Fantastic experience: I've not been to a Dentist in over 25 years, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. Thank you to the entire staff for making this worth it. My teeth need work but I'm not concerned that they will cause me pain or hide anything from me.

Everyone was great, I did notice the front desk staff seemed to get along really well as regulars came in & new patients like ourselves. Our “x-ray tech” was so great & super friendly as well. We already have new appointments set up & it was a breeze!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! 10/10 service. I came here so full of anxiety. I’ve been avoiding the dentist for awhile, and after having my daughter - which, pregnancy is hell on your teeth I’m sure you know - I was really worried I’d be judged or scolded. That wasn’t the case at all! I felt so comfortable here. The front desk is so welcoming, the dentist I saw didn’t make me feel judged at all, and my hygienist was AMAZING!! I couldn’t really talk, because, you know, my mouth was busy. But I left feeling like I had a friend! They really helped me out with my issues and my teeth feel as clean as ever. I felt like I had an advocate for all the things I was too afraid to discuss. I was met with tact and so much respect. I’m so happy to be on the road to getting my dental health back on track! I called around a LOT of places before coming here, and I’m so glad that all the stars aligned for me to be here! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stockton and all of the staff were very, very kind and helpful. I was in pain and not in the best of moods having trouble with my insurance and they were very patient.

Fantastic experience: The staff was awesome! I had broken a tooth off on my (all on 4 )dentures while eating a bacon cheeseburger, I guess the bacon was a lil to hard and crispy lol. So called around everywhere to find someone to help me fix it. They got me in 1st thing in the morning and had me to work by 9am.. plus the price wasn’t bad at all for the great work there tech did on it. I was expecting to pay about $200 more than what I did end up paying. So I’m very happy!!

Negative experience: So after spending almost 3k on my upper replacement denture, ,From their dental expert felt like I was making the discomfort experience up, they made a second. Then in less than a year of me talking about it did not feel right.... now I will have to get my lower implant denture remade as well! I can tell you this, will NEVER go here again! My original lower, upper, and surgery, cost 7,200! That includes a bone graph, and teeth extractions!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't thank aspen dental enough. I accidentally threw my lower denture in a dumpster after a procedure ya I know big mistake. The girls at aspen dental immediately made me an appointment. Within a week I was walking out with a smile again. Thank you all so much for all you did to help me.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get information on denture procedure. After 10 years of solid teeth pain it was time. The staff was very informative and polite. I was able to get my initial appointment done that day. And schedule the actual procedure 6 days later. The day of the procedure went extremely well, the staff explained the procedure every step of the way. Excellent staff and great people.

As a new patient, I reached out last minute hoping to get in soon, and they managed to schedule me within just a couple of days — incredibly accommodating from the start. Kris, the manager, stood out in particular. She was kind, knowledgeable, and seamlessly coordinated everything I needed during my visit. Beyond that, every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was a good one. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff that I had interaction with were very helpful and informative. Ashlee helped me get signed up with the Aspen Dental Savings Plan (I saved ALOT of $$) and lined out my options for me to choose from. Kari was very informative, helpful and an all around joy while explaining & performing periodontal & oral hygiene. Dr. Stockton was very attentive & professional while performing my procedures & Dr. Watts was very informative in explaining procedures prior. Thank you to Dental Assistant Bailey for helping me through the first day at Aspen with her attentiveness, professionalism & wonderful attitude, getting X-Rays, 3D scans & guiding me through the process. Again, everyone at Aspen Dental was very pleasant and helpful!! If you are in need of any type of dental work, i highly recommend Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene Idaho.

