Positive experience: all staff was great. doc was quick and recommended some things. hygenist was superb, best i have experienced in years. cost was higher than what i have paid in the past at other practices by quite a bit

Fantastic experience: Naomi was amazing! She was bubbly and calmed my nerves with her upbeat attitude, made my experience so much better then expected. The lady doctor came in and was gentle on my sore tooth . Then check out with Jim was smooth and he was helpful guiding me through insurance questions.

Fantastic experience: My son recently had his teeth cleaned here by the BEST hygienist ever! First of all, AMANDA's dental room was a nice vibe that was calming, slightly dim, with soft music playing. In addition, she was sooooo knowledgeable and taught my son and I so many new things about dental health, gave us extra tips on how to improve his gums, and thoroughly explained how to use an extra piece on his waterpik. She also xray-ed his front teeth (which never happens) and the doctor (amazing Dr. Blakely!) noticed something where my son needs to see a specialist for further review. Thank you to Amanda for doing such a great job and I will always come here because of people like her - professional, knowledgeable, personable, skilled!

Negative experience: I just went for a first appointment at Concierge Dental Group in Clarence. What was supposed to be a relatively short first appointment and cleaning, turned into a complete fiasco. It started out ok. I had a full mouth panorama X-ray and I was supposed to have bite wing X-rays on either side. The assistant who came in solely to do the X-rays had a very hard time doing them and kept repeating on either side until I said it was enough already. How many. I was losing count! She was pushing ahead, and finally said she was done. The doctor came in and stated I needed 2 crowns and 2 root canals. I have had no pain, no symptoms or sensitivity at all. I explained this is something I will recheck with another dentist. There was no need to send anything into my insurance until I decide. I still hadn’t had my teeth cleaned btw. The male assistant came in and wanted to take pictures of the inside of my mouth for my future work. I refused this. When I thought he was going to clean my teeth, he started taking pictures against my permission. This is an outrage. I had to push his hand put of my mouth! He ended up giving me a quicky cleaning trying to tell me how much trouble I’ll be in if I don’t have the work done. I left there shaken. I just had a repeat dental appointment elsewhere. It went just fine! No needed root canals no crowns. Maybe one down the road. Healthy mouth. Oh, and I had a proper cleaning today! My husband was told he needed deep cleaning in his whole mouth that would require 4 visits. He was rechecked today as well. His exam today was perfect! No deep cleaning needed. We were both at Concierge for 2.5 hours that day and went home exhausted and stressed. Run from this practice, don’t walk in my opinion and from my experience!

Negative experience: At first, when I came to this office, I felt like I was getting good service and quality dental care. After my visit, I even recommended this place to two other people. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. All three of us were told that we each needed 2–3 crowns. Because the dentist recommended it, I went ahead and had the crowns done. The second person I recommended also got crowns and was then told they needed a root canal. After hearing the same diagnoses over and over, we started to doubt the dentist and the office, so we decided to get a second opinion. Sure enough, the second dentist told us that we did not need those crowns in the first place, especially since none of us had pain or discomfort. In my case, I had no issues at all before treatment. You trust a dentist—especially when they speak your native language—to act in your best interest, but that was not the case here. The worst situation is for the person I recommended. If this office had not started working on their tooth just to put a crown on it, there would have been no need for a root canal. Now they are forced to pay out of pocket for a procedure that could have been avoided. On top of that, during my second opinion visit, the dentist clearly showed and explained how and why the crown I received was done incorrectly and will need to be redone. I understand that every business needs to make money, but not at the cost of people’s health. There has to be some moral responsibility. I am writing this so future patients think twice and get a second opinion before agreeing to any dental work here or other places. I feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the people I recommended this office to because of the problems this place caused them. Dr. Victoria, we are honestly very disappointed. Writing this review does not make me feel better, but I want others to be cautious.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with dr Viktoriya Kuchuk. I feel like I was taken advantage of and am very disappointed. We all go to medical professionals and put our trust in them because they are „the professional” but they just are a business trying to make money on everyone at any cost, even if it’s the cost of a persons health.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist today, Yahye was amazing. Very compassionate and kind. He found some areas of concern and I am so grateful for his recommendations moving forward. He was very reassuring and I left with my mind at ease. Thank you Yahye for your kindness.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with a front tooth. Dr. Ben and staff were exceptional in getting me in and taking care of me as soon as I called. Highly recommend Concierge Dental Group! I had another appointment today this time with Dr Viktoriya. She also is excellent! Very caring making sure I was very comfortable with the procedure. Again, highly recommend Concierge Dental Group! Had a cleaning today with Hygienist Amanda. She did a thorough job. Very impressed. Dr Viktoriya suggested a few things that I need and I have an appointment with her.

