you are totally satisfied. He is master at his craft and did an outstanding job on the dental work that I needed.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and affordable places around Kennesaw. This practice doesn’t have the luxury or latest technology that others offices may have, but they have something that others are missing and is integrity and honesty. After visiting a practice across the street from here and getting a quote for 8k I visited this place to get my 2 fillings for just $400. What a difference between a honest person and a bad professional that lives above his means, and recommend a fake treatment. This is the only place that me and my friends are going to be visiting in the future. God bless you Doctor.

Friendly staff- but almost puked because of the terrible odor UPDATE: they responded to my review saying it was the restaurant next that caused the smell. NOT TRUE. This office is now closer to my home, and has been a great experience so far. Dr. Abimbola is very professional, and I feel comfortable discussing my concerns with him. Negative experience: Check your options as this practice is more concerned with how much they can charge for unnecessary procedures than actual treatment. Acts like he doesn't know whether or not you will be charged for specifics. Like I'm the first patient to ever walk through his office with that insurance. Gee, according to your logic no dentist was ever able to tell if someone has an abscess without the high tech 3D x-ray. I wonder how they did it 20 years ago? Oh yea they actually LOOKED at it. You can clearly see with the plain eye it's there but this office refused treatment unless I took the high tech x-ray. Emergency level infection that anyone with a medical license could clearly diagnose with or without your 3D panoramic view. I guess a regular x-ray wouldn't have provided any info either huh? A real physician would not have let me walk out of that office without prescribing an antibiotic knowing the severity of the infection but I guess that's what I get for going to a pawn shop store front wanna be dental practice. ***Under Georgia law, you have the right to inquire in advance about estimated charges for routine office visits, routine treatments and lab tests (O.C.G.A. Section 43-34A-5) **After Their Reply That's right I wasn't a patient! You refused to do anything because I wouldn't take your unneeded panoramic X-Ray. You didn't need an X-Ray at all to determine what was wrong it could clearly be seen! The bottom line here is YOU FAILED AS A PHYSICIAN and refused treatment on a severe infection cause you couldn't milk me and\or my insurance company for every possible dime. So don't act stupid about it! I went to a real dental practice today and guess what he used a regular X-Ray and was still able to figure it out. Also stated you should have treated me regardless because of the severity of my infection with or without an X-Ray. Maybe I should give you his number so you can take some notes on how to provide proper treatment..
