Fantastic experience: The staff is great at this location. They are all friendly and nice. The office is always clean. I was do for a cleaning and I was vert nervous, but whole procedure was comfortable, and the hygienist communicated me with the whole entire time and it made me relaxed. The 2 front desk clerks are awesome. The doctor went over details on what needed to be done and was very informative. Definitely going back.

Negative experience: I had appointment at 3:00pm, reached there at 2:30… 3:50 and no one gives explanation on why is taking so long. Very disrespectful with other people’s time.

Dr. Jimenez and her team were beyond amazing from the moment I walked and every time I walked out. I Can honestly say she gave me my smile back. Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit to establish as a new patient. My standards were extremely high because the practice I had been going to for over 20 years set the bar pretty high. I was VERY impressed! The office was clean and well organized. The entire process from scheduling, to x-rays, to exam was smooth and easy. Every single person (front desk, assistant and dentist) was friendly, helpful and communicated well with me. I am so happy to have found New Image Dentistry!

Negative experience: I have been a patient of New Image Dentistry on Minton Road for at least 10 years. Multiple family members are also long time patients. We have always had great experiences from beginning to end with a variety of treatments. The last 3-4 times have fallen short. I even sent an email to the manager Kelsey October 2024 with no response regarding the office on Palm Bay Road where I had oral surgery and had a horrible experience. Today was the last straw for me. From the moment I walked in, you now check in on an automated device, so no personal experience from the start. I did not know any of the employees working (which were just the receptionist and the person doing my cleaning)-all new faces. I was there for a routine cleaning, dentist exam, and X-rays. I was only able to get the cleaning. The dentist had quit 3 weeks prior, and I did not get a call that I would not be getting an exam and X-rays. The office staff were perfectly fine about scheduling the exam and X-rays for January 2026, which would be a total of 18 months since my last exam and X-rays. I’m not sure if my teeth were cleaned by a dental hygienist or a dental assistant today. It was only her second day. She was at times difficult to understand and her hands were shaky. She had difficulty with the dental tools and the water. I was soaked all over my face, neck, and water trickled down my back. I’ve enjoyed going to the dentist, but I was extremely close to discontinuing the cleaning. I didn’t feel safe and that the person knew what she was doing. I now have to go back in three weeks to have my exam and X-rays. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic, but did tell me she has no prior dental experience. She did say she was going to “make notes to my boss”, and I invited her boss to give me a call if they cared. I did make future appointments to have as placeholders until either I hear from a manager or if I don’t in a timely manner, I will (along with my other family members) be looking for a new dentist. Also, the number that is being left on low star reviews is not a working number. It just rings.

Negative experience: Horrible experience at this office. I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. During the appointment, they did xrays and then told me I would need to schedule another appointment for the cleaning. Apparently, you only see the dentist the first appointment which was never explained. I would never agree to having to leave work on multiple days to get 1 cleaning done. Very horrible customer service.

Going to the dentist can be a little stressful but this facility does a fantastic job making every patient feel confortable and relaxed.. Very little wait time in waiting lounge. Dr. Gladysbel Jimenez is super great, being kind, considerate, patient with a gental touch and all the while making sure you are comfortable and doing ok throughout the procedure. I could not be any happier to have come across this outstanding dentistry. Thank you Dr. Jimenez and to all your staff members. I am greatful for the excellent work provided and my ability to smile again.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for taking good care of the insurance information. I didn’t realize the extent of it. Also I was impressed that one of the questions on the form had to do with medication that affects dental work. No other dentist ever asked me about that, although it was important.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Nicola had a broken tooth that was very painful, we show up on a Saturday morning, they squeeze her in without an appointment for that day. I do appreciate their kindness and professionalism, I do recommend this dentist facility.

Positive experience: Clarissa was awesome! She took her time with my daughter and made her feel as comfortable as possible. The ladies in the front are super sweet as well. I’ll be honest I don’t remember much of the interaction with the dentist. It felt rushed.

