Fantastic experience: I had another very pleasant experience here today. Kim did an excellent job. Kristin gave a good shot and Dr. Oswell knows what he is doing for sure! I was impressed with how far dentistry has come over my lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I really like the staff and Dr Oswell. They are sensitive to how I am doing while cleaning my teeth. Everyone seems really nice. I have to admit I have pretty good teeth so I don’t have to go through what my poor husband does,but we both like Rathdrum Dental.

Fantastic experience: Semi-annual cleaning and Kristi delivered with a thorough cleaning and recommending a different approach to cleaning between a molar tight spot. Professional yet friendly office and staff.

Positive experience: Very expensive , no Communication within the office, tried to charge for X-rays they didn’t do. $71 for 1 minute exam during a cleaning, 4K for 1 implant, will be looking else where

Fantastic experience: Always pleased with Dr. Oswell’s work! He put O rings in my denture & cleaned a (Large amount of plaque) off my metal posts, even though I was not scheduled for a cleaning. He also treated the area with a anti bacterial. Also, his assistant at chair side was very kind & thoughtful. Dr. Oswell is an excellent story teller, always makes me think or laugh or both!

Fantastic experience: After not visiting the Dentist for a number of years due to a very bad experience and going through a very hard two weeks of what I thought was the flu, come to find out I had 3 abscesses that were making me very ill. My loving daughter who works in the Dental field convinced me to visit the Dentist where she works. I was given the Star treatment Rathdrum Dental The staff that I met were polite, kind, loving, caring. Dr Jeff is one of the best around and I would recommend him to anyone that’s seeks dental care. Fantastic experience: I had all upper implants done and it was a long process due to issues with my own body. I finally got my permanent dentures and I was in tears because they were the wrong color and didn't match my bottom natural teeth. I went in today for my follow up ready for a fight. Not only did Dr. Oswell and his assistant, Elena, agree, but they did everything possible to figure it out and even sent pictures and called the lab while I was there. Turns out the lab did the wrong color and they are doing new ones. Thank you Dr. O for caring.

I am not a fan of having someone else flossing my teeth. So she doesn't make me suffer through it! The team is very knowledgeable and listen to my dental concerns. Dr Oswell has a very much let's wait and watch approach instead of just drill and bill. I appreciate that very much!

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient to this dentist and when you walk into the office you can tell that it's a comfortable space. Everyone there is very kind and respectful. What I love the most is that they listened to my concerns and didn't shut out any possibilities of what could have been happening. Went the extra mile to make sure they took every x-ray possible to find a determination for a treatment plan. The dentist was willing to listen instead of just giving out his opinion. To me that is a win because most doctors/ dentists that I've went to don't go the extra mile to find a solution and he did. He also gave options on trying to eliminate or to treat the issues that I was having. All I can say is thank you for taking the time to hear my side and trying to do your best to figure out what is the best outcome.