Negative experience: Christine was not up front and maybe assumed customers know what an implant is, I thought an implant also included the crown. I was shocked to find out I paid over 3000 to get 3 teeth pulled and implants but no crown. My dental insurance was maxed out by them as well as being in 3000 debt. They sure screw people over. Do not go there, find a different dentist. When I called the office all Christine did was argue with me. I literally had to tell her to stop talking over me. Not professional at all.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly from the start. Any questions I had, they made sure I left with an answer. The lady who helped me with my dental plan was extremely nice about everything, and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. She just wanted to stay on top of my dental care a little more (which is fair). When an opening came up, she helped me get some of the work done that same day. I’m really happy with everyone at this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule same day appointment if needed. Staff very understanding as I have neglected my dental care for years and was concerned that I was going to be made to feel bad about it or be judged, NOT THE CASE! Staff and providers explained every step and allowed me to make priority appointments first and then secondary (less vital) when able. Works with most insurance as well as partnering with 5 different financing companies that give options for payment plans.

Negative experience: Called around for help with a tooth I want extracted and possible extraction for my 15yr old son as well spoke to Aspen dental they assured me they could accommodate a tooth extraction at their facility for both me and my son even quoted us a price range for each of us. Then I went in paid the $29.00 each charge for the visit and exam. They determined it was the tooth I thought it was and that I needed a dental implant or root canal and crown. I told them No just pull it they said I would need to go somewhere else for that and they would write me a referral. Then they told me my son needed a root canal and we said we are against root canals just pull the tooth they said No. We won’t do that here we can send you a referral for your son as well. This company is a Fraud all the care about is $$$ they quoted us on expensive fixes instead of the easy fix we called for the day before and confirmed we could get here. Once it became about hundreds of $$$ instead of thousands of $$$ they referred us elsewhere ! I will never return and I would highly suggest anyone looking for dentist work stays clear of these people ! Everyone you speak to there is a sales men !

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time to Aspen Dental, the staff was amazing from the time I walked into the facility. Ashley was great and very helpful, After spending time with the Dentist, that was also an A for care and service. In the end I met with the office manager Chris. We went over my needs and made a plan to get my teeth back in order. I was so impressed with everyone there. Thank you Aspen Dental. I retired in idaho nine yrs ago and It has taken me this long to find a home for my dental needs. Five star + Gary March

Negative experience: I went in for an emergency extraction of an abscessed tooth, was given x-rays and antibiotics, 2 trips and 3 sleepless nights later the tooth is still in. was given a plan for $50,000 worth of work to be done, and when I asked about my tooth getting out, the nurse asked like it was the first she had heard of it. incredibly unprofessional, more interested in money then customers

Fantastic experience: Hi I just had my first cleaning today at Aspend CDA, I’d. It was amazing! Kari is a tremendous hygienist she did a very good and thorough job, she was very kind and caring. Chris gave me an excellent customer service and answered all my questions. Erika checked in as soon as I arrived no waiting time at all and Kari was ready to do my cleaning . Positive experience: Great care, amazing people that actually care about your health and well being, answered my questions without making me feel dumb, and the staff were really funny. However they need to hire more receptionist, the 2 receptionist they have are amazing, super nice, and efficient but this location is soooooo busy all the time it’s unfair to put that mush pressure and work on one’s plate. They ask us to come 15 minutes early but didn’t get me in till 45 minutes into the appointment. Not their fault they just need more staff!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my first visit with Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene. I was seen to get a quote on Motto Clear aligners. The team there was amazing and super personable. The Motto Aligners were literally 1/4 of the price of Invisalign. Definitely recommend thisAspen Dental office.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful office! From Erica at the front desk to the X-ray techs, hygienist & Dr. Watts & Kayla finance/ checkout I had a wonderful experience. Erica was so welcoming & helped with the new patient check-in process & answered all ?’s. The X-ray tech’s were fabulous working as a team to get pictures of my teeth. The hygienist was very personable & explained what she was looking for as she started “charting”. Dr.Watts was very reassuring that she could fix my broken tooth. I may have the name wrong for the finance/checkout young lady but she was so great explaining charges & setting up my next appt. Her smile was great! Fantastic experience: I called Aspen Dental for an emergency appointment while visiting a family member in town. They offered me the first appointment of day. Greeted by friendly staff who were experts in guiding me through the seamless check in process, and explained every procedure with kindness and gentleness. I experienced NO pain while having extractions. They managed the insurance portion of visit, explaining costs and options which assisted me in making an informed decision on the treatment they recommended was needed. I have had negative experiences with previous dental offices and have determined that I will continue to see Dr. Kurle, Steph, Chris and their team for all my future dental needs when I visit family. Thank you so much for making my visit as awesome as it could be, considering most people dread “like having teeth pulled”. When asked to rate there 5 star system, I give them a 10!!

