Fantastic experience: Great experience. In and out. No fuss. 16 yr old boy. Team is kind, skilled and dentist was great.

Negative experience: Our appointment was at 10 and they didn’t start treatment until 10:50, even though the knew they were running behind when we arrived at 9:45. This has happened multiple times. But if I’m 5 minutes late they are calling me.

Fantastic experience: Although my child was being a brat, the hygienist and doctor kept their cool and patience throughout and did their best! We love Tebo at Thompson Bridge! The only negative thing I have to say is that we had the early appt scheduled for 6 months and I was called the day before asking for a later time. The text message I received showed a later time than what I was told, and we still waited about half an hour which is not usual. However, the patience and kindness shown, especially with Ms. Jocelyn, trumps any time frustrations I had!

Negative experience: Been taking my kids here for a little over 2 years haven’t had much issue until now, I’m a mom of 4, and I work from home during the week while my oldest is in school. They sent a confirmation text on Friday, I responded on Monday and confirm, they’re appointment was Wednesday. Got all 4 of my kids up and ready to the dentist on time (only 3 were being seen) I get there before the scheduled appointment time and they tell me ALL THREE of my children’s appointments were canceled because I didn’t confirm in time so the spots got filled. I’m livid at this point because I live over an hour away, and to get 4 kids out the door on time to drive an hour away and then be told they don’t have appointments anymore? It’s absolutely bull. And then the only accommodation they could do is I wait around for 40 minutes to see if the family that’s supposed to come in comes in or they can see them in 3-4 hours. I already drove an hour away for this which wasn’t even needed because I had nothing else to do in Gainesville. I’ve never in my life heard of a policy that cancels your appointments if you don’t respond to a confirm text. Not even the doctors offices do that. My child missed a day of school and I missed a day of pay for absolutely nothing with no accommodation made. A simple call letting me know that I didn’t respond in time would have been nice before just canceling the appointments with no notice and making me waste a gas and time to get there. Or idk… maybe don’t have that stupid policy We will not be going back and I highly don’t recommend you take your child(ren) here.

Negative experience: Does not accommodate single moms, if you don’t confirm the appointment via text and phone call, they just cancel your appointment. What kind of stupid policy is that? Highly pissed that BOTH of my kids appointment was cancelled the morning before their appointment. I did NOT call in to cancel. Since when is this a way to do business?

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Tebo since she was 7. She is now 15. I can’t believe it’s been that long . Tebo makes it easy laid back and at a consistent flow.

Fantastic experience: My child had his first dental appointment today at TEBO And the staff couldn’t have been any better. They were calm and patient with him as he Crying. They were very informative as well.

Positive experience: They were nice , they are friendly , don’t mind explaining , the nurse I believe her name was Ellie .. she wears the head band and has tan skin she should go get her dental licenses ! She’s so awesome and tells you everything they are doing before they do it . She is great with kids . I loved her . The dentist did explain things to one child not the other so much but the second was a bit difficult in beginning but the nurse was still so nice and patient . Now on to the not so good The jelly they put on to numb the area they DONT leave on long enough to numb them they put it then stick them and it hasn’t completely kicked in and if you’re in such a hurry I feel like that is a scheduling issue within and shouldn’t be pushed on to the patient because I’m grown and the needles hurt They should also add a little pressure to another section of the mouth when they put the needle in the roof to help alleviate some pain from the needle . Which these things are easily fixed . Change of routine and scheduling. The parking and the area is not great I dislike that part. The office is clean and they are all decent I love the fact I can go back My child wants to go back to their old dentist they liked the way they done the work on their mouth rather than this one which is fine because at the end of the day it’s their choice and I don’t want them to be scared or in pain and end up hating going to the dentist . I don’t think it was so bad for my other child and they were happy with their first time having dental work .

Fantastic experience: Tebo Dentistry is one of the best dentists I have ever taken my child to! My daughter actually gets excited about going to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and very respectful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone !!!

Fantastic experience: I have three kids- all under 7. Tebo was amazing helping me with my one year old while my fearful three year old needed me when she got her teeth clean. Everyone was very nice and did the job efficiently and within a timely manner. We were only there an hour while all three kids got their teeth clean! Very happy with their service and amazingly sweet staff.

