Fantastic experience: Update: I have now been going over 4 years and they continue to be an amazing group. I have been going to CDA family dentistry for 2 years now, and absolutely love the staff. The dental hygienists are gentle and ensure they touch base with you at all times. The dentist is caring, an active listener, and always explains my options for treatment. They are my dentist office for life and cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient of Dr. Larsen's and had scheduled a routine exam and cleaning appointment for a couple months away. A crown came loose from a molar so called his office expecting to wait for a few days to be seen. I was shocked when they saw me immediately and the crown was in back in place within an hour. Staff were amazing!

Positive experience: I like this dentist and everyone associated with it. If I had any concerns it would be that I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time what my insurance covered as far as my teeth go. I was blindsided by a charge I didn’t expect and being on a limited budget it hit me hard.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just moved to Post Falls and I wanted to establish a dentist before there was an actual emergency need for one. As former dental professional I read his bio and loved that he’s a Christian, is a father and is involved with his boys and the fact that he played college baseball was also a plus, being that we are WSU baseball parents of a 2008 graduate! Also, I didn’t say I was a former dental assistant /office manager because I wanted to see if he would find unnecessary work to do for financial gain. And he did not! I received a good exam, we had a nice meet and greet and I left with a great feeling about the office! The office is exactly what we were looking for! Laurie, the front office manager is very pleasant and sociable to everyone walking in the door, the hygienist was very thorough and did a fabulous job! We both walked away feeling like we now have a great dental practice established now!

It's not one of those big fancy places most dentists have, where you imagine them driving a big fancy car and living in a mansion. The hygienist explained everything of the process and what to expect (I have done this so many times that the info was not necessary, but appreciated) and was gentle as she cleaned and applied fluoride to my teeth.
