Fantastic experience: Very clean office. Staff was exceptional, very professional,polite, and informative..

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. My dental hygienist was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I have anxiety just getting into the dental office, but everyone made it easy and comfortable during the appointment.

Negative experience: We just moved here and were looking for a dentist. I told them we were retired snd had limited coverage. We were both given Floride treatments not covered by our insurance, Im still mot sure why we are 70 years old. I was told I need 2 crowns ASAP that I had to teeth that were fractured and needed immediate attention’ I was then told I needed to do a 10 day whitening also not covered under my insurance to do the crown or I would not be able to have the crowns done. I walked out paying $110 for what was supposed to be a covered xray and exam. I checked with my previous dentist who I had seen in September snd was told his records did not show an immediate need to have 2 crowns ASAP I am not interested in seeing a dentist who looks in my mouth to upsell services! I am on a tight budget and not interested in funding your 401ks

Fantastic experience: I've never liked going to the dentist, not because of the people, but for the drilling in my mouth. However, I have enjoyed coming here for the last three years. Maggie is amazing, and I appreciate her company while I complete one of my least favorite appointments. The dentist and staff are nice, too. I have had a few scheduling issues in the past, but my most recent visit was without any problems.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and personable. Listened to my comments/concerns and took the time to check and explain. Then gave references and feedback. Also fast service, and was able to get me scheduled ASAP. Front desk staff were also very thorough and kind.

Negative experience: I was driving to my appt and got a call saying I needed to r/s. I had already confirmed my appt and talked with someone the day before getting my insurance updated in their system. I was 15 min. early like requested and thankfully they fit me in but they acted like it was a big inconvenience. I waited a long time (after my appt time) and it felt weird that my standing appt was being given to someone else. While I waited the receptionists were calling asking tons of people to r/s their appts and move things around. I understand you want a full schedule and things change but it's not considerate to constantly be changing appt times on people, especially when they're already driving to their existing appt time.

Negative experience: They continue to change my appointment without letting me know, they force you to get lots of X-rays before you can get a cleaning, they don't explain the plan. Not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years and they're always friendly and easy to work with. Helpful with coming up with good plans for dental work

Fantastic experience: Recently had a tooth pulled, not the most pleasant of things. Dr Cruz & Carmen the dental assistant made my visit as comfortable and seamless as possible. If you haven’t met Dr Cruz I recommend you give her a try. She is understanding, informative & helpful.

Negative experience: If you pay cash, they won't make change. They keep the change, and give you a 'credit'. What a joke. Try to bill me for endless X-Rays and extract max cash instead of the tooth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several new image dentistry offices and this team has changed and it is an absolute golden group of people. So friendly and informative

Negative experience: My appointments continue to be canceled due to non confirmation. We tested my phone in office after being told they can’t see me. This has happened each time I show up and do confirm each appt created. Come to find out my number is saying it doesn’t exist, but I do call them and prove that they aren’t actually calling me each time they claim they are. Texts work fine, I don’t get the emails, they don’t send those. I’m irritated. I drive 30 mins each way to come to this office. I might take my business elsewhere and complain to my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend New Image Dentistry. Everyone is very professional and I felt very relaxed. The receptionist and assistant were very pleasant and knowledgeable when I had questions. I will be returning for treatment. Dr. Cruz was very pleasant and helped me make a positive decision about my treatment

Negative experience: If you have a busy schedule and cant fit into when they want to do something, I would recommend finding a different dentist. My last appointment i was called and asked if I could come early because they had cancelations and I was the last appointment. I said ill get there as early as I can, but im currently busy. I then recieved multiple phone calls between the first call and my arrival asking if I was on my way yet. I had scheduled a cleaning months ago for tomorrow at 5:30. I was called today (the day before) saying their hygienist only works till 5......yet they set the appointment. They asked me to come in earlier, which cant happen as I work out of town. I scheduled a day off and came back to town a day early because of this appointment which I also scheduled other things for this day that stops me from meeting their new appointment times they would like. They set the appointment, they know what schedule their hygienist works, they also have had this scheduled for months, but wait until the day before to try and change the appointment to what fits their needs....seems like they just want to go home as early as possible, even though its says their open till 7PM. Also, the week of your appointment you will get text and emails to confirm your appointment, which I did, then you get another round of text and emails asking the same thing....confirm again, get another round. Ill be finding a new dentist as their resolution was what other day works for you....so I should take another day off of work to try and accommodate them, that they would most likely try to change again. Very unprofessional and no care for other people's time or schedule.