Negative experience: It was good. They accepted our insurance. Last time I was there I couldn't wait to get out of there. I felt like I was being scammed or my insurance company. New people there they come and go. I will never go back. I went to our dear friend and paid out of pocket. Everything concierge said was bull. And I knew it. Shame on them

Negative experience: HORRIBLE Experience. Staff are very weird. They schedule your second appointment after a month and make you wait with pain and saying “Cavities won’t get deeper in a month”. I have anxiety and even though I told them they really didn’t care about it. Dr. Kuchuk said “we cannot take an hour to explain things to you” she was super rude and literally damaged my lower molar. For 3 months I have been having pain but she said you probably playing with your tongue. Then I had gag reflex that she stopped the procedure and made me go to a sedation dentist. You are spending thousands of money to open that location can’t you get any spray or earplugs? I went to another dentist and got a root canal after this lady’s normal filling. They just gave me a cheap earplug and finished the procedure perfectly. Don’t go there if you love yourself.

Negative experience: I never got to have an experience because they scheduled me an appointment months ago and when I called to confirm one month in advance they told me it was cancelled and they are no longer taking new patients…. You can’t go here so don’t bother looking them up.

Negative experience: Get a second opinion! Dentist recommended a crown when second opinion from another dentist fixed my issue with just a filling. They couldn’t believe a crown was even suggested. Upon looking at other reviews this is a common thing at this practice. They should be shut down.

Negative experience: I had a new patient appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was for 9. At 8:05 I received a text with a link to fill out paperwork or telling me to arrive 15 minutes early. I was already driving on my way to the appointment so neither was possible. I filled out the paperwork when I got there at 8:55. Around 9:15 I was brought back and the lady gave me attitude telling me I was late and there wouldn’t be time for a cleaning now. She took about 2 hours to take my x-rays which made me question if she had not taken so long I would have had time for a cleaning. I scheduled a follow up to get the recommended treatment done. I was told I would get a phone call before that appointment confirming if my insurance was going to cover it. When the day before came and I had not heard from them I tried calling. Never received a call back so I didn’t drive all the way there for my appointment. I left messages for over 2 weeks asking for a call back to reschedule and never got a call back. Switched to Stellar Dental

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. The process is simple, the staff were very friendly and the environment was overall welcoming. I had Ms. Nicki and Dr. Blakely today; they was very efficient, professional and comfortable to be around; I’ve decided to stick with them for future appointments. The cherry on top was when I was at checkout; besides the great service.. I seen a BTS plushie !! as a fellow ARMY I’m sold its fate!!

Negative experience: I recently visited this office because I lost a small filling and wanted it repaired. After looking at the tooth, they told me I needed a crown. When I got home, I looked up the crown procedure and was shocked to learn that the process involves shaving down most of the natural tooth to place a cap over it. Considering my tooth only had a small hole where the filling had popped out, this recommendation didn’t sit right with me. Even my insurance company questioned the necessity of the crown and declined coverage under the circumstances. I decided to get a second opinion, and the new dentist was honestly shocked that a crown had been suggested at all. They were able to fix the tooth quickly and easily with a simple filling. I’m grateful I trusted my instincts and sought another opinion before agreeing to a major procedure that would have permanently altered a tooth that didn’t require it. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you’re advised to have extensive work done here.

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment for a tooth ache due to not being able to verify insurance. When I called back to tell them my wife had the same insurance and was already a patient, they put me on hold for over 45 mins. I waited a half hour past their closing time. They finally just disconnected the call. When I called back I got a out of office voicemail. I'm shocked. The worst part was I explained in detail the reason I switched providers was having 3 consecutive cancellations by my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: I'll be the first to tell you that I have had my ups and downs with this place. From billing to scheduling and other logistical issues, I will say, my dentist has always been fantastic. Dr. Victoria is top tier and has helped me go from being high anxiety in the chair to having no issues whatsoever. Despite issues I have had in the past, whether it is Oppenheimer himself or an office manager, someone is always actively trying to make things better for you and your dental experience. Additionally, my last cleaning was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with an assistant/hygienist. I was lucky to have Nicki (forgive me if the spelling is wrong), who is newer to the office, but was amazing. She knows what she's doing and prioritizes your comfort at every step - similar to Dr. Victoria. Now, please know, every assistant has been great and no one should feel they are in bad hands at any step in the chair.

Negative experience: Literally the worst experience with a company. I scheduled a cleaning for 4pm on Monday. I go in and check in. At 4:15 that it will be 5 or 10 minutes. I tell them I'm in no rush to take their time. At 430 I'm finally brought it, they tell me they need Xrays. No problem. It take them about a hour to do Xrays. Then I'm told I need a deep cleaning, no problem as long as it's covered by my insurance, they tell me absolutely they will check. They leave me sitting in the for awhile in between Xrays. Then an hour and a half since my appointment time I'm told no cleaning today they will have to reschedule until tomorrow to see the doctor. And they have to submit to my insurance to see if they will cover the deep cleaning and that takes about a week, but they will still schedule me for the appointment so if its not covered I can just get the basic cleaning. The hygienist takes me up from where the person booking the appointment says no it will take 3.5 weeks to get the information from my insurance company so he won't schedule the cleaning. But they schedule me for the next day to at least talk to the dentist. I get a call the next day 3 hours before the appointment saying doctor won't be here past 5pm today. That I don't really need to talk to the dentist and they won't contact me able my insurance I have to call back 3 weeks from now and see what they say. Are you kidding me?! I just wanted a cleaning. Worst dentist ever.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist I had this morning, Dana Sunshine. She was kind, compassionate, and answered any questions or concerns I had. She was very thorough and explained everything of what was being done. I am not a big fan of the dentist, but Dana, With her easy-going personality, made it very easy for me this morning.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this location and everything went smoothly. My hygienist, Nikki (sorry for the spelling!), was professional, thorough, gentle and caring. She continued to check in on me during the cleaning to make sure I was ok and comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning with her.