Fantastic experience: I’d recommend to anyone. Everybody is very nice. I avoided the dentist for way too many years, mainly out of fear. I started going to Aspen regularly for the past year and I no longer have that anxiety about going to the dentist. It’s just became kind of a routine thing that I do. So I guess you could say they cured me!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time, and honestly was quite nervous about going back because I thought I was going to be given a hard time. Not here! The ladies in the office that I dealt with were all super nice and didn’t make me feel guilty about not getting my teeth cleaned every six months. Speaking of getting my teeth cleaned. Kari The dental hygienist was awesome. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very pleasurable to talk to. I’ve had some hygienist in the past I feel like they’re attacking my mouth when they clean it, But not Kari, It was nowhere near as Uncomfortable as what I have experienced in the past. Thanks to her. I don’t think I’m going to worry about coming back and seeing her every six months in fact, I already made an appointment. I didn’t spend as much time with Dr. Watts Or Steph But both ladies were super nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable being there. Finally, at the end of my appointment, I met with Chris who was able to help me figure out pricing and the best way to get my teeth fixed without totally breaking the bank. I felt like she was straightforward and wasn’t just trying to sell me something, she seemed like she was genuinely happy to help me. So far, it’s only been my first appointment but I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I want to first thank Aspen dental for seeing me on such short notice and taking care of me and getting me free of pain. I had seen a different dentist to extract a molar and they fractured my upper jawbone taking it out. Aspen got me in the next day, made sure I was comfortable, did all the necessary steps to fix the issue and got me out of pain. I can't say how appreciative I am of them for doing this for me when I had no where else to turn. Dr Tyler Kurle did such an amazing job and had me in tears of thankfulness. I will be returning for all dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break and I was in some pain, I got stuck in Vas Vegas for 2 days then again layover in Sacramento over the weekend, 2 or 3 times I had to reschedule my appointment. The entire staff were friendly, polite, and took their time making sure I understood exactly what they said and patiently answered all my questions from the results, to financing to managing expectations, very professional and very positive, very personable. Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in CDA is easily the best Dental office I have ever visited. I see Dr. Watts, and Hygienist Kari. They are both super professional, and not once have I ever been “judged” about my dental care. You know…given a lecture/scolded or “talked down to” about flossing etc. All of the staff (Marissa, Chris) and dental assistants are very friendly and professional, and I’ve never been treated with anything but respect. On top of all that, their costs for care are great! I highly recommend the CDA Aspen Dental office for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Thank you. I was full of fear and anxiety to have a root canal. I was fearl and full of anxiety about cost and being ripped off. I can’t not express my thanks enough. You was so kind and happy to helped me with the financial part . They found an easy solution. You took away all my pain, fever from infection and did a phenomenal job on my dental work. Thorough tanking extra steps to ensure it was amazing.I have absolutely no pain after. Only pain was the lidocaine numbing shots which u were as general as possible. I give u 10 stars. Negative experience: I came in because they are offering free exams and x-rays at the moment and I’ve been experiencing horrific teeth pain for months now. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to ask what I was spastically needing looked at so I told her about my teeth pain and that I need prices after the doctor looked at my teeth since I don’t have insurance. When I arrived it took them nearly 30 minutes to call me back, and when they finally did and I was being x-rayed the woman doing the x-ray said that I was only there for a limited exam and that they wouldn’t be looking at all my teeth. A little frustrating considering I just talked to the receptionist about what I needed looked at but I agreed since I’m in severe pain everyday. The doctor looked at the side of my mouth where I’m having pain and when it came time to get me priced for my tooth they tried to add pricing on crowns for root canals I had a year ago that are not any of my concern right now so when I asked the price of my tooth causing me pain it was nearly $4,000 for a single root canal and crown. HORRIBLE pricing. I am young and don’t have $4,000 to spend on a single tooth. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been amazing. All the staff are very kind. I want to shout out to Dr Kurle for being an amazing dentist. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with my anxiety over my teeth. He did an excellent job pulling a few of my teeth and with the fillings. I felt no pain or discomfort the whole time! Shout out to Chris in the front too. She was very kind and empathetic to my situation and got me set up with financing since I don't have insurance. They were also very accommodating in getting me in quickly for an exam since I was experiencing tooth pain. They will be my dentist office for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: The team was really friendly and helpful with all my concerns. I got my all on 4 implants done elsewhere but had some concerns they accepted me and treated my concerns with care. Highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I’ve ever been to a dentist where I felt like a whole team was caring and compassionate. From the front desk to the doctor all involved are obviously very careful with their craft. Chris is literally the sweetest lady I’ve ever encountered in any kind of medical setting. Even when I was going back and forth and not making up my mind about scheduling anything out of fear she still took her time and was very patient with me. I had to get a root canal done and I was absolutely terrified. I’m 22, I’ve never had one done and I really didn’t want to. Chris gave me her own personal story about how easy it was and how she knows I’ll be okay and she was absolutely right. When I came in for the appointment I was so scared I was shaking as I was signing the consent forms and I could stop crying. Not one staff member treated me like a nuisance or was unkind. They all worked together to help me relax. Dr kurle did my root canal and when I tell you I felt absolutely nothing, all of that worry was for nothing. He asked me multiple times if I was okay during the procedure and was a very gentle dentist. Even with multiple patients at a time. So if you are like me and are terrified of dentists, or terrified of pain, this is the place for you. The whole team cares and it shows. I’m going back for my wisdom teeth with far less fear than I had before. So TL:DR A very kind and compassionate office from front to back with gentle dentists. Great if you have any kinda dental fear, and plenty of financing options and lack of financial pressure.