Negative experience: Scheduled a new patient appointment 2 weeks ago. They had an old insurance from 16 years ago!!! Obviously showed inactive, so they cancelled my appointment and sent NO notifications. No email, no phone call, no text message. They blamed their "call center" even though the appointment was made on THEIR website with all current information.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I found this dental office! From the moment we walked in, the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire experience was from check into to check out was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Pricing and treatment plan were explained clearly, and at no point did we feel rushed or overlooked. The office itself was spotless and inviting. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile or a friendly hello. The main dentist was wonderful, very kind, gentle and attentive. As someone newer to the area I truly appreciated that they even took their time to offer referrals for other local providers/businesses I had been searching for. What stood out to me the most was how they took care of both our girls- one is 7 the other 18 (autistic). The team was very patient and understanding, creating an environment where both kids felt comfort and ease. They even felt comfort with me stepping out of the room- which is rare. It's clear this office cares about the patients they serve. We will be returning, and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Although the dentist is my least favorite place, Hunter was amazing. He made the experience a lot easier and his sense of humor was great. He definitely made me more relaxed. I can’t say I look forward to my next visit, due to the dentist being at the bottom of my list, but I hope to have Hunter again. He took the edge away.

Positive experience: The wait was longer than normal and it stressed me out a little as I work in the afternoons. Also, I had a tooth that was filed down that I was not.asked about. It’s in the front and now it will have to be fixed!

Fantastic experience: I went from leaving this business 1 star review in the past to 5 stars today as they made right by me in service. I was not happy about the previous last minute appointment cancellations of the past, but decided to give this business another chance as never had negative experiences prior to that one incident. When you look around at other providers in the area they have amongst the best reviews. I had work done today and the staff did great!

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth on Monda morning at 6:00 am. New Image dentistry was able to get me in the same day and fix my tooth! I am so grateful that they were able to work me in to their schedule and relieve the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Crews and their entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Cruz she is amazing with my kids . Front office ladies are exceptional however i saw wolcott and i have a bad infection and i was in severe pain. I appreciate the antibiotics but to try and address issues that could wait till later. I was in severe pain i should not have had to suffer and call back for a few tylenol 3 to take edge off. No one should suffer i will keep my kids there but i will find a new dentist for me

Positive experience: Staff members are very courteous and helpful at every step of the process. Timelines for getting to the final product seem to be an endless process due to their lab delays. I’m in the second phase, it’s now 3 weeks into it and was told that in or about 3 more weeks I should have the 3rd stage. Hoping that it all worth the delays.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a minor filling. My appointment was for 8:00am. I was called at 7:58am and was walking out the door, all done, by 8:11am. I was back home by 8:30am. This dental team is amazing.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a Dentist, I definitely suggest this location. I have anxiety, especially for the dentist. After our insurance changed, we lost our last dentist. So several years later and I am so thankful to have landed here. Everybody is so sweet and patient! A special shout out to Hunter for doing my cleaning today, and I believe Crystal for my original exam. I hope that's right! Both amazing! And of course Dr. Wolcott made me feel so calm and comfortable, Your kindness and grace is appreciated!

Positive experience: Positive: Hunter is a wonderful, knowledgeable hygienist. Negative: never get same dentist. My perception is that this location is after money not necessarily quality patient care.

Positive experience: I really had a great experience with the entire staff and especially my hygienist Hunter, he was nice and I was very comfortable with my visit today. I would have given 5 stars but my appointment was at 4:00 he was running late by 20 minutes and I was supposed to have an hour but he seemed to rush my cleaning to get me out by 5:00. I still had a good experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased being a patient at New Image Dentistry. My dental hygienist has been top-knotch and after seeing Dr. Cruz today for a procedure, I couldn't be happier. I am taken on time, the front desk has been professional and the entire staff has been wonderful.