Fantastic experience: I think my hygienist was named mindy she was fabulous about getting me comfortable and listening to me concerning my problem although she wasn't the doctor she was kind. She checked in on me cause the doctor took five mins longer than expected. After she took a quick xray. She was on top of her job as far as I could see. Doctor Blakely was very matter of fact and knowlegable. She didn't sway me in any direction she just listened to my concerns and explained me my options in brief. I am hoping to save my tooth but I did not feel pushed into any specific decision and that was nice. I am glad the last thing as far as options was pulling my tooth because once it's gonna is gone. I really thought I was walking out with a tooth extracted but I have hope that I can solve this tooth problem and continue to have my teeth for years to come with just a little extra care.

Negative experience: I arrived on time, checked in but had to wait for 38 minutes before I was called. I am not sure why they closed the Cheektowaga office, they seemed to have overbook the Clarence office. There were people who came after me but were called before me. This angered me. 38 minutes is too long when you have a scheduled appointment (and things to do). The dental hygienist said they were busy, I told him they should have rescheduled me. It’s not his fault. I didn’t go to the checkout people to complain, because I knew they would/could not do anything. This is clearly a scheduling issue, as I was called about rescheduling from Cheektowaga to Clarence a month or two ago. If I show up 38 minutes late to my appointment, they would more than likely have me reschedule and possibly charge me for the time. Yet they can see you 38 minutes late with out saying a word to you. No apology text, nothing. I was also told there was a credit on my account. It was nice to not have to pay go this visit, but a letter stating that there would be an $X credit would have been a nice and professional touch. The hygienist and Dr. Blakely were excellent, but that’s it. For my future appointments, I will voice my issue with such LONG waits because my time needs to be valued and respected.

Fantastic experience: had such a great experience at Concierge Dental. The entire team was incredibly kind, polite, and made me feel comfortable right away. They really take the time to explain everything in depth, including showing detailed pictures of your teeth on a big screen and walking you through any issues or procedures so you fully understand what’s going on and why. They also caught things that my previous dentist never mentioned, like old fillings that need to be redone and the need for new sealants, which made me feel like I was truly being cared for and thoroughly evaluated. As someone who gets anxious about the dentist, I really appreciated how relaxing the atmosphere was , calming lighting, great music, and such a peaceful environment. Highly recommend Concierge Dental if you want a thorough, professional, and genuinely caring dental experience!

Negative experience: I had a crown done last year it it was outstanding! But I have now fallen victim the sales scam that others have experienced. After being rescheduled twice for a cleaning, I get a new hygienist that spent 30 minutes explaining why I needed a mouth guard or Botox in my cheeks and a deep cleaning.Then she said it would take two visits and required numbing etc... I asked for a regular cleaning instead, and she said my insurance would not approve it now. I grabbed my coat and left. They had the audacity to text me an appointment date and time for a deep cleaning anyway. Never again

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning today and a dental exam. Amanda took very good care of me and got things done in a timely manner. She was very knowledgable and overall pleasant and kind to work with. The equipment all seems up to date and was overall a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Very nice office with upscale finishes and modern look, however confused to see such high reviews here. Instead of offering quality care and service, they are focused on upselling and vanity treatments. If you sit down with their insurance specialist after your cleaning, they will be sure to give you a list of procedures to ensure you keep coming back, which most of the time may not be necessary. Patients beware and be sure to advocate for yourself.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with this location. I had a consult to get my wisdom teeth removed, they just scanned and said I had to come a different day to see the doctor. At the next appointment they had lost my scans so needed to do it again, met with Dr. Gupta for maybe 5 minutes and was told I needed a third appointment that would be a week before the wisdom teeth removal just to discuss instructions for the day of the procedure. The day of that appointment I get there to be told that actually the doctor left the practice and my appointment for that day and the tooth removal the next week wouldn’t be happening. No phone call or even a text to let me know my appointments were canceled and I’d need to find a new surgeon. Also very little empathy from the staff. Overall it felt unprofessional and imo too many appointments.

Fantastic experience: Concierge Dental is the best. My experience with the staff is always great. They make me feel so welcome. Dr Jessica Blakely is just over the top fantastic. She always make sure she delivers soft, gentle care and she listens to the patient. I love this office.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist that I saw her name is Nichole. She is phenomenal.! Not only do she do an excellent job with my teeth but she also educated me. It’s the little things that matter! I’m so glad that I stayed with concierge after Lancaster closed and I was able to meet Nichole and the dentist, forgive me I forgot his name but what a wonderful staff and team they make! Very pleased!

Negative experience: Recently had cavities filled by them, was there for a cleaning today and they chipped my filling. Didn’t even bother to fix it on the spot, earliest they got me in to fix it is a month. Terrible place don’t go
