Dr. Talluri , his assistant ( not sure her name ) and Leah were awesome . Not only professional and informative but definitely the best dentists I’ve been too. Would highly recommend, whole practice is top notch! Went back to have a filling done (my first one at 24 ) , Dr. Talluri and his assistant were on point once again. By far the best dentist I’ve ever had . Very professional and informative and even gave me a call after to follow up on how my appointment went (which has never happened to me before ) . Would recommend to any and every person that’s looking for a dentist. Also the girls at the front were very helpful and were straightforward with every question I asked. Fantastic experience: Very professional explain everything you need to know about what they’re gonna do to your teeth. All staff polite and accommodating.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I sat down, it felt less like a healthcare visit and more like a sales pitch. The staff repeatedly tried to push additional services and treatments. It made the whole appointment uncomfortable. I understand that dentists need to recommend treatments, but there’s a big difference between informing a patient and aggressively upselling. At several points I felt like my hesitation or questions were brushed off so they could move on to the next recommended procedure. It’s hard to trust a provider when you feel like you’re being pushed toward extra services rather than being given honest guidance. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. I was looking for a dental office that prioritizes patient care, transparency, and comfort—not one that makes you feel like you’re sitting through a sales meeting. Since then, I’ve found a new office which is right up the road, and they’ve had very little to critique of my dental health, further proving the wrong intentions of this office. Do better, Talluri.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful appointment at Exquisite this week. It had been 3 years since I have gone to a dentist & I needed an understanding one of what I had gone through medically the past 3 years, which hindered me from dental care. They listened without judgement & reassured me. It's hard to find that these days. My teeth also werent as bad as I maybe was feared into believing because of my excessive attention to brushing & flossing, so it was nice to be handled with empathy & care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in Massachusetts when I started to feel discomfort in my gums around my remaining wisdom teeth. I had a consultation and x-ray with Dr Talluri and he recommended removing the two wisdom teeth during my visit. The procedure was quick and mostly painless. Really appreciate Dr Talluri’s thoroughness and attention to detail to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. He walked me through the recovery process and even called me later that night to check on me. Really wish he had an office in North Carolina, where I live. I would immediately switch to him!

Fantastic experience: My name is Peter Stoddard and I am the biggest coward at the dentist in the world ! Ever since I was a child I had what was to me severe anxiety having X-rays as I have a severe gagging reflex as well as a severe overbite. When I was very young they had three people and my mother hold me down and many many times different dentist poured salt in my mouth telling me it would keep me from gagging Well it didn’t! I finally found Exquisite Dental , thank GOD Dr. Talluri and Martha and Lorena and Autumn and Caroline took special care of me firstly with listening to my fears and not judging me and they go out of there way to keep me calm. The doctor told me anytime I need to stop to put up my hand and they wait till I’m ready to resume. They always set aside xtra time for my appointments. I’ve had severe dental problems my entire life and this practice has the best prices of the many , many dentist I have seen for everything from X-rays and cleanings and cavities and extractions ! I have so much less anxiety going to him each visit and I trust his advice. The girls all play a large part as well from the front desk to the assistants they are very kind and take their time with me as well. It means so so much to me. For the first time in 60 yrs I am not afraid of going to the dentist. It’s truely no pain dentistry. I highly recommend Equsite Dental you will not be judged or over charged or told you need procedures you don’t need. I’ve said a lot here but it’s just the tip of the iceberg. They will go over and above to make you happy and healthy. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist. I’ve always had a bit of a fear of it. So I’m NEVER my most pleasant self when I go in for a cleaning, which I always feel bad for after. But the entire staff at exquisite dentistry is exceptional. I’ve been to many different dentists in my lifetime and have had some awful experiences. The doctor here along with all of his staff truly care about your dental hygiene, I’ve never felt that they just want my money. They are kind and do a great job. Fantastic experience: I just had my first checkup at this dentist, and the experience was great, from check-in (Marta was very friendly) to initial x-rays (always awkward to get them done, but Autum made it go very smoothly) to the cleaning (Caroline was so gentle, I've never experienced such little sensitivity during a cleaning)! Dr Telluri was very thorough in his exam and really took the time to discuss everything, between what he was doing & why to general best practices impacting dental hygiene. Very friendly and informative! Not to mention...they even have pillows and blankets to make the experience more pleasant. This practice definitely goes above and beyond in their service!