Fantastic experience: Day before my appointment I called to ask a couple questions, Erica answered the phone was very pleasant and informative. When I arrived Chris was on the phone and immediately welcomed me in. Brice quickly took me back, very pleasant young man. He took my imaging and made sure I was comfortable with all the fun chips, etc placed in my mouth. Dr. Curly came right in and looked my mouth over and then came back and was thorough with what my treatment plan will be. After a few minutes, Chris came and got me to go over all the options I have to continue my dental work.she walked me through different scenarios that I could move forward with, no pressure just information. July is 25% off which is a huge bonus. Plus, the 1st appointment was at no charge…It was a full comprehensive appointment. I highly recommend CDA Aspen Dental. Thank you !!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Watts and her assistant Avery enough for the incredible care I received. I was in so much pain from a badly hurting tooth and needed it extracted as soon as possible. They were able to get me in very quickly, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, both Dr. Watts and Avery were kind, calm, and genuinely caring. I was feeling very anxious about the procedure, but they went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and informed about what to expect. Avery was wonderful—she was so compassionate and even held my hand during the extraction, which meant so much to me. The procedure itself was amazingly fast and smooth. Dr. Watts was professional and gentle, and I felt like I was in the best possible hands the entire time. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Watts and her team. I am so grateful for how they turned such a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: These guys were amazing! My dentist wasn’t able to get me an appointment for another week but i was in such a great deal of pain, even with pain medication, that i could not wait another day if i could help it! I searched for emergency dentists and thank GOD i found these guys! They did quick x rays, took a look, and got my tooth extracted in less than 2 hours. From making the appointment, to the amazing staff, and getting everything done so quickly, definitely keeping them on my radar if i have another emergency! I’m not experiencing far less pain (still some because i am recovering from an infection) but far less than before. sits actually manageable!

Fantastic experience: Very nice service, I was an out-of-state patient. Clear explanations of services. I was, also, a walking patient with sever toothache I will likely look in to Aspen dental in my area when I get back home
