Fantastic experience: Lost a crown last night. Dentist got me in next morning. Put crown back in temporarily & developed treatment plan for re-visit in 10 days. Outstanding service & treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his staff are AMAZING! The front office staff are so kind and helpful. Cierra and Kayla are two of the most sweetest and caring girls I’ve gotten the pleasure of getting to know. Kayla is a wonderful hygienist - very knowledgeable and cleaned my teeth like a pro! And Cierra assisted Dr. Lee with some procedures I had and she was phenomenal - made me laugh and kept me so calm and comfortable - she’s a treasure! I’m not one to enjoy going to the dentist but I am so over the moon happy with Dr. Lee and the team. Dr. Lee is so kind and caring and he has made all of my visits a breeze! He’s the BEST! Positive experience: I just had to share my experience with this dentist office—they got me in the next day and fixed my chipped tooth right away. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lewis and the young lady(forgot her name) explained everything clearly and worked so efficiently that my whole tooth was fixed before I even knew it. I was in and out without any stress or waiting around. Highly recommend if you need a professional dental fix. Just make sure to always ask for estimates to avoid any surprises later, just in case

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for 30 years. They are the best!!! Although the Doctors have changed over the years I've always had very caring staff for my dental needs. Recent visits I had Dr. Lewis, Allie, Cierra and Toccara. They are professional, friendly, and do everything they can to make me feel comfortable. The new office is beautiful. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions related to billing.

Fantastic experience: My first experience at poplar square dental was amazing . I had called in a day prior to schedule an appointment due to having pain in my back mollar . When I had called in they got me in the next day , which was a blessing . The desk and all the staff were absolute amazing . Doctor Lewis , the dentist who cleaned my teeth (forgot the name ) , and especially Sierra ( if I spelled it correctly lol) were amazing ! Sierra thank you so much for the amazing customer service u gave and for the amazing heart and drive you have ! Fantastic experience: Nothing but great experiences doctor Lee always does great solving problems fitting me in if I have any issues explains everything gives me my choices but doesn’t push anything on me. The front end staff is always super nice as well. And the office is beautiful and always very clean

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Myshin, Kravitz, and Miller every 6 months for a couple of years now. Everyone at the office is so pleasant to be around: the administrative staff, my hygienist, Dr. Lee, etc. They're all great at what they do, very professional, and use up to date, modern dental tools, techniques, and technology. I honestly enjoy going to the dentist now...which is weird...

Negative experience: Wasn’t asked ahead about x-rays. They took them anyway without consulting me. I had c-rays taken at another dentist that I didn’t have time to sent over (appointment <24 hrs after booking). Was given impression that I was going for cleaning too, didn’t get one.

Fantastic experience: Whole entire staff was great!! Dr. Lewis is best in class and hygienists Lauren and Kayla as well as assistant Emma are right there with him! Front desk is very helpful and kind as well! 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: I had a routine 6 month dental hygiene visit, and anticipated seeing my prosthodontist, Dr.Myshin for a post-clean check. After the cleaning, I was informed that Dr. Myshin had moved to another office, and I would see Dr. Lee for the mouth check. He was very pleasant and offered to repair my denture without having to schedule another appointment. I just wish I had been informed prior to the appointment, that I would not see Dr. Myshin.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygenist, Lauren is pleasant, informative, tells you everything she is doing & going to do next, and she hums along with the office music...very professional lady with outstanding bedside manners. Fantastic experience: Had a great six month cleaning yesterday with Lauren. She was terrific! She took time to do a very thorough cleaning and when I left my teeth were sparkling! Dr. Lewis did the exam and he was also very thorough and kind. The entire visit was very positive - the office has great energy!

Negative experience: My dental assistant sang and hummed every song (EVERY song) while working in my mouth. It felt like she was more focused on karaoke hour than my teeth, and she kept spilling water on my cheeks… not a huge fan of that

Negative experience: I have been going to Drs. Kravitz and Miller practice for many years. After they retired, I had other various dentists in the practice, and then finally Dr. Myshin was my dentist for the past 2 years. She was a very good dentist. At my last visit for a cleaning and exam in early August of this year, Dr. Lee did my exam. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace several crowns and had numerous areas of decay. I had just had some dental work done a few months before with Dr. Myshin, so I found Dr. Lee's findings to be suspicious. After getting a second opinion with an experienced dentist in another practice, that dentist found I only needed one crown replaced and had 2 small areas of decay. I would advise anyone having dental work at this office to be aware of this and to seek out a second opinion before having any extensive dental work done by anyone in this practice. I have since switched dental practices.

Positive experience: Not at all comfortable with Dr. Lewis. Nice but made me feel old. Seeing this office 2x a year and a periodontist 2x a year as well. He made them look stupid. I trust my periodontist to take care of my mouth too. I haven't seen the same hygienist and feel like a test subject. The young lady I saw today was good/nice.

Fantastic experience: First time visit because my long time dentist retired so high standard to meet. Dr. Lewis, Brittany and Emma did not disappoint! I needed a crown and they were fast, painless and very communicative about every step. Shout out to Brittany for the music selection. BTW, I am 69 years old. These young humans were fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an aching gum around my back tooth. The Dentist got me in fast, said it looked like I had an infection and a gap between my gum and tooth the tooth was fine. He cleaned the gap really well and used a disinfectant. Tooth actually feels a lot better. Got a prescription mouth wash and syringe. Told to floss really well and rinse with wash. I am very pleased. They really care and are very nice.
