Negative experience: I was not told my hygienist was no longer there. His manner and technique provided good results and my wanting to return. The hygienist that I met with yesterday was thorough but abrupt and callous. I went on record by requesting that I not receive treatment by her in the future.

Yelena is the most knowledgeable and skilled hygienist I have ever had (and I’ve been around a long time), Dr. Elena Sangache is fantastic both in her kind and caring manner but especially in her high level of professionalism in every procedure I have had. The office staff is welcoming and very friendly. I could not ask for a better group for my dental care.

Negative experience: Cleaning was not good. In the past was thorough and felt each tooth taken care of. This time too much skipping from one side to the other. Use to more friendly conversations as well.

Negative experience: Read until the end. 1st appointment was great. I was the bad patient and didn’t have my “ducks” in a row with filling out paperwork before hand and getting X-rays sent over to them. They didn’t make it a big deal and were understanding! Had a general cleaning done and was very nice. No poking or anything like that! 2nd appointment was VERY different than my 1st. I was terrible. They were rude and made me feel like I was a burden to them after they lost my email of all my X-Ray's (they should have been the ones to reach out and get them) and it was the end of the world that they had to do more X-Ray's and have them do their jobs. Then the lady had her boobs on my face the whole time - like move the chair up or something. That was very inappropriate. Had to wait forever for the Dr and she was soo hard to understand.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. I called to take my child for dental cleaning, they didn't do it and at the end they told me to call the insurance company for referrals to kids dentistry. I couldn't believe they wasted my time and they told me they had children services

Dr S-S was so pleasant, non-judgmental and professional. The lady working the front desk was exceptional too. I got a quote with my insurance plan for a couple of fillings that need to be replaced…..again, all was handled so professionally. I could not be happier with this dental establishment and will be returning regularly to the dentist once again! Kudos to all the employees…they are top notch! With the dentist being so pleasant it is no surprise the staff follows suit. Thanks again!!

From the few phone calls for communication, to getting worked in all was timely, clear and professional. I had to move onto an Endodontist and they also assisted me with that very quickly. It was very appreciated and they took great care of me!

Negative experience: No doctors ever available. They will delay and stall doing your scheduled appointment by WEEKS. The dental hygienist have NOT been trained properly to administer novacaine. They had me flopping in the chair and crying because they caused me extreme pain while Injecring novacaine into my jaw. Overall horrible. The receptionist is rude. 0/10 would never recommend. They also try to take money from you after your appointment before ever running it through insurance. "OH we will refund you if its covered " doesn't seem normal at ALL.

Positive experience: They were very quick to help me when my crown fell out and gave me options. I was pleased and felt secure.

Negative experience: Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and 15 minutes after my scheduled time I had to go check on it even though I was the only patient in the waiting room. They told me it would be another 15 minutes to be seen. Scheduling an appointment is done so that both parties can manage their busy day. While I understand delays can happen, there should have been some proactive communication from the front desk.

Fantastic experience: I really do like my care team at Metro Dentalcare. I have NEVER had an issue or bad experience with them. I trust them as my care team. . This time I had a different hygienist, and I was very pleased with him! He was very polite and did a great job! ❤️
