They know I had past trauma with a dentist and am scared of dentists but Dr. G and his staff go above and beyond to make me comfortable and at ease. I would not go to any other dentist even If I have to pay out of pocket. I'm not leaving there. They do amazing work and take the time to explain everything and boy do I ask a lot of questions and they are still patient with me. And Dr. Glossner makes sure I'm numb enough. The staff are amazing and welcoming, aware of the costs and are upfront about them, nonjudgemental (they'll tell you when you have bad teeth and poor dental hygiene of course) and I think everyone genuinely loves what they do here. I had a toothache in my wisdom tooth that was really bad, they were able to get me in same day as I called and took good care of me. Massive shout-out to Dr. Glossner who saw me for that, and to Dr. French who is my regular dentist. Both of them are phenomenal. The dental hygienist, Lilly, is also super amazing. The dentist office can be a scary place for obvious reasons, but these people make it an awesome experience that I always leave happy. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: My old dentist always said "looks good no problems "...well after my first visit at Glossnar and McElwee, the dentist found a mess in my mouth. I was really upset...and went to my medical doctor regarding what the dentist said that i had an infection in my sinus cavities..it was true. DR Glossners group found infection in my old root canals. So I have had everything fixed that was needed. It took time, but it was completed within 2 years. I want to thank them which could of been dangerous for me ..and cant forget to give my Dental hygienist, Tara, a big thank you for keeping my teeth beautiful and sparkling.. They are a great group ...

Positive experience: Appointments are mostly punctual and the dentists are caring and discuss your care and concerns to help you make a decision you are comfortable with. The hygienists are thorough, inform the dentists of potential problems, and are friendly.

Positive experience: Overall, very satisfactory. …but, recognizing that Fridays are a busy day, a 25 minute wait after appt. time led to a 55 minute chunk of my time for about 10 minutes with the Dr. …something to work on….
