Fantastic experience: We love this practice! Everyone is always so friendly, and my kids are in such great hands for dentistry and orthodontics. Both doctors and their staff are patient, kind, and so skilled. Update 8/2026: We’re still here and loving this practice! We appreciate their expertise and care, and that they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Always able to answer our questions and concerns and to try and fit us in for any acute problems. Super friendly and accommodating! Will always recommend!!

Fantastic experience: By far they always seem to exceed all my expectations. The front desk girls are always welcome & friendly (super helpful with moving appointments) Dr. Williams has been so amazing throughout our process! My oldest just got out of her braces & my youngest has just started her journey with hers. All in all, I'm glad I found them when searching for a dentist. It's a bit of a drive for us, but I honestly don't even care about that. They are so good with the kiddos I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams and Dr. Pearson are both so wonderful! They explain everything so thoroughly and well put for myself and my kids. The staff is very friendly as well, Crystal is so awesome and patient with all the questions I had. The dental assistants are all very nice and do a great job with dental cleanings. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good orthodontist and in general dentist. I will say, Dr. Pearson was so awesome when my son had to get a procedure done, his encouragement throughout and explaining everything before he did it helped my son and me through it! Dr. Williams is so kind when explaining the orthodontic planning and was very patient with me and my questions I had. Really great experience we’ve had here. We have been going here for about 2 1/2 years now, try them out if you’re looking for a new place!

Fantastic experience: I have been brining both of my daughters here for years. Dr Pearson did some detailed dental work on my youngest today, she is 8. This was her first ever real dental work experience and Dr Pearson and his nurse far exceeded my expectations. The ease and care that was shown to my child very special and she was encouraged and talked to in a soothing and supportive way. It was a tough procedure for an 8 year with big emotions and feelings and she left with a smile on her face as did I. It was A level of professionalism and care That made this mother extremely happy, for a procedure that we had not been looking forward to I would recommend Dr. Pearson to anybody for their young children he did a phenomenal job and everyone in the office is always fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office! Everyone is so friendly and great with kids! I have a very anxious 10 year old and Dr Pearson has been so incredibly patient and he makes sure he explains everything he's going to do. I never thought I'd be able to get my son to cooperate when he needed some teeth pulled but Dr Pearson made it so easy and painless for him. The hygienists (Tambre and Sam especially) have been great with my son too. They are all so patient! Dr Williams is also amazing! My 14 year old has been going through the process of getting braces and Dr Williams has been great, making the process so easy. I also want to acknowledge Crystal. I called the office with a question about my son possibly breaking a tooth and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay before the weekend! This is such an amazing office and wonderful group of people!

Fantastic experience: We moved to the blue springs area in late 2024 from North Carolina. This was one of the first places that popped up when looking for dental care for our child. We read reviews, researched, and are so thankful and blessed we chose them for our child’s dental care needs. This place is truly one of the BEST dental facilities to bring your child to. The staff is the very friendliest and most professional you could ask for. They are so well versed and knowledgeable when it comes to your child’s dental needs. The doctors here are absolutely amazing and make us feel valued, appreciated, and cared for each time. Fantastic experience: We are so thrilled with the top notch quality care our daughters receive from My Kid's. One daughter has started her braces journey and the amount of information, instruction, and attention to the little things this group gives is a parents dream. They make the process easy to understand for us and our child. I'm never afraid to ask questions and everyone always has an answer that makes sense. We've seen a huge improvement in her teeth is just several short weeks. I also love the amount of communication given by My Kid's. We have a convenient app and anytime we call, the phone is answered. Changing appointments is also easy, no questions asked when life just happens. The follow-up with orthodontist appointments is also a great touch. We recommend and will continue to do so! 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean and well kept. The person that put on my son’s braces was very thorough with her explanation of what she was doing, while she was working on his braces. She was friendly and kind and made him feel very comfortable. The doctor was very kind, he asked my son what he wanted for his teeth and made sure he was comfortable and understood what was going on.

He did an incredible job with my sons braces — truly stellar work — and even though he’s moved offices and is now farther away, he is 100% worth the drive. Today we came in just for a consultation for my daughter, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. He was so personable, patient, and informative — he explained everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and confident. During the visit, he noticed something on her imaging that both a previous dentist and another orthodontic consult had completely missed. Because of that, we’re now following up with an oral surgeon — and I’m incredibly grateful for his attention to detail and thorough care. Knowing I have some driving anxiety, he went above and beyond and made room in his schedule to actually start her braces that same day. That alone meant the world to me — no additional PTO, no extra trips, just compassion and understanding. On top of all of that, the office worked with us to create an affordable payment plan that truly fit our family. Professional. Kind. Thorough. Compassionate. We love this place and trust them completely. 5/5 stars — highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff!! From the moment I walked in for my consult to getting my braces on, they were super sweet and attentive! They made sure I was able to get my braces on with no issues! Payment plan is amazing and I would recommend them time and time again!