Negative experience: This place is probably great…but we weren’t given the chance to know. We just moved back to the area, I was needing my son’s dental check up and screening sheet for school, he has Tricare. After being on hold a total of an hour between 3 calls trying to get a human on the phone, I made an appt for my son for the following day-which I was thrilled about- and gave his insurance info. I did all the paperwork in a timely manner, and still received a text at 1pm saying to call by 12 and my appointment was cancelled because his insurance was inactive…called, waited…and got again a human on the phone after 15/20min, Kimberly I believe, who just argued with me that his insurance is indeed inactive and I should call them myself if I had questions…so I did…using the auto verification system and the info I provided the receptionist and had zero issues verifying his insurance in less than 10 minutes. His dad is an army veteran and he has tricare for life, I understand this may not be a military centered town, but am disappointed in how we were treated from jump. Tried to call the office back and could never get another human, left a voicemail with all of this info, to include the Tricare number to call to verify….but no one corrected this mistake, apologized or otherwise. In fact they called me 3 or 4 more times saying they had a missed call from me, after I had made the appt but in between them canceling said appt….with a generic “sorry we missed you” message. Major front office issues I’m gathering, or too many patients…not sure but customer service is severely lacking. I guess they never listened to my message or bothered to call back regarding THEIR lack of knowledge regarding tricare insurance verification-regardless of being give all the info including the number to call to verify… Have since booked with another local company and had excellent experience from east insurance verification? To booking to even calling and hold times less than 5 min to speak to a person.

My youngest had a terrifying experience with a prior dentist that made him very scared of dentists but this entire staff went above and beyond to make him feel at ease about the entire process!! Fantastic experience: As one of many people who are nervous about going to the dentist , this place changed that for me ! of course i was still a little nervous , but as soon as i noticed how they treated their patients it lowered my nervousness so much . Dr. Dave and , forgive me i forgot her name , but the assistant that was in the room helping both welcomed me in very kindly . They made sure i was completely comfortable at all times , and any time i had an issue they immediately went to fixing it ! that’s what i loved about this team . and even though i am a 20 year old they still welcomed me :) . so i just wanted to give a huge thanks to these guys and i highly recommend going here !

Negative experience: Our initial visit to Tebo Dentistry at Gainesville location was great. I got all 4 kids dental assessments and cleanings done. The nightmare started when we were referred to their Lilburn location for IV sedation. For our initial consultation there we waited an hour after our appointment time to be seen even though we arrived 30 minutes early. I had to remind the front desk personnel twice that we were still waiting. After being called back the anesthesiologist sat we us for about 5 to 7 minutes. He patted on my son’s stomach and said I need to get rid of the fat which later my 6 year old son felt bad about. He looked up his nose and down his throat. He approved him for IV sedation. The day of the appointment the anesthesiologist put my son the sleep and told me he would let me know if he is about to get a nasal cannula down his nose. After an hour waiting I was informed they could not perform the IV sedation because he couldn’t get the nasal cannula down his nose. I was told by one of the sedation nurses that I would have to take him back to the office we came from and follow-up with the dentist there. Later we I tried to schedule an appointment I was told I had to follow up with the oral sedation referral but no referral was given to us that day or mailed to us. Today, I have came by the Gainesville office to see what they could do for us. The older woman at the front desk was very helpful in trying to find out what I need for my son. She tried to get help from the young girl at checkout who just ignored the lady and was more concerned with replacing the toilet paper in the bathrooms than to stop and help a patient. We will never come back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Everyone was super sweet and understanding. When you walk in, the sweet ladies in the front are so welcoming. The dental hygienist, the assistants, the doctor and everyone were so patient and caring. Very understanding of hectic complicated schedules. This will forever me my children's dentist office.

I recently started taking both of my boys here & this is the first time they've been comfortable at their dentist appointments and my oldest is looking forward to appointments instead of being terrified. The staff at the Gainesville, Cumming (shout out to Madison) and the Lilburn locations are amazing! Thank you for making my boys feel comfortable, therefore making me feel so much better about taking them!

It was my grandsons first time going to the Dentist and the nurse was outstanding! She was so very patient and kind and explained everything she was doing and it went great! Fantastic experience: The perfect dentist to get your baby’s teeth checked out! Caresource covered the cleaning and they were very patient, caring, and reassuring to my daughter in the process. Besides settling in, my baby loved the process in all of it and she was very happy watching Mickey and Bluey on the TV. I think that was her best experience with going to the dentist for the first time and I bet she’d love to go again with no problem. I was very relieved to hear what the dentist had to say after the examination on her chipped tooth and they provided me with an appointment the next morning after making a call. Thank you so much Tebo Dentistry, you have a great staff who are attentive to kids’ needs.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit and it went very well for all 3 of my children! Dr. Dave was very attentive and thoroughly explained some of the issues that my children had going on. The entire staff was amazing! I am very happy that we made this switch! Having a dental staff who truly does care for their patients is refreshing.