The cleaning was performed perfectly with full attention by Stephani and I appreciate her interest in her work and my health from the bottom of my heart. Michele is also very caring staff member and she scheduled me for an earlier appointment vs waiting several months. Thanks a lot to such caring staff members. Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience today from the moment I walked in the office and was greeted by Jamie who was very friendly and polite. I did meet Ana who is very funny and made me feel comfortable, I then met my hygienist Karissa who was very informative and patient with me and they all took the time to take care of me. I am still terrified to go to the dentist but these ladies made it less scary and stressed for me.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express my gratitude and feelings enough for the people here at NEW IMAGE DENTISTRY ! They were simply amazing! I am emotionally attached to them now :) From the call back (I mean an immediate response) , to the fitting my teenager RIGHT IN after an awful accident. They were prompt to getting him in on a Saturday (&they stayed pass close) …. they worked above and beyond to ensure my sons comfort in the horrible condition his teeth were in. Fantastic experience: Moved here fairly recently. It’s not easy to find a good dentist. This is my second dentist since the move. It’s really been much longer than I ever go between cleanings. Today I had my teeth cleaned by Karissa. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, I’m 69. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m happy that I found Dr.Jimenez, Karissa and the very personable staff. Negative experience: I do not generally put bad reviews on a business. I had a crown come out and needed a new one replaced. New Image looked at my insurance and agreed that it would be covered. This was January 3. If the procedure would have been 3 days earlier it would have been covered. We can all agree, insurance sucks. When approaching New Image to find a way to solve this issue, I asked if I could pay in full what the insurance would have paid them. That was not acceptable to them and I was going to be held to the full amount. I do not know about you but 1300 is not an amount easy to come up with, especially when you are on a fixed income. The gave me the option of paying over time with an interest of 18 percent. They gave me an option of paying it in full with a 5 percent discount. I ended up using my own credit card with less interest to pay in full. They cost me money. What they do not know is it cost them money too. Including myself there were going to be 4 adults to be treated at this facility, my wife and two neighbors. Now we will all find a better and more understanding facility.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly office of knowledgable and experienced professionals. They listened to my specific circumstances and worked with me to find a successful solution. They referred me to an oral surgeon and explained what would be done, when, how AND was cognizant of my insurance and out of pocket expenses. As a soon to be retired senior, I'm grateful. Excellent experience all around!! I was particularly impressed with the doctor's concern for my comfort and caution used to prevent future pain and possible dry socket from taking an impression too soon after my extraction. She is an excellent dentist. I was not the best patient and was treated very well by the entire staff. Thank you all for your excellent service!

Fantastic experience: From the time I entered the front desk Receptionist Monica greeted me with a friendly smile yet a professional demeanor. Also the dental assistant was attentive and informative as to every thing that she was about to do in preparation for the dentist. Not long after Dentist Dr. Hernandez came into the room and introduced herself. She then discussed my treatment plan before she starts. During the filling of my chip-tooth Dr. Hernandez pause to ask me if I have any sensitivity or discomfort. Now what I have described about the behaviors of the staffs, you might think what's so special about that. Sadly a little over a month ago I was a client at another dental clinic and my experience was quite the opposite. When a patient/client is vulnerable they hoped for an empathetic health care provider, not someone who is unprofessional and unkind to their clients. May GOD continues to Blessed New Image Dentistry at Minton Rd NW Palm Bay, FL.

I had a minor issue my Blood Pressure was sky high.. Everyone including my Dentist joke about cause I warn her assistant about it. It was a smooth and I didn’t feel no pain. And I think the Dentist and staff treat me very professionally but also show a very caring attitude towards my needs. Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Carissa, went above and beyond during my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and told me to let her know if anything is uncomfortable/sensitive. She was very gentle, kind, effective and thorough. The assistant who polished and cleaned my 3 year old son’s teeth was patient, friendly, reassuring and so sweet. She made his visit to the dentist office such an awesome experience. He was so excited to come up to the front desk to show Adrian his super cool glasses and the toy he picked out. This is such a great and friendly dentist office that my family loves/looks forward to coming to. Thank you Dr. Jimenez and your whole team!

Negative experience: Showed up on time for my 8am appt. Did not get taken in until after 8:40. Then still did not Dr until ,9am. Now dentist was good and what happened after is not her fault but the lab they use for making dentures. She explained their process takes them almost 6 weeks. Unfortunately this is beyond her control. Unfortunately for me this is the dentist my insurance stipulates.

I have a tight schedule and Adriene/Adriana(sorry for spelling) was very patient and helped me set up my next appointments. She also took time to go over and explain the details of my invoice to make sure I understood. Theresa was the dental assistant who did my X-rays. She was very kind and patient even though I was having a bit of a hard time keeping my bite. I did not catch the hygienists name who checked my gums but she was efficient and gentle. Dr.Jimenez did my exam and I really appreciated how she explained things in a straightforward but not worrisome way. In the past I have felt very stressed and almost guilt tripped by other dentists for the work I needed. Dr.Jimenez informed me what I can expect for treatment in the future without making me feel panicked. I am very glad I found this office and I’m looking forward to having them help me with my future visits.