Negative experience: I’d been coming to this clinic for a long time—until yesterday. My experience was beyond frustrating. Last week, my dental hygienist scheduled me for a restoration a week later, which I really appreciated. But when I showed up, the new dentist straight-up told me she wasn’t going to do it and even suggested I go find my previous dentist… who doesn’t even work there anymore. Then, instead of handling it, she told me to go to another clinic—which is over 30 minutes away by car. If she wasn’t planning to do the procedure, why book the appointment in the first place? What a total waste of time. A clinic should take responsibility for its scheduling instead of making patients jump through hoops. The whole thing felt like a game of hot potato. Super disappointing and seriously unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised with everything I experienced from the time I scheduled the appointment thru the time I walked out the door. I've been without teeth for a long time. I have a plan of action they prepared so I will have dentures that will allow me to eat properly again. The dentist and her assistant were both very pleasant and professional. I don't like dental visits so for me to say this was a very pleasant experience is truly deserved and much appreciated by me! Highly recommended! Everyone I've had contact with at this location is exceptional!

Negative experience: For starters, I *loved this place. My dentist and team used to be amazing - Haven't seen them the last two times i went, so perhaps changes occurred. Went in for an assessment Jan 3rd, 2025. Upon departing, the dental assistant, AND receptionist both specified that I DID NOT owe anything - which was indeed surprising. I asked the receptionist TWICE to ensure I was hearing that correctly, and received a PRINTED copy of an invoice that shows balance due: $0!!!! Apparently, there was a mistake made by reception that day by applying some sort of credit to my account that was not actually mine - Now Feb 20th, 2025, I'm informed that I owe. Called and spoke to the receptionist today to discuss (02/20/25 @3:30pm) which she said it doesn't matter that THEY made the mistake, I still have to pay for this. She had to inquire with management about it because I just couldn't get it. When she got back on the phone to tell me they said the same thing, and that I owe regardless of their mistake, I expressed that I found that to be unethical - She irritably replied with "You want to talk about ethics? You being self-pay should've known that you have to pay each time you come here" - When in actuality, I wouldn't if I'm told that I DON'T OWE anything; it's "No charge"!!!! Completely unprofessional reply. That's blame shifting, and being without insurance has nothing to do with the situation at hand. Had I known there was a balance due when they told me it was free of charge, I would've paid it. I used to LOVE this place, and my dentist (Have not seen him there in some time) - I don't think it's right to bait and switch, and I don't think it's right for the receptionist to fire shots at me. I was very respectful and monotone to her about this entire predicament, just utterly confused why I'm getting a surprise bill forced on me. Never again with this company, especially due to that receptionist.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all super nice and professional. Making and rescheduling appointments is always an easy task. The wait time had always been appropriate. I’ve yet to wait in the waiting room, following check in, longer than 15 mins. The staff ensures you are comfortable as much as possible, while you are in the dentist chair. And the doctor is super nice. At times you forget you are in the office talking to a medical professional, because she speaks to you as though you are a person. Super down to Earth and respectful. Eager to answer all your questions and she ensures you understand your treatment needs. The only regret I have is that I didn’t transfer to this dentistry a long time ago. If I could give 100 stars I would 100 times.

Fantastic experience: My son dental hygienist was cheerful happy easygoing person. He explained to my son what needed to be done by flushing and brushing his teeth daily to prevent cavity. My son was very happy he didn’t have any cavities during the cleaning process. Kudos to dental hygienist

Fantastic experience: Due to an emergency situation, I originally called the Minton Road office. I was put at ease by the voice on the other end of the phone as she looked at all schedules for first availability. My appointment was made promptly. When I arrived inside at the Bayside office, I was greeted by a kind voice. Shortly after arriving, I was led to a room. After asking a few questions, she took a few quick x-rays, which were over before I knew it. After just a few minutes, Dr. Wolcott came in. While looking into my mouth and handling a small situation, she explained what was going on and what the next steps would be. The young lady who gave me existing instructions, also fit right in. I highly recommend New Image Dentistry because everyone did their best to make my experience as painless as possible.

Negative experience: Very disconcerting is what I would say regarding my oat this practice. I believe this is a turn and burn practice that does not practice honesty and absorbs your insurance money . Something did not feel right to me, and I went across the street to another Dentist where I received proper care and an honest estimate. I found out my insurance money, was completely absorbed by the last practice. Wound up meeting an emergency root canal, which the next tested in-house on the spot meanwhile was told by New Image that they couldn’t perform it because numbing cream wouldn’t have worked on me due to infection. This was untrue and the next dentist confirmed that. Steer clear of this place

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at New Image ...Bayside Lakes) for many years now and I am giving them a five star for one reason only and that is the staff and the dentist I just saw this morning, Dr. Cruz. She was so gentle and probably the best dentist I have seen in my life. The owners of this company have to stop transferring dentists out all the time. I have never seen the same dentist! It's absolutely ridiculous! I am hoping that Dr. Cruz will be here for a long time. A patient needs to feel comfortable and secure with their dentist. If the company cares about their patients, they should understand this and stop switching your staff from place to place!

