Fantastic experience: Oakwood Family dentistry took me in right away. They have provided me with plan. They scheduled me for a root canal the next day as I had an upcoming trip. I had many questions so the root canal did not happen but they took the time for very thorough explanations and did provide a temporary filling until I am able to get back after my trip. They were very accommodating and kind due to my quick time line and very understanding to my questions. I would recommend this facility.

Positive experience: New patient, scheduled an appointment and the service quality of the person who handles phone calls is just so off putting. I called another dentist before, and backed out because this location was closer, and it was like night and day service. I work in a call center, and we are taught to sound enthusiastic for a reason; it is free to do and really sets the tone for how your experience is. Scheduling an appointment is definitely a part of the experience, so I just wanted to share my thoughts on mine.

Negative experience: This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. I came in for a routine cleaning and gum infection check, but the visit was disorganized and focused on selling additional treatments not covered by my insurance. I was asked to pay upfront to make it easier on them which was odd to me. Also, multiple providers gave conflicting recommendations, and a cleaning was started then stopped midway. After nearly an hour of confusion and unnecessary charges, I left without proper care. I do not recommend this office. This was my second and last time I come to this office.

I have severe anxiety but every single person in that office has been amazing and worked with me to get all the work done that I need. And I need a LOOTTT of work. 10/10 would recommend this dental office to anyone looking!

Negative experience: I went here for a few years till it was time for a filling. It now hurts everytime I eat something. I had an appointment to get it looked and with a cleaning and gum check. They took me back and she continued to tell me that it was my gum and I need to buy their gum care. I questioned why I needed to pay for something that was caused by my filling. I never had problems with my gums till after the filling. Not to mention I had already waited an hour and half just to be cleaned. They are a good dentist but I wouldn’t trust them when it comes to having a filling. After that she continued to say I have more fillings that needed to be done. I had an appointment a few days ago to get those looked at and they said they weren’t even there.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a dental emergency and they got me in immediately.

Negative experience: Got my fillings done a couple weeks ago, on my front teeth and 2 has fallen out after flossing and brushing. The sensitivity and the pain from eating anything on that tooth is horrible. The numbing gel that was put for the filling was applied to the wrong side so I got raw dogged with a needle straight to the nose from the mouth it felt like. Other than that, the staff was nice except for Dr woo I believe. The one who works all days except Wednesday. He was very just not comforting and rude. Especially to the women.

Fantastic experience: Let's start off with the front office the personal is wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Moby is my favorite I need es a lot of work and she guided me all the way through. Sharing every detail along the way she is excellent I highly recommend her. The office manger is great she explained my insurance coverage and plmade payment options affordable. Negative experience: i called to see if this office took medicaid as i saw in a fb group that they did but was unaware wich ones were accepted so i called. mind you i work in DENTAL i have for 10years and i will absolutely leave this place 1stars because as a front desk receptionist and a DA i would never ever speak to someone the way i was spoke to on the phone just now. i was still talking and they proceeded to hang up on me . customer service needs some serious improvement. As a dental professional myself i am lost for words . just a very unprofessional place and ive not even been to the office and wont be going now. as for management yall need to take a serious look at your team and do some evaluating. very disappointing

