Fantastic experience: This is the best Dentistry I have come across in over 60 years. The entire staff is super professional and nice. The Dentist( Swetha ReddyDMD) is very good. I had a veneer emergency. They got me in fast , and two weeks later, finished. Very satisfied with the new Veneers. Nice to have my smile back. Will recommend to all family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the dentist is incredibly kind, down to earth, and easy to talk to. The office itself has such a calming atmosphere. The beautiful pictures on the ceiling, relaxing Zen music, and gorgeous nature scenes on the TVs make going to the dentist much less stressful. It really creates a peaceful environment.They take the time to make you feel comfortable and explain everything without making you feel rushed. Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about this dental office and Dr. Reddy. They are always able to get me in quick. Give amazing service and make you feel comfortable. They do not pressure you into anything you do not need yet offer a clean plan of action of how to treat you. I am on my way back out this afternoon for a deep cleaning after having a gum infection. They fit me in 10 min after my first call this morning and then let me go home so I could reassess the price and speak with a gum specialist. They then fit me in again within an hour of my call back this afternoon. I am extremely happy with their service, there is a reason they are maintaining a 5 star rating as a dental office which is no easy feat. Positive experience: I was very disappointed in my experience at Smile Care. The first appointment went well I was told I had two cavities and would need a deep clean. They did x-rays and we scheduled the next appointment. At the deep clean appointment, I arrived 15mins early as requested. I then had to wait 45 mins (in the dental cleaning chair) before I saw a Dr. Reddy. She then proceeded to numb my mouth and made me wait an additional 20 minutes. (Google says it should only be ~5min wait after numbing). Afterwards, the front desk told us the cost was around $750 and that my dental insurance would not cover a deep clean. They did not think to mention this beforehand. The front desk woman was rude and condescending as I called my insurance to verify this was correct information. We decided to wait to schedule the 3rd appointment for my fillings, since the front desk woman offered to request a quote from my dental insurance to make sure they cover this procedure and that she would give me a call back within the next week to let me know. It has been two weeks now and I have not heard from the office at all. Very unorganized and rude front desk staff. I was referred by a current client who said they were great, so I was very unexpectedly disappointed. ***************Update******************* Updating review to 4 stars; I came back to get two cavities filled and this appointment was much faster, friendlier, and more efficient. Fantastic experience: I've been going here for the last 2 or 3 years. They're quick to get you in and help you with anything you need. The ladies here are SUPER sweet. I always find myself telling them my life story even with something in my mouth! I have had 7(?) fillings, 2 crowns, multiple cleanings, and multiple X-rays here. I've never had an issue that they couldn't fix. In fact, I've never had a dentist in all my 32 years that has convinced me to make flossing a habit until I started going here (sad on my part, I know). Unless I move, I will never stop going here. I also really appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling for unnecessary treatments. My filling fell out from a root canal that I had a few years ago Walked in with in 20 minutes They took care of me I had My tooth removed and stitch up. Gave me medicine return today for a cleaning and a checkup. The doctor is so very nice. Fantastic experience: When I walked in, I was very apprehensive about getting my tooth filled. On Christmas I ate a wonderful piece of peanut brittle. I broke my tooth at gum line. When Dr. Reddy came in and with her assistant, we laughed at how the tooth broke. She gave me 5 shots to numb the area. The only two I felt were on the inside of my mouth. I couldn’t believe how quickly and painlessly when she took the tooth out . I had minimal bleeding. Her assistant told me to put t bags over the area, which will stop the bleeding. I used 2 tea bags during the day and night. No bleeding when I went to bed. Dr. Is so patient and gentle. I’m so glad my best friend referred her to me. I’m
