Fantastic experience: Several items make this place 5-star... - The ability to complete documentation on your phone and prior to arriving. - Heather was an excellent hygienist. - The front office staff are friendly - scheduling for the next appointment from your patient room allows bypassing the front desk on the way out - AND THERE WAS NO UP-SALE. A.i put that in there but i am very happy and in complete agreement . Dentists have a tendency to try and get you to buy something else. Not here, at least for me.

Fantastic experience: I just had my second visit for a cleaning and from day one the staff was professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and modern. Both hygienists I’ve seen did a fabulous job and I was in and out in no time. Dr. Mo was great too as he stopped in afterwards to give my teeth a once over. Highly recommend!

They believe in treating people like people and not dollars. The conversations, genuine care, compassion and over all understanding is unmatched. I can smile again. Jennifer and I have celebrated at every turn during my transformation. Treatment plans are up front and clear with explanation and reasoning. Fantastic experience: Everyone at MFD is amazing. I switched dentists when we moved house and after one visit to the new dentist I went right back to Dr Mo and team. It is well worth the extra half hour drive and you don't feel like you have a bad mechanic trying to do unnecessary work each time you go in for a service. If ever you could say a dental visit was painless, this is where you would go.

The front desk, the dental hygienist,as well as the dentist were all informative, explaining X-ray results, procedures and the dental care plan. They were caring, patient and listened to any concerns I had as well as answered all questions. They are all friendly and truly care about the best health for your mouth. I am grateful for going today and that my children are in their good care as well.

Negative experience: This place used to be our go-to dentist—my whole family came here. But lately they’ve started nickel-and-diming for every little thing, and it’s just not the same. We decided to switch to a new office. Really disappointing because it used to be such a great practice.

Negative experience: Waited 8 weeks for a new patient appointment and showed up for my appointment just to find out that my insurance is out of network. Considering they take all your information before you schedule your appointment, it is a bit disheartening to think they'd wait until that day of to inform you. Very disappointed.