Negative experience: I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit, where I had three separate appointments for various procedures. Thankfully, my insurance covered most of the costs, as I would not have been willing to pay the full price for the level of service I received. Customer Service: The young lady at the front desk was courteous and welcoming. However, my experience with the clinical staff, particularly the technician/assistant Gabriela, was disappointing. She was unprofessional, using inappropriate language about her colleagues in my presence. Additionally, there were significant delays in getting the X-ray machine to function properly, causing us to sit for over 30 minutes before the X-rays were finally taken. Another 40 minutes passed before the doctor arrived to clean my teeth. The staff member who discussed my payment and treatment plan was clear and professional, and I appreciated her straightforward approach. However, the Asian doctor who worked on my procedures was unprofessional in her demeanor. She was overheard cursing about issues with her equipment and seemed visibly frustrated throughout my treatment. She was also inconsiderate while performing the procedure, as tools were carelessly bumped against my face, and she expressed frustration when I had difficulty keeping my mouth open due to saliva accumulating at the back of my throat. I found her to be emotionally charged and unprofessional, especially in how she interacted with her assistant. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and I felt the procedure was rushed and poorly managed. On a positive note, the Indian doctor who briefly attended to me was kind and efficient. She was polite, and her approach was much more professional compared to the other staff. Cleanliness: The office was in need of maintenance. The walls appeared dirty, and the chairs seemed outdated and worn, which gave the space an overall neglected feel. Staff Attentiveness: I was scheduled for a 1:00 PM appointment, but the procedure did not begin until 1:45 PM. During that time, I was left waiting in the chair while staff members ate lunch and conversed nearby. This lack of consideration for my time was frustrating and disappointing. Professionalism: Professionalism was lacking throughout my visit. The Asian doctor did not introduce herself either time she worked on my procedures. She entered the room without acknowledgment, proceeded with the treatment without explanation, and left without providing any information about the work that had been done. This lack of communication and basic courtesy contributed to an overall negative experience. I do not plan on returning to this practice for future treatment. The standards of care and professionalism fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this office to others.

Positive experience: The last time I went, I waited a very long time to even be seen, just for them to look at my teeth and tell me they weren’t able to do a cleaning that day. I apparently needed a deep cleaning and I had to come back. I wasn’t given a choice between cleanings, but if that’s what they were recommending that I needed - ok, I got it scheduled. The way they went about telling me I felt was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. It was no different than any other type of cleaning so I’m not sure why it was so much extra. I also had to pay extra for a cleaning kit that they were out of, and then I had to make another trip to the office to get it when it came in. The day I came for my service, I was confused as the person who told me I needed the cleaning and assessed my teeth wasn’t even the one performing what needed done. The person performing it couldn’t get the water turned onto the pick, and kept having to ask the tech. It was just very unsettling as I’m putting my trust in them. I may give them another chance because I understand businesses have their days. They did make me feel comfortable during the procedure but only because they administered laughing gas. I have a tooth that is a little rough I asked to be shaved down a little bit after that service to which was never done. I didn’t know my one tooth still had rough edges because my mouth was completely numb leaving As a cash paying customer who chose to come to this location, I did not have the best experience.

Positive experience: Love Dr Mody and Dr Woe is great !!! Always had a good experience with staff and Jackie and Receptionist are so sweet and helpful. Dr Pram is new dentist that was extremely rude and unprofessional and worst experience with a physician have ever had. I will never return to see her, but Dr Mody and Dr Woe are Amazing !!!

Negative experience: Brought my Dad in today for a 9.00am spoke with Jessica a day before and the day of the appointments she said we did not have an appointment an we never called and spoke with them. She said we must have talked to another dentist. I’ve been a patient here myself and I’ve had several incidents with staff being unprofessional. Dentist is great but staff are Got a call from Jackie apologizing about yesterday on how they fell off really bad and told me that they did not take his insurance because it was an hmo. I said no it’s not, he has a ppo policy which they accept. Well after checking it out again with another dentist, it’s a ppo where everything is paid at 100% so they lied twice once saying he didn’t have an appointment and secondly they verified insurance It really matters who accepts patients and who truly verifies insurance. It also matters that you sync really well with your staff whether you’re there or not.

Negative experience: Paid extra for deep cleaning, and they gave me a standard basic teeth cleaning to my knowledge that took maybe 15 minutes. The staff was generally friendly, however, the person doing my actual cleaning was disinterested, impersonal, seemingly passive aggressive, and rough as hell with cleaning my teeth. Would brush it off as a one off, but my wife serendipitously got her teeth cleaned by the same person, and had the same experience with them as well.

However, coming hear to have my daughter’s cavities filled was a pleasant visit, each and every single time.
