Fantastic experience: I recently had a wonderful experience at Galleria Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The level of care provided by the dental team was exceptional. They took the time to address all of my concerns and answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. I truly felt like my oral health was their top priority. One thing I particularly appreciated was their great follow-through and follow-ups. They made sure to schedule my next appointment and reminded me of it in advance, which was very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Galleria Dental to anyone in search of a friendly and professional dental office. Their commitment to patient comfort, exceptional care, and proactive communication sets them apart. I'm grateful to have found such a great dental practice! I've referred my entire family here and everyone is very satisfied, especially my Mom. She won't go anywhere else. That in itself speaks more than anything I could ever write. Negative experience: My Dr was Dr.Shafi and apparently she left the practice but no one informed me. When I went in for my 6 month cleaning the new dentist asked me what I was there for and I said a cleaning. Why didn’t she look at me chart and greet me with your Dr left so I’ll be taking care of you today. I didn’t know my dentist left until I asked the hygienist. I had to have a filling which I took care of 2 weeks later and the same Dr was discussing her inability to travel to a different galleria location. Completely unprofessional conduct. I will be finding a new dentist and not returning.

Fantastic experience: I was very delighted to hear Sam was able to schedule me for an appointment the day of my wisdom teeth extraction consultation. With his help, I was able to easily receive an updated referral. He and Sara provided excellent customer service at the front desk during my visit. I want to also thank Dr. Karina and Timena for giving me a check up and cleaning on short notice. Timena was able to clean efficiently and let me leave soon to make it on time to my consultation. I appreciate Dr. Karina's feedback and look forward to visit Galleria Dental once again.

Fantastic experience: Experience overall was excellent, doctor Amina was wonderful and did a great job telling me about how to brush my teeth and floss properly the right way. The assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth and even asked if I wanted mint flavored tooth paste when giving me a cleaning. The front desk man named sam was quick and effective just the way It should be they even cheered me up when I was supposedly having an off day ☄️

They were understanding with our unique situation and we were able to reschedule when we needed to with zero issues.

Negative experience: We ended up seeing a doctor named Amina. She had fluffy hair worn down, which looked very unprofessional. She was dressed casually in leggings and a hoodie, and nothing about her appearance suggested she was a doctor. She was walking back and forth in the hallway, and I honestly thought she was a patient. You can imagine my surprise when she walked into our room and said she is the doctor. While examining my child, she kept one hand in her pocket the entire time. At first, I thought maybe she had injured her hand, but later I realized her hand was completely fine she was just too lazy to put on a glove. She didn’t even sit down. She briefly and carelessly checked my child’s teeth for cavities while standing, then rather rudely asked if we had any questions and immediately left. Extremely unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend her.

Negative experience: Don’t even call this place. I made an appointment and there was a mix -up about what time I was supposed to be there. When I said I thought my appointment was for an hour later, I was scoffed at like I’m stupid. Extremely rude. I said I will cancel and I will not be rescheduling. They have called me several times since then to try and reschedule my appointment. The first time they called me back I told them I would not be rescheduling and let them know how rude their staff was to me. No apologies and got a “thank you bye”.. odd. Since then I’ve gotten one or two more calls and after the latest I told them that they need to take me off their call list. From my observation it seems like I was being contacted by a 3rd party system so I can assume my information was given to them by galleria dental themselves.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a check up on some pain I was having. The front desk ladies were nice, i believe their names were sarah and jimena. Melisa was the person who called me back and she made sure to talk me through what she was doing when it came to taking my xrays since my tooth was really bothering me. Dr. Babbar, was understanding and explained to me what the options were about my situation. Kyle and Uzair were greattoo. Celine was really nice. Everyone said have a good day. Negative experience: Unprofessional and rude staff. They were very clearly in a rush when I was there, but I still spent two hours in there for a deep cleaning and then they still let me leave spitting blood out of my mouth. When I had to go back for a filling, they tried to raise the price from what they quoted initially. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming to Galleria Dental. I am normally someone who is very nervous and anxious regarding dental procedures. I have to say this was by far the Absolute best dental experience I have ever had in my life. Dr. Babbar is so talented at what she does, her team of assistants also were fantastic. I genuinely have 0 negative things to say about this office. Daisy at the front desk made understanding my billing and upcoming scheduling for appointments easy, its the first time I didn't feel confused looking at a insurance / bill quote. As you can see I can't say enough great things about this office and anyone like me that has any hesitation about dental work and who wants a top quality dentist office. This is the place you go, no question. UPDATE: New staff, same great experience Dr. Babbar is still here and is just as wonderful as always. If she ever leaves, I'll leave with her. Kyle, Sarah and Jimena were wonderful new additions to the staff. They provided courteous service and were professionals all around.

Words can't explain how grateful I'm am for being able to be seen and treated by them. Dr Karina spotted a cavity that another Dr at another place wasn't able to spot and treated all 3 of my cavities with no issues at all. Negative experience: This is not a good place for your dental work, they are very unknowledgeable about the work that is needed for your teeth had to get a second opinion. The representative at the front desk places you on hold constantly & never returns your call back after they stated they would. Suppose to email referral never did it I had to literally drive to the office to get it. They are very unprofessional & I would advise you to seek other dentist office not this one

Dr Babbar was good about explaining some concerns and a few things that need to be monitored for maintaining good dental health in the future. Staff was very kind and considerate. Fantastic experience: I needed to replace two old crowns and trusted Dr Babbar to do it after having postponed the dental work for 4 years, out of fear to the pain and discomfort. She was very careful and did and excellent job, assisted by Kyle and Daril. My crowns are PERFECT and I cannot say enough how happy I am now. I wish I would have done this a few years back, but is not easy to find good dentists like Dr Babbar.
