Fantastic experience: I found my new dentist. The people I spoke with were very very nice and answer questions I had .I am very happy with Dr B.

Negative experience: Always make my gums sore, unfortunately they chipped a tooth… didn’t tell me anything until I went home and checked it out myself

Negative experience: I was referred to this facility by friends who go here and I was excited to find a great referral. I was immediately turned off when I was talking to the office manager to make my initial appointment, and she told me I would see Dr Bennett because he likes to talk a lot just like I do. I thought that was so rude for someone who has never met me to make a smart comment like that when you are coming to a new location. Then I had two appointments scheduled one with the dentist for a gum issue and one with the hygienist for a normal cleaning. I canceled the first appointment with a dentist who talks a lot just like me, lol, because the gum area seem to heal. I gave them over 24 hours notice and call 2 days in advance. I also had to call four or five times to get a person because they sure don't answer their telephones very much. Then the day of the appointment I get text stating that I did not cancel that appointment. I called and spoke to a human 2 days prior. I said now I would like to cancel the cleaning because it's not a good fit and I would go there with caution. I also was told by the office manager that I would get a call for a rough estimate out of pocket and when I called back to make the second cleaning appointment I was told no they don't do that. Definitely not a place for me and I suggest that the office manager learns some common courtesy rules if she is going to have a job like that!

Fantastic experience: For the second time since I've been a patient, I had the best cleaning I've ever had. True professionalism and so knowledgeable! And she was pleasant and kind at the same time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fairway Family Dental for years. Yesterday I got in on very short notice after dislodging a crown. As always, great service. Dr. Justin is thorough and caring. His dental assistant was terrific too. FFD continues be the dentist of choice for our family!

Negative experience: This place has bad billing problems. They have over charged twice for extra x-ray pictures leading to additional out-of-pocket charges. The staff was nice so I'll leave 2 star, but I'm done with all the extra bills from them.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the way they put me at ease. The hygienist was very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for years, I always loved the welcoming face at the front desk. But now they have a screen that checks you in for your appointment. The screen dials into someone with a headset, which the connection is poor very hard to understand. I understand the use of technology, but it does not feel the same. My Daughter and I had appointments at the same time, but they changed our appointments at the last minute. Making my Daughter wait for over an hour. I was very disappointed with my experience!

Fantastic experience: My son had an emergency dental issue and the staff at Fairway were so caring and wonderful to work with! Even though they were completely booked, they squeezed him in and saved the day! Thank you so much to Dr. Baumler, Jasmine and the rest of the staff!

Negative experience: Dental hygenist was awesome!!! Virtual checkin violated my HIPPA Rights and was absolutely horrible!!! I will change dentists if they keep that stupid thing.

Fantastic experience: Raquel was great was very personable and most of all gentle , last time I went the girl was like Hannibal lector when cleaning my teeth so rough, sat there last time a took it , but if I got the same tech I was going to say something.

Negative experience: They took away cable or whatever platform for patients to gaze at that made the visit tolerable. And I don’t like the computer screen for check-in.

Fantastic experience: I first went in with a dental emergency and they were great, so gentle and very understanding. So I decided to have them be my dentists moving forward, I have been nothing but happy and feel very comfortable around Dr Bennett and their team. They are easy to communicate with and have good availability as well. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I have been here several times and each time it continues to get worse. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office, nice and knowledgeable staff, the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and gentle, they worked quickly but not to the point I felt rushed. They had a TV playing beautiful seaside towns and beaches set up really close to the patient’s chair and which was very relaxing, a very nice touch for lowering anxiety. Overall, everything was so comforting I could have easily fallen asleep even while having the work done on my teeth. I left feeling very well cared for and had all my concerns acknowledged. I highly recommend this business for dental care, I felt like I was treated like family and not just a customer.

Overall, a fantastic visit — highly recommend!

My technician was excellent and gave me care and flossing tips, as well as demonstrating. Dr. Baumler explained the relevant facts of my dental exam and I left feeling that I had the best care and attention possible.

Positive experience: I’ve only been a patient here for about a year and my experiences have been great so far. Appointments always run on time and the office staff, hygienists, and dentists are welcoming and knowledgeable. They take time to explain procedures and leave time for you to ask questions. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. I recently brought my 2.5 year old for a routine check up and cleaning and the hygienist was so wonderful with her as well as the dentist, Dr. Bennett. The hygienist was there as a temp but, if any decision makers are reading this, hire her. Overall it’s a great office to come to.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years do insurance issue. Farview Family. Did a great job working with me. They are very update in technology. I got to fill my forms out online, text to schedule my appointment instead of finding time to call and have a phone conversation. When I went in to my cleaning, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel like home. When I went back to the cleaning my hygienist was very nice, ask me personal and mouth question. Made me feel heard about my concerns. The cleaning was great and she walks though a h thing she was doing. The dentist was very nice, introduced him self to me ask my about my concerns and did check my mouth out. Overall it was a great experience and I will be making Farview my dentist!,

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been a patient of in my life. I waited to long between my last dentist visit and my first visit to Fairway but they were kind to me and they didn't make me feel embarrassed. All my questions were thoroughly answered down to the equipment used. Being a technology guy it was quite interesting. I highly recommend this dentist practice.
