Fantastic experience: Great staff, very accomodating

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment and they made me feel welcome and listened to my concerns. After asking me some questions and evaluating X-rays, Dr Laura came up with a plan to fix my teeth and worked with my insurance time constraints. The staff is very knowledgeable and puts your mind at ease. If you fear dental work or have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the right place for you.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day as a patient. I was met with a comfortable, quiet, clean waiting area upon coming in. The greeting and reception was exceptional by not only the staff, but also the doctor herself. I never got the feeling I was a pest or another number to them. It felt very personable. When I went back to get my cleaning and teeth examined, the hygienist was top-notch and explained everything the whole time. She was very thorough.. They discussed all options with me and did not rush me through that process.. Upon getting ready to leave, I discussed getting whitening with them. They literally took me back for a second time to do the scans so we could move ahead with the process For whitening. This is the best family dental office in Arnold. Now my wife, daughter, and I are in good hands. Give it a try. You will not regret that decision!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to JL Dental for years, and it’s almost like trick-or-treating because I always leave with a bag of “goodies.” Everyone there is very professional and friendly, and there’s always great music playing in the background. I’ve had multiple crowns installed at JL Dental, and they made the experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Laura Mears made sure the crowns were completely comfortable and adjusted them until I was satisfied with the fit. She even tested to make sure floss would fit properly between the crowns. I also loved that they offer sunglasses to wear during long procedures. So the next time you need to go to the dentist, I recommend JL Dental—and it’s perfectly okay if you pretend you’re trick-or-treating.

Nicole the Dental Assistant was friendly, compassionate, kind and ready to put my nerves at ease, and Dr Laura was efficient, kind and they both did a great job and very professional . Both explained procedure made sure I was comfortable then both asked at the end if I had any questions. It was a pleasant experience and so glad I did it. Amazing office.

Fantastic experience: Last week, I received a dental cleaning and checkup at JL DENTAL. CARRIE did the grunt work of digging around and polishing my teeth. She did an excellent job with minimal discomfort. Next, Dr. Laura, not to be confused with the radio talk show host, Dr. Laura Schlesinger performed an independent review of my teeth. Sadly, she found a tiny cavity under an ancient crown on my molar. Fast forward to Tuesday of this week, and the operating assistant, Nicole, very aptly prepared me for the removal of the existing crown and a mold for the new crown. Dr. Laura removed the ancient crown, filled my cavity, and gave me my bill. Very little pain was involved in that entire procedure. I was led by Nicole through the labyrinth of halls to the front desk. My close personal friend, Gay, was more than happy to take my money. Yesterday, there was some discomfort as the novocaine wore off. Today, my mouth feels fine. Thank you, once again, to the professionals at JL DENTAL CLINIC!!!

Scheduling is so easy and so flexible for the working parents (early and later hours) I will never go to another dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I love my Dentist, and staff, they are all very professional, and kind. If I need help with Insurance, or any other matters, Gay is there to always help. If I have an emergency, I can always count on them working me in. I know there is always some pain with some dental procedures, but, I seriously can say, not much.