Fantastic experience: I like this office for several reasons. Dr. Dave is calm and casual, very engaging and takes plenty of time to explain x rays and procedures. He's personable, which is the best thing. One of the receptionists in the office, Ina, is FABULOUS! She always knows the answers to my questions. Ina finds solutions to our scheduling issues, even checking for cancellations multiple times in a week in order to make an appt time works just right with our schedule. She is happy to look up and reprint a procedure plan, or double check on insurance coverages. It's comforting to know Dr. Dave will be there to give us great service and Ina is there to take care of the paperwork for us. I highly recommend Tebo's Gainesville office for a small town feel with top notch people.

Fantastic experience: My son is barely over 4 years old. We took him here for his first dental visit ever, and he ended up having cavities that needed to be filled. We were weary of the process at such a young age, but Dr. Cole is amazing, and every visit has been a complete success with zero fear. The front office staff is polite and efficient as well. I recommend this office. Now my son is about to turn 8, and we’re still receiving excellent service. No complaints.

All of the staff there currently are SO wonderful and have just, in 2 visits for cleanings, helped my daughter overcome SEVERE dental visit anxiety and outright battles and terror over the dentist. They have cared for her mental, emotional as well as dental health and taken both of us into consideration in regards to our needs and concerns. I’m confident in a full progression for my daughter into comfort and trust at the dentist because of them in just the past 2 visits alone. Their personalized patience, compassion and professionalism truly redeemed our ability to relax and trust for dental visits for my girlie!

Positive experience: I thought the first nurse that walked in and took the X-rays was great and my 3 loved her and she got it done. The one that came in to clean his teeth was alright . I felt she might have got frustrated but it was his very first time to a dentist. The dentist came in and he sounded great until he ask me if there was a reason why my child wouldn't let him look at his teeth. Well maybe because he is 3 yrs old and has never been to a dentist and had no idea what to expect. Other than that it was a alright place but not a very nice building

For some reason his anxiety was through the roof today and they took time and acknowledged he was having a really rough visit and it was outstanding! Negative experience: I took my 3 year old here for his first dental exam and cleaning. We drove an hour to the dental office. I thought my child would receive a dental cleaning, but all they did was examine his teeth. The receptionist was good, dental assistant was friendly as well. The dental hygienist wasn’t so great and didn’t put in much effort, she touched a tooth brush to one side of my child’s mouth. I am not happy with my sons visit. I will have to take my business elsewhere, and pay out of pocket to have my sons teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: I wish I could give negative stars. After waiting for a appointment for 3 months and already confirming the appointment 2 days prior my sons appointment was canceled the morning before his scheduled surgery and given away because I took 30 min to reply to their phone call and was then mom shamed about it. Do not take your children here if you value their dental health. This place is a sweat shop for teeth!!! The staff is extremely rude and beyond unprofessional and the place is a dump.

Positive experience: The service is good which is the most important. The administration is trying on my patience because a) it feels very bureaucratic and b) there are lawsuit avoidance measures used frequently enough that I wonder if I should be more litigious with my service providers.

They text me to remind me of the appointment when I arrive they tell me I didn’t confirm the appointment so they took me of schedule I showed her the message where it didn’t show I to confirm she than said that’s not the phone number they had in the system for me but yet you text to remind me of the appointment! This place is a joke I have had some problems with them in the past but this one does it for me!

Negative experience: People are friendly, yes! My experience has been they cancel on me last minute bc an office staff is sick… for whatever reason they shut the entire Gainesville office down for the day. This has happened to me 3 times. But when I have a husband in the emergency room admitted and explain my situation, they have the audacity to tell me I have a broken appointment and the next broken appointment will result in same day scheduling ( keep in mind this was my first bc my husband was admitted in the hospital, I DID not have a history of breaking appointments) it’s ok for them to shut the entire office down bc of one person sick and mess my day up, no problem right! Things happen, I get it! But it works both ways. Office staff seem to be clueless on any questions you ask, always having to put you on hold to retrieve an answer. Not to mention in 3 days they send 6 appointment reminders ( Overkill and just plain out annoying- one reminder should be plenty). Just a headache . Anyways I swapped dentist …. ** come to find out the 500.00 worth of dentist work Tebo Gainesville wanted to Do, our new dentist said none of it was necessary at this moment… money hungry I suppose, go figure!