The team’s dynamic is incredible, they’re knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely love what they do. I’ve had Emface, Botox, and micro-needling here, and the results have been some of the best I’ve seen. I constantly get compliments on my skin! Fantastic experience: I finally decided to upgrade my insurance in order to see my daughter’s dentist. She was always raving about his office and him. After going to Aspen Dental in Saugus (on Broadway) and getting bruises after a filling and being spoken to like a child, and trying out two other dentists without much success, I decided to go to my daughter’s dentist. Dr. Sanjay Tullari was so good, compassionate, worked fast and professional. I could tell he was going to be good just by touch. Well it was worth upgrading my insurance to a PPO. I feel confident and am going to let him work on all the dental work needed going forward. I would very highly recommend Dr. Tullari especially those living in or near Melrose, MA.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a dental emergency today when I was told by a different place that I had to wait for a consult. I was in a ton of pain and have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but this was something I should have taken care of years ago. The whole staff was extremely welcoming as soon as I stepped into the office. Super considerate and hospitable! I sat in the chair and was very nervous at that time, but Keri and Dr. Talluri have a wonderful, calming demeanor and helped me talk through my options, without any pressure of doing anything at all. I am definitely going back there if I need any more extensive dental work done, and am considering transferring me and my family there as our main dentist!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Talluri and his team. When my elderly father, who has dementia, had a bad toothache my father's dentist gave us so much trouble giving us an appointment to pull the teeth. One call to Exquisite Dentistry and not only did the see my father that very day, but the Doctor and his staff kept the office open late to pull the teeth. If that wasn't wonderful enough, the Doctor and his team followed up with phone calls to see how my father was doing.

Fantastic experience: I was discouraged to find out Dr. Scola was retiring and felt I needed to find another dentist. I had also moved up north so I wanted to find a local dentist near my home. However, I am so glad I came back! Dr. Talluri is an exceptional dentist. He's down to earth, thorough and gentle. He dresses well too! He sheds a new light over there, making it even more desirable to schedule a cleaning. The staff is always smiling, Brit, Lea and Keri make the atmosphere very comfy and welcoming. I highly recommend Exquisite Dentistry of Melrose, you will love it here!! 5/5

Fantastic experience: Hello, I had to immediately write a review after my first visit just a few hours ago! Where to begin with my amazing experience.. first off the entire staff when I got there was beyond welcoming and so kind. The dental hygienist I first met with prior to the DDS was so sweet and while taking my x-rays was so gentle and always made sure I was doing okay and was comfortable! The DSS: Sanjay Tulluri is amazing! You can tell that he truly cares and goes in depth on what is going on with your teeth while being so informative on how to better take care of our teeth etc. while also providing the best service and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Truly feel so grateful I was referred by my best friend!! RDH Kaitlin Jensen performed my cleaning and she is amazing! She helped explain so much about our teeth, I learned so much knowledge along the way of the appointment. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and honestly made the whole process so smooth and gentle while being soo effective in my cleaning. My teeth feel amazing, and honestly I have never been so excited to go to the dentist!! What incredible staff and truly a team that cares and have true passion for what they do. I already learned so much in one day and love that they educate you throughout the appointment. I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you to the entire staff at Exquisite Dentistry!!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped in the door till the moment I left I was so impressed with this dental office. It’s not your typical dental office. Fantastic experience: I am writing to share my wonderful experience at Exquisite Dentistry! The first photo (left) was what I started with. I had received care from another dentist office for my Maryland Bridge, and Veener. If you look closely, you can tell which teeth they are because nothing about my smile matched. It was incredibly disheartening as my confidence was ruined everytime I smiled. When I met Dr. Talluri, he said he would be more than happy to help me get my smile where I wanted it to be. We started with Alligners to get my smile where I wanted it to be and in seven short months, I had a perfect smile with my new Maryland Bridge and Veener! The staff was AWESOME about answering any questions that I had, and never made me feel like a burden. They genuinely want people to be happy with their smile. The photo on the right, is now! I have received numerous compliments on my smile in just the short weeks of having my new smile, and I am over the moon about it. If you are looking for a patient, kind, generous, knowledgeable, and understanding dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Talluri and his staff. They have given me my confidence back and I cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Talluri and his staff are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment you arrive, Keri and Ali are so welcoming and helpful in getting all of your background info taken care of. Brittany was really sweet and funny when I just took the X-ray device out of my mouth before she even had a chance to get back into the room. Lea was amazing doing the cleaning. She was really thorough and handed me a mirror on occasion to show me exactly what she was finding. Dr. Talluri did a personal and thorough intake, asking questions not just about my oral health, but about my general health and lifestyle. That's the first time I have ever had a dentist do that. When he was doing the procedures that my teeth required, he was very attentive and worked very efficiently, not drawing the procedure out, but at the same time being very thorough in the work. The overall experience at Exquisite Dentistry was superior in every way! If you need dental work this is definitely the practice to visit.

Fantastic experience: Matches the office name = exquisite dentistry. Dr. T takes so much time to talk and understand your history, concerns and wants with your teeth and smile. He is genuine and a gentleman (rare these days). His staff are exceptional and gave the utmost care with x-rays, questions, continuing care and future preventative plans. Definitely a 5 star experience for me.
