Fantastic experience: Dr. Derek and his team expertly and efficiently worked together to replace a filing and an old damaged crown. Both teeth are on the upper side of my mouth, which for me is usually problematic with numbing agents not working. I had no problem this time! No pain during the procedures. Dr. Derek and his assistant worked like a well oiled machine. They explained what they were going to do, did it quickly and gently and I was on my way. Thank you!

Negative experience: This dental office has lied to us multiple times about our insurance coverage. They lie about you being covered and then stick you with hundreds of dollars worth of bills. My active duty husband has been told to continue coming by multiple staff and they keep sticking him with bills and pretending they don’t know why. Do not go to this dentist they will scam you.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dentist's office. They managed to turn a 3 hour appointment shaving down teeth and setting temporary crowns into a very relaxed session (i.e. Like getting a tattoo) And despite being only temporary prosthesis, the crowns look fantastic. They took time and care to ensure that they looked very good, even if they will only be used for 2 - 3 weeks.

I absolutely agreed from the second I walked into their front door! Bethany was my hygienist and I was amazed and impressed by her in so many ways due to her knowledge and experience of how much she truly loves and cares for people in order to give them the best possible explanations for what and why she’s doing each step of what is needed in such a loving and caring way. Derek the Dr was also very kind and very helpful as he explained the process of a couple different ways of a decision that I could make and how it would affect and benefit me in the best way. Their new patient promotion was a very nice surprise for me as I didn’t know about it and that was a major bonus!

Fantastic experience: Dr Arneki absolutely goes above and beyond to ensure patients’ health. 5 stars! He is meticulous and careful. My hygienist is wonderful too. I did not have good experiences with certificate holding employees helping with temp crowns. 1 star rating there. But Dr Arneki made it right and also fixed problems caused by the previous dentist and assistants, at his own expense. I am very grateful to him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Arnoczky is by far the best dentist I've ever seen! No words can describe how WONDERFUL my experience with AuraSmile was with Dr. Arnoczky and his staff! I had a horrific dental experience as a child, and it's stayed with me into adulthood, but for the first time, I'm no longer terrified to go to the dentist! Dr. Arnoczky was the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt, and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry! He took a lot of time to make me comfortable with the nitrous oxide and didn't rush me to feel the full effects before he started, even though it took quite a bit of time for me. I am usually petrified about needles, but it was no sweat at all! Dr.Arnoczky and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing and listened to every concern and question I had. He is incredibly kind and caring; you can tell he truly cares about his patients. His assistant and front desk people are always warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I drive over a hour to see Dr. Arnoczky, I would drive 3 hours if I had to! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it! If you're looking for a new dentist, you can stop looking; you won't find a better dentist than Dr. Arnoczky and his staff at AuraSmile.

Fantastic experience: Aura Smile was very consistent with keeping me notified by texting and email alerts of my upcoming appointment. I was scheduled for a cleaning with the hygienist Bethany. I did not have to wait long before I was called back and Bethany was extremely thorough! She took her time insuring any of my questions were answered, as well as being very gentle with the procedure. When the dentist arrived, the same service was received, and the two of them communicated with me very well so that I understood what they were seeing on my x-rays. I would certainly recommend this dentist office and hygienist Bethany!

Negative experience: Over the past 5 years I have had very good experiences with AuraSmile dentistry. However, at the most recent visit, I believe that I have been overcharged by $699. Based on their response to my protests, I believe that I will continue to be overcharged. As a result, I will be looking for a new dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Derek Arnoczky is a kind, caring and compassionate dentist! He got my father in quickly for a visit when he was having issues with some old periodontics from a different provider.

Negative experience: They put you in a dentist chair and then you wait and wait and wait. I have waited 45 minutes in the past on the dentist to enter the room. When finished you go in a tiny cubby, more waiting, to have a not so friendly employee take your money. I have been told information regarding my care that ended up changing. Most of the staff is nice with the exception of a couple women. Even though I like my dentist, I can’t stand how the office is run so once I’m finished with what I’m having done I will never go back.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental offices I have ever been to. Staff were very unfriendly and had an attitude the entire time. I had my cleaning scheduled for 6 months on one of the only days I have off work, I get there and they said they double booked me and were unable to see me that day even though I confirmed multiple times. So I rescheduled for a week later. At the second appointment, I also had to change my insurance because I got married and arrived early to do so, the receptionist acted like it was such a hassle and by the time it was updated they said they didn’t have time to do my simple cleaning. Did not make patient accommodations at all. Such a waste of my limited time!! I work in healthcare and I will never be going back what a joke.

Negative experience: 2024 update: Finally had the last straw and am no longer a patient. Was lied to all the way up to getting scans for an orthodontic refinement before being told that they switched companies and would no longer honor my refinement period and would have to pay even more money out of pocket. Only reason I stuck it out was because the doctor (who is now conveniently retired so they can blame stuff like this on him) said they’d get my refinement done since I’d already paid the $4,000 for it. Office staff blames the corporation and has an “it is what it is” attitude instead of making things right for patients. Advice to new patients: go to a dentist office that doesn’t hide behind “corporate.” Hard to rate the practice as the dental clinical staff are wonderful. The new front desk hired is also wonderful. But billing is terrible. I have been trying to get information for two months about my billing (which they clearly have wrong and even said they had it wrong from one system to another) but they are holding up my healthcare funds because they cannot be bothered to get back to anyone. You leave messages: they don't call back. You call to ask questions: you get an attitude. They say they will follow up: they do not. You keep calling: they keep stringing you along. Again, the care is wonderful, but check every statement, check your own insurance, and don't go by their word about your own account. Update a month later: The office manager doesn’t return calls. When you do talk to her, she makes promises she doesn’t keep. When you schedule an appointment to meet with her in person, she is conveniently in a meeting. They overcharged a medical expense card and are refusing to add the funds back to the card, thus locking up medical funding to pay for other medical expenses - and the office manager does not care at all. Advice to the owner: replace your office manager. Worst customer service at a dental office I’ve ever encountered.

Fantastic experience: My experience was perfect. Everyone is professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and experienced in their work. Every visit I’ve had at AuraSmile has been excellent.