Negative experience: Would have given 5 star based on son's past visits but he had a painful issue after filling. Over the holiday, called office, unable to talk to call service or unable to leave voicemail. Nothing about if an emergency contact...All dentist have a backup if an emergency arises. My son hasn't eaten in 2 days, gum swollen, lots of pain, and can't swallow. Possible infection? This can be VERY dangerous after research.. said to get to dentist immediately. Even if a dentist was available to call me! They're closed for 4 days. Finally able to reach call center. Guess call centers get holidays off also. Got him into different dentist "on call"? Should have been offered 2 days ago.

Positive experience: Staff is always nice. Office is clean and we have been happy with the progress of my son’s teeth as well. Would recommend for sure.

Fantastic experience: My son had such a wonderful experience here after coming in with a chipped front tooth. He’s 11 and Dr. Pearson squeezed him in for an appointment in the afternoon. When we went back for the appointment, Dr. Pearson explained the options my son had really well and empowered him to make a decision that he felt comfortable with. My son decided that he wanted to hold off on getting his tooth filled because he had a band concert that evening and didn’t want his lips to be numb. Dr. Pearson not only supported that decision but volunteered to give up his lunch the following day so he could squeeze him in to get his front tooth filled. The next day when he arrived, Dr. Pearson asked my son how his band concert was and even remembered the instrument he played. Overall it felt very patient centered and the willingness to go above and beyond is not common anymore! Also, huge thank you to Sam and Summer who worked right alongside Dr. Pearson to ensure it was a pleasant experience. It’s greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Thankful we got multiple bids around town to finally find this orthodontist for our boys. The staff was very thorough and knowledgeable from the first appointment. Even followed up with us after initial applying of braces. Nice to know we picked someone who cares for such a long term commitment.

The staff is friendly and there isn’t a long wait time when you get in the room, so minimal time away from school/work for the appointments. The in house financing is feasible and easy to navigate.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience getting orthodontic treatment At My Kids Dentist and Orthodontics (yes adults are treated here), and I’m so glad I finally decided to do it. Orthodontics aren’t just for pre-teens—adults deserve confident, healthy smiles too! Dr. Zack Williams and the entire team made the process comfortable, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. They explained everything clearly, respected my schedule (same day which kept me from taking an additional day off work), and I am sure once my treatment plan is completed, I will absolutely love the end result. If you’ve been putting off orthodontic treatment because you think you’re “too old,” don’t wait—go see Dr. Williams. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Positive experience: My children have gone to this dentist office for many years now and I am always pleased with the care we receive. My eight year old has started his journey with braces and it’s been smooth so far. I really appreciate Dr Williams reaching out to see how he is doing after he got his braces on and he said I can always reach out to his personal number with any concerns. That is going above and beyond in patient care. When we had our orthodontist consult he made sure I understood everything and he helped calm my son’s nerves when he was getting emotional about it. I would normally give 5 stars but I’m giving 4 only because the young lady who put the braces on my son seemed very rushed and she wasn’t being as sensitive to his emotions through it like the doctor had been. I just felt that experience getting them on could have been better if she had taken some extra time and care with him getting those on. Maybe she was just having a rough day and it was busy there but still that first time getting braces on shouldn’t be rushed in my opinion especially for a kids as young as mine getting them. Otherwise I give 5 stars to everything and everyone else there. Front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this office to everyone as I always have.

Negative experience: My daughter was a long time patient. It seemed like every time we went we had to wait longer and longer. Yesterday our appointment was scheduled for 4pm. We checked in at 3:50pm. We waited until 430pm and no one came to get us or communicated that there was a delay. So we left. A woman called at 437pm looking for us. She was very dismissive as she was angrily saying she had gotten busy. This is not the first time we'd had to wait an excessive amount of time. They have no respect for people's time. They just want to cram as many appointments in as possible so they can make a buck.

Fantastic experience: Always family friendly, courteous, and ensures all needs are met by providing calls outside of appointments to ensure all treatments are going as planned for my child. Very informative, thorough with everything. We have attended this location for several years and they are very consistent and so helpful ans caring.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely adore the doctors and employees here. We came from a terrible experience with alot of shaming from another local dentist for the state of my son’s teeth who was born with no enamel. Dr. Pearson was incredible with my kids. He was patient and kind. He answered all of my questions and gave us all of the options with honesty. My daughter recently started her journey with braces and palette expansion. Dr. Williams was incredibly informative and made us feel confident with his knowledge of narrow palette related to airway issues. We have been very comfortable with every experience and very heard from all of the staff.

Able to get into appointments without problems and issues are addressed in a timely fashion. The front desk, the orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Williams have all been great in all aspects of my orthodontic care. Would recommend to anyone pursuing orthodontic treatment!

Fantastic experience: Words do not justify how awesome Dr. William’s is! Started with my kids and now me ! I am 34 years old having to get braces for the sake of my jaw needless to say . Dr William’s was able to get me in for a consultation fairly quickly, was able to start my braces that day. Pricing was great! Most importantly he listened to my concerns and saw I was in pain then treated with care. I highly recommend Dr Williams!
