Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at Susquehanna Dental West since 2000 and have always appreciated the dental providers and assistants. However, my experiences with the office staff have been less positive. Recently, I needed to reschedule a Monday appointment and called on Thursday to do so. During the call, I was asked to explain why I was rescheduling, and I shared that I had accidentally double-booked another appointment at the same time. I was then told I would be charged a $50 fee for not providing 48 hours’ notice. This was frustrating, especially since the practice has rescheduled my appointments multiple times over the years, including once for a staff member’s birthday celebration.

Fantastic experience: New to the area, I started seeing Dr. Massey. It was a breeze to get in, and the staff is wonderful. He has been professional, super personable and put me at ease. I have had virtually painless filling work, to include the numbing process-which for someone like me is amazing! Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: For Someone with very high Dental Phobia i needed to see a dentist ASAP someone had recommenced to see Dr Massey but when i called he had no appts available as soon as i needed so i went with Dr Weibler along with his Assistant Janet , from walking in to being escorted to the treatment room everyone was super nice and understanding of my dental phobia and anxiety i was literally in tears when i arrived , Dr Weibler and his assistant made sure i felt confident and not scared , she explained everything to me and Dr Weibler was so nice and very upfront with the information for plan of treatment , Dr Weibler has been a Godsend for me he has an amazing hand i did not feel the injection i did not feel anything after that either , his bedside manners were amazing , his assistant Janet was great talking to me and walking me through the whole thing , i was definitely at ease after the first couple minutes there , i love how much Dr Weibler is a perfectionist and wants things done correctly , this has been the best dental experience i have ever had in my life and coming from past trauma experiences with dentist this was a huge step for me , God Bless him and everyone at this office front desk girls were awesome with scheduling and explaining coverages. Dr Weiblers patient care is top notch quality i am so happy i found this place as my dental office from now on at 43yrs old i can say i have a formal dentist and I'm not scared to go . There aren't enough stars for me to give this place

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. From root canals to crown lengthening to cleanings, there's no place better. Recommend to everyone. I was new to the area and stumbled across this office and am so glad I did.

Negative experience: Staff were so unprofessional.they were making just a way to charges more and more fee with high price and they charge me $80 dollars for just missing appointments.so disappointed….think before you go

Fantastic experience: I will reiterate that I’m impatient, so I am thankful that the wait time is minimal. Since I practice good oral hygiene, I’m in and out in record time. I’ve been Dr. Mutschler’s patient for 25+ years, which speaks volumes. Hygienists are always kind and gentle and Dr. M is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had severe pain in my tooth and Dr Massey squeezed me in the day I called and realized I had a broken tooth and fixed it immediately. I can actually eat without pain and I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I called about 8 dentist in my plan but none were taking new patients but these guys. Staff and Dr were very friendly and treated me as an individual not just as a patient. My appointment time was 10:15 and they took me promptly which is huge because you don't want to be sitting in the waiting room forever. The doctor outlined the plan going forward and they have already scheduled me for the next couple weeks which is also a huge so I'm not waiting. I just want to get it done.

The staff is super friendly, the reminder texts and emails help keep me on track with appointments for the whole family. My dental hygienist is always super friendly and upbeat and we always have great catch up sessions. My dentist is always friendly and I appreciate his humor. Overall a great experience!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr Mutschler's for 30 + years and have NEVER had a bad experience This is saying a lot because I have not been blessed with naturally strong, healthy teeth. Truth be told, I fear going to the hair dresser more than I do the dentist (and I've had the same hairdresser for 7+ years)! The staff here are always professional, efficient and courteous. They go out of their way to make you feel like they truly care about your oral health-both the staff in the front office as well as the hygienists and assistants. Throughout the years, I have referred numerous friends to this dental practice because of my ongoing trust and overall satisfaction with them. As a matter of fact, one of my biggest concerns is where I will find another dentist as skilled-not to mention personable-as Dr. Mutschler, once he does retire.

Positive experience: I’m new to this dentist office. This is only my second time coming here. My doctor and his team that help me are wonderful and great!! There is one receptionist Christy/Kristie, that was very rude and short with me. The vibes I got from her, is that she hates her job. I asked her to ask ONE question to the orthodontist-who she was talking to on the phone for me, per my doctor’s request. Her response- you can call them, so you can go back and forth with them. I then ask her what is the place called. Her response in a very rude tone- It’s in Camp Hill, it’s in Camp Hill. Again, the doctor I see and his team are wonderful staff, but not her.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to find a dentist. Yesterday I broke a tooth and in desperation asked my parents where they go for dentistry. They gave me Susquehanna Dental West’s number and the office got me in next day. I’m always very anxious about seeing the dentist and shared that with the staff. They took such good care of me and it was pretty much painless. I’m thankful that a yucky situation turned into finding a dentist where I feel safe.