Fantastic experience: New Image dentistry is great got me in same day appt and an appt next day fir a crown for my front tooth. My mouth looks beautiful with just thr temp can't wait until the final product is placed have a few more teeth fate that to get done but definitely a new family for my teeth !!! Positive experience: I had my appt yesterday for treatment for filing. My dental assistant Jessica and the dentist was great and informative. But the front desk clerk Morgan was very unprofessional and lack empathy. She complained and was condescending to Jessica because she forgot to mention my financial plan.

They promptly booked me an appointment when I called with an emergency and was treated that day (and the next day as well!). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office!

Fantastic experience: Sherif was the absolute best! His takes his time and is concerned about my comfort. I have an active gag reflex, and he ensures that i am always in control. Additionally I am a smoker which adds stains to my teeth and he makes sure they are always pearl white when he is done!

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant first time experience at New Image Dentistry. I was taken back promptly. Everyone was courteous and professional. My treatment plan was clear and the doctor took time to explain how to mitigate certain challenges I was having with my teeth. Highly recommend as I live in Bayside Lakes and this is close to home.

Negative experience: The hygienist made a rude comment to my daughter as he opened the door to greet her (“You look like you’re six!”) Then, after being told about her orthodontic work, seeing the permanent retainer on her x-ray, and it’s clearly visible on the backside of the front teeth; he proceeded to yank the floss through the retainer and gums causing shocking discomfort to her and followed it up with, “Oopsies, I forgot.” I immediately called and reported this and requested the Office Manager be made aware of the retainer flossing issue and a note made that we never see him again. I’ve been going to this office location for years and this has never happened before.

Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen dental years ago...they still owe me money over fake charges they said they'd look into it and I never received I just kept getting a run around that it's on the way....she just tried...etc... as well as telling me I needed more dental work than what was true when I got my second opinion. This place is a breath of fresh air!!! I would recommend Bayside dental to anyone....the only reason I never bragged about this place before is because I wanted to give him a fair shot and I've been going to them for a while now in addition to that when I started to love them I wanted to keep this place my secret...lol But Maggie my dental hygienist over here is so absolutely amazing, she's thorough and loves what she does!! Honestly if she leaves this place I think I'm just going to cry.... After just a couple of times talking to her I feel like she's my long lost best friend that I just reunited with :) Just seeing her alone is worth trying this place out if you haven't yet.

I didn’t feel any pain when she injected me. She’s a blessing to have in our little village of Bayside Lakes.

Fantastic experience: I had the emergency of my year at work, first day of school, and I broke my tooth. I split my front tooth in half. New Image Dentistry was so kind and flexible that they put me on their schedule for first thing the next morning. The dentist was amazing as well as the hygienist. I walked out with a temporary crown and felt confident about the permanent tooth when it comes in. This is hands down one exceptional dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Everything was fine the procedure was done faster and professional I like that office and doctor Today was appointment they have to do impressions on my top teeth doctor Ma was patient with me friendly I am so happy to choose him as my dоcried.Today doctor Ma finish to work on my denture he has to pull out 11 roots and he did it great job now I have beautiful smile he was very patient friendly with me and I truly recommended this doctor with brilliant hand to everybody. Best dentist in Florida professional and all other doctors very friendly too. Doctor Ma the best!!! Today was last visit to doctor to have some correction I will miss that doctor and this office and all doctors assistants. Feel very comfortable like I came from Hollywood

Fantastic experience: I went to New Image dentist to have my tooth extracted, I was embarrassed about having to do it but the staff and dentist were absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: An existing crown fell out late Friday afternoon; it wasn't painful. They got me in Monday morning at 8:40 a.m. and was out in less than 30 min. I've been a patient for 9 years and see Dental Hygenist Andrea for my biannual appts. She is professional, pleasant, and easy to talk with. I haven't ever had an issue with her or other staff member

Fantastic experience: This was my autistic son’s first time ever seeing a dentist and I must say it was so good and the staff was very friendly and helpful! He needs to see an Oral Surgeon and Morgan was very knowledgeable about who would be best for him!
