Negative experience: My experience was terrible. I took my son for oral surgery, and our appointment was at 3 PM, but we didn’t leave until 4:50 PM. I had to go to the front desk to inquire about our situation, as I overheard the dentist tell the assistant that the doctor needed to review my son’s X-rays. Neither the dental assistant nor the doctor introduced themselves to us, and the dentist didn’t speak to me at all. I sat in the room with my son, and I’ve never had such a dreadful experience with a dental visit. I was told that oral surgery could be done at their office and that the surgeon would evaluate my son, but that didn’t happen, and we were referred to another office instead.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified as I haven’t been to a dentist in 20 years and they made it so easy and relaxing and comfortable.

Positive experience: After being in an accident I was left without my front teeth but pearlview helped me feel comfortable and confident in implants. They were extremely friendly and their service was truly great and they were able to give me back a full smile and confidence. I would recommend again and again.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for approximately 4 years, and I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Daniel, the assistant, who was incredible from the moment he called my name. I have honestly never been greeted so warmly or experienced such amazing customer service. If I could choose my doctor’s assistant every time, I would 100% pick Daniel! Also, throughout the years I’ve been coming here, my cleanings have usually felt very aggressive—to the point where my teeth would feel extremely sensitive afterward. However, today I had a doctor named Dr. Alzain, and I immediately made sure to ask the front desk to keep my future appointments with him. He is soft-spoken, kind, and very gentle, yet still gets the job done thoroughly. The way he handled his tools made my entire cleaning experience feel comfortable, which honestly surprised me because I didn’t think there were dentists who weren’t so aggressive. If I could keep Dr. Alzain as my dentist forever, I absolutely would!

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. Mohan at Creek point dental where I received a cap and a partial root canal In February 2023. She sold her practice, therefore when my cap fell off I had to travel to Pearl view dental in Aurora. The bathroom was deplorable and out of hand soap and this dentist expects me to let her put her hands in my mouth? I brought the cap with me and when Dr. Mohan finally got into the room 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was given the unfortunate news that a portion of my tooth had came off with the cap. Then the doctor informed me that last time they had done a full root canal, Which was not what I was told initially,but had they done a full root canal it would’ve required the insertion of a post. As Someone who paid for the services in cash outright I expressed I would’ve rather performed a full root canal so that I wouldn’t be in this position now. Ultimately, I do not recommend this dentist to anyone if you want to be treated with care. Also, they spelled my name wrong, and I had to write it down at least three times on my intake form. I chose to leave the office rather than have any procedure performed because I was told that I would have to travel to the practice that had previously worked on my teeth to receive my records that they had specifically just sent to her for this visit. Thankfully, I was able to sign a release form and get them sent to my email, but was told by the receptionist that “their Internet has been acting funny today “.

Negative experience: No point in having a appointment call you a hour after scheduled appointment

Negative experience: My sister came here for an emergency. She had an infected tooth and she could barely open her mouth to talk. They recommended implants and a cleaning and tried to do the cleaning same day. Please be more considerate when trying to reach you daily production goals. I've worked in the dental field for over 16 years. I know a quantity over quality office and this may be one of them.

Fantastic experience: We were extremely impressed with our first experience at Pearl View. Every staff member we interacted with in person and over the phone was kind and considerate, and they made it flexible for us as a family with young children. The cleanings my husband and I got were quick and thorough and we never felt pressured into them selling us anything (this is something we have experienced at a dental office in the past). We have my children’s appointments scheduled for next week, and we are confident they will do a wonderful job with their cleanings as well. Thank you Pearl View!

Negative experience: Needed a new dentist because of a change in insurance. Decided to try this place because of good reviews, yet the service provided was so subpar that I was left disappointed and shocked. The cleaning didn’t include any flossing, charting, or any deep cleaning really—all they used was a water pick that I was basically water boarded with for 10 minutes (literally—for some reason, the dentist couldn’t seem to stop spraying water all over my face!). When it came time for the hygienist to polish my teeth, she had me hold the suction myself—a request I’ve never experienced in my life at any dentist—and she rushed through the polish so severely that she was rubbing the polish on my teeth with her fingers and skipping teeth with the tool. I did not feel like my teeth were adequately cleaned at all. Overall, I would not recommend this place, and I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Pearl View Dental was outstanding! Dr. Khyati Patel, Leslie, Ella, and Gladys were all so kind and helpful. I used to dread the dentist because of painful, uncomfortable procedures, but here everything was gentle and surprisingly comfortable. They even worked with me financially so I could get everything done in one visit without breaking my budget. Highly recommend! UPDATE: I came back for another filling and the service and procedure was outstanding. Thank you again Dr. Khyati Patel and assistant Sam. You're the best!

Fantastic experience: The orthodontist team have been super attentive to all my needs. I just finished my braces journey after 2 years. I am in love with my results and can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Went for a cleaning, the overall service was fine. I did not appreciate how quick the “cleaning” was by the dentist I saw. Whoever the assistant was that polished my teeth did it in such a rush as well. I would rate the cleaning and polish a 2 out of 5.

Fantastic experience: This practice is amazing. I needed to make a quick appointment for my 99 year old mother and they were able to schedule us right away. The staff was very friendly and helped addressed accessibility issues and insurance questions over the phone. The assistants were very accommodating with my wheelchair bound mother and put her in a family exam room that was large and comfortable for transferring from wheelchair to exam chair and allowed me to stay with her the entire visit. Dr. Patel was patient and kind and carefully explained things to us and her assistant, Elva, was compassionate and reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and this practice whose staff made our first visit fun and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel always does a great job. And the dental assistants are always so nice. I take my whole family to get our dental work done here. They accept Medicaid and do a great job working out payment plans for certain things. Dr. Mohan is as well always great and my oldest son really feels comfortable whenever she’s the one checking out his teeth.
