Fantastic experience: These folks are great, from the first moments of being greeted by smiling faces and helpful staff at the front desk, to a super professional hygienist Emma and a great Dr. David Yovic who explains everything and does an outstanding job, going to a dentist is not one of my favorite things but these folks above make it great, when I think of dentistry I think of Locust Lane Dental Group.

Negative experience: I was a patient there and was sent a text I was overdue for cleaning. Upon calling to schedule I was suddenly made aware I was dismissed as a patient because I had missed two appointments whereas I had left a message. I even left a message last week to schedule an appointment and never got a call back so apparently they don’t check their messages. I called and explained and asked why and told them legally I should have received a letter of notice to explain and let me know why I was no longer able to be a patient. The front desk told me she didn’t know why at first told me she’d send me to her office managers voice mail and I was apparently disappointed in lack of communication. She ended up laughing and hanging up on me and blocking my number. Absolutely unprofessional and it’s your job as a professional to deal with situations and diffuse and explain the situation. They never take you on time and awful and rude to their patients. I’m 18 years old and new to making these appointments unbelievably rude!!!!! We aren’t in high school front girls get it together and act your age and be the professional you’re supposed to be!!

Fantastic experience: My first time going to them was a few weeks ago! I had the nicest lady she was kind but straight to the point. (Which I appreciate a lot) then the doc came in to check it out. The ladies at the front desk were smiling and laugh (which is always nice to see) He’s young but he was very knowledgeable and also very kind! Today I had my cavities fixed and on top of seeing the docs formalist face I had an additional lady who saw I was very nervous and calmed my nerves with some 80s music! I have no pain and am very grateful for their kindness! Thank you all for creating such a great vibrant friendly environment!! 100% recommend!

It was a smooth process from start to finish with very informative and friendly conversations along the way. I had to bring my 2.5 year old to my own cleaning and Brittany went above and beyond making both of us feel comfortable. I’ve already recommended this place to a handful of people and learned current patients I know are just as satisfied as we are!

Negative experience: I was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday at 4:10,for which I had to rearrange my work hours to make it to this appt,that I considered an emergency being my tooth had broken,I get there and they tell me we don't have you scheduled ,I say I called on Monday and I was given a appt for Wed I told them I had to leave work early just to get here someone here made a mistake ,they were very rude and unsympathetic ,telling me maybe I made a appt at the other office down the road by a bridge ,I say oh I didn't know there was another locust lane down the road,so I hurry down the road and no there is no other locust lane down the road,know I'm furious ,I already left work early for an appt I scheduled I call them ,and she says oh well we can see you tomorrow at 1,so know I would have to loose a whole day of work ,and she hangs up on me .I felt so disregarded ,even when I walked in they made me feel as if I didn't belong there very unprofessional, and nasty towards to me,when on the phone both desk people were laughing when I said I drove down the road ,and this was all a waste of my time and day .So I found a professional dentist office to do my business with.Thumbs down to LOCUST LANE DENTAL

I particularly appreciated that I was not offered any if the questionable "extras" I've been offered in other dentist offices ie pre cancer treatments, whitening services, or replacing old fillings with new when the old one are still working well.

Negative experience: The woman who saw me was very nice, the front desk staff was very nice, I am just too furious to remember any of their names. Over the phone they said they could take care of my tooth, even after I described exactly what was wrong with it. After sitting in a chair for 15 minutes and a single tooth x-ray I am informed "sorry we don't actually pull teeth here, here's a recommendation." And a bill for $130. They stole 130 bucks for me that I could have put towards an actual dentist to get this tooth out

Fantastic experience: My appt was @ 1120am. I got there at 1116am. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and check me right in. I was called right back. The lady that called my name to the back was very pleasant and sweet as well. They were right on it and my dentist was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They worked together hand and hand. I left very happy with my results and a great smile. Im glad they were accepting new patients. I must mention at check out it was very pleasant as well. The lady with the twin granddaughters check me out. She also welcomed me and told me to have a great day! Sorry im not good with names but can spot a face quickly. Fyi... my mother will be coming on as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Locust Lane Dental Group recently for some work and they've been great! Cleaning, a tooth pulled and bleaching. Tessa was awesome whitening my teeth. After decades of staining, I can't believe how white they've turned out! Going back in next week for some more work and never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist.
