Negative experience: Honestly I’ve never done a negative review before, but this one was disappointing so I had to. 1st off, prices is not the best here. All places I’ve gone range between $7-$10 eyebrow threading Professionally. These guys are $16 and the experience was definitely not worth the price. The only reason I came here was because I mistook their place with another business in Groupon (my mistake) Second- the threading pace was SO SLOW. I felt every hair pulled one by one with the thread. Having my eyebrows threaded since I was 13 I’ve never had them pulled so slowly. She also tried threading the bottom of my eyebrow (on eyelid) WITHOUT LETTING ME HOLDING MY EYE LID. Everyone who does wax/threads knows the eyelids are thinner skin, so she pinched me multiple times. Lastly….She left them thin… MY EYEBROWS ARE MICRO BLADED how could you mess up. I paid what I owed due to my mistake. If I would have known I wouldn’t have stepped in. I hope Saint George can grow that way there’s more experienced people and they can learn from one another. So anyone who’s debating to open a threading/wax business .. get that business started!

Fantastic experience: This has been my go to threading place for more than a year now. Anytime I go somewhere else, they never do as clean a job as Mary. I also have pretty sensitive skin and will wind up with red marks when I’ve gone to other places, but that’s never been a problem at Noor! People compliment my eyebrows all the time. Fellow dudes, trust me. You probably don’t even think about how the shape of your eyebrows affects the balance of your face, but it actually makes a big difference for your overall appearance. I’d definitely recommend Noor if you’re looking to up your grooming game.

Their staff is very friendly and kind. Plus they have online booking now which is very convenient. I would highly recommend checking out Noors if you’re looking to get your brows or any facial hair removal done!

Positive experience: I love Noors so much and I’ve gone here for years, but recently they have been rushing through threadings. When I get home and get under a bright light a few places have been missed on my eyebrow and lip. I’ve gone multiple times after it first happened and it’s been consistent the past 3 times. I think it could be avoided if the mirror they use after could be LED. But I think it’s just a waste of my money if they don’t fully clean up my eyebrow and upper lip.

Negative experience: Won’t be going back. I specifically told the wax girl to not take too much on my brows, leave them the same shape and thickness, just clean them up a little. I have her instructions! She took off like half the thickness, did not take the time to shape them and then cut them so short. Drove home in tears. I have to grown them back out now for a few months. So disappointed. They don’t listen to customers.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here. At the last minute, I decided to try the lash perm, and the team was incredibly accommodating. Despite my anxiety making it tough to sit still with my eyes closed, they put me at ease…especially when I needed a quick bathroom break! They made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Update: though this situation wasn’t ideal they did reach out to me and offered a refund so I do appreciate them making things right afterwards! I went here last night to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time. As I was getting my eyebrows waxed the girl told me my skin was pretty red and I expected that, but once she gave me the mirror to look at them I noticed that a layer of my skin had been ripped off. I asked her if that was my skin ripped off and she just acted as if that’s normal. I’ll include pictures below.

Fantastic experience: Noor threading is incredible. I have never done any sort of eyelash embellishment before and Tyler was so gentle and accommodating with my 3000000000 questions. Also I called around all over and this seemed like the only place that was willing to accommodate my request for brown tint on my lashes. The staff at checkout were fabulous and the pricing is really manageable compared to the area. 10/10 will be coming back. In fact I made my mom an appointment because of how awesome Noor is and how beautiful I felt after!

Negative experience: This is the only place I know that does eyebrow threading. I travel 45 mins to get my eyebrows done and when I do I usually have a good experience but this last time my upper portion of my eyelids felt more pain then usual. Today I am looking above my eye lids and the lady pulled bits my skin off in some spots. Now it will have to heal. I really hate going to vegas but I think thats where I have to go where its painless and I am not so sore. Not happy with her service. Has this ever happen to anyone else?

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! I arrived with my mother and niece and told the male receptionist that i wanted a "full face" and signed the sign-in sheet stating that i wanted a "full face". The male receptionist said it would be 30 mins. The 3 of us sat down and waited. Another customer and her mother came in and signed in. When it was my turn, the female threader who was going to work on me said she could only do my eyebrows. I told her that i signed up for a "full face" and looked at the male receptionist. He said he thought i said eyebrows only. The female threader said she only had time to do my eyebrows. I was livid! My first experience at a threading company in St George (visiting for my uncle's funeral that weekend) and what a bad one it was! I have NEVER been treated like that (told that they cannot do what i asked for (full face) after i was clear about it and signed in with the type of service i wanted). Like i said, this was Horrible customer service!

Negative experience: I wanted to leave a positive review for the threading which was done well but they have also died my eyebrows with Hannah but they made me pay 25 for that and there is no trace of that remaining after 1 week while they have told me it would last at least 4 weeks

Fantastic experience: I’m very skeptical on where I go to get my eyebrows done. When I first moved out here I was so nervous but Noor’s did such a great job that I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. There’s a new team that works on doing eyebrow threading but she does such a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend going here and I will keep booking my appointments with them.

Negative experience: Was immediately treated like my business was not wanted there upon entrance. Walked in very open to multiple services. Left after just eyebrow threading and tint, which were done horribly. As an experienced beauty professional myself I would definitely recommend at the very least treating your customers warm and welcome. And a mini consultation of personal preferences and services wanted without cutting off conversation and walking away or even some very minimal face mapping could go a long way. Really hoped I was walking into a specialty place and not just another chop shop. I was wrong.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here since I moved here in 2016 I LOVE the owner she always does a great job she a 5 STAR all day, that’s why I’m not giving it a 1 star out of respect for her, and I’ve always had a great experience, but I went in today for eyebrow services and the eyebrow technician MESSED my eyebrows up!! I nearly left in tears. I was very nice I explained my eyebrows how they sit and what needs to be threaded first, she didn’t listen at all. I wear my eyebrows thick and natural just need to clean and take where necessary. No kidding I look like I’m in 1996 with these thin eyebrows and one riding much higher than the other. I’m beyond pissed, cause I have an event to attend where I’m speaking . All I ask is that new technician needs to carefully listen to the clients concerns instead of saying yah yah yah. She had the nerve to say well you can always micro-blade… I have thick hair!!! I DONT NEED Micro-blading to fix your mistake!!!! Even my husband and kids asked what happened?!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I used to get threaded all the time when I lived in San Diego and was a little nervous to try a new spot in Utah but Noor's did not disappoint! I got my eye brows threaded and tinted and LOVE the results. It was super easy to book an appointment and they were very helpful for the questions I had over the phone before booking. At the studio they made sure I loved my brows before leaving. I'm a big fan and look forward to coming back for more!

Fantastic experience: What a great place, and an A++++ job they do! Nobody is better at doing facials than Taylor. Taylor is incredibly talented and professional and very knowledgeable about human skin and aesthetics. Not only is she incredibly competent and able to provide facials, but she is also able to do both back facials and stomach facials, to help exfoliate, deal with rough skin, and help alleviate or remove patches of Keratosis on the back and on the stomach area. And Mary does a fabulous job with threading, and eyebrow color and brow threading, as well. And Mason is there to welcome clients when they come through the door, and the salon is bright and cheerful and sterile and Impeccably and meticulously maintained. I highly recommend Noor's for threading, lash, wax, microblading, eyelashes, and facials. Thank you Taylor, Mary, Mason, and Tyler! And Noor, of course!

Negative experience: Went with my friend for a lash perm, the girl who did it was trying to do 3 people at the same time. We were there for 2 1/2 hours, our lashes did not turn out at all and the solution they put on my eyelid burned and gave me a little rash. I had my lashes done in their studio and it had never happened before. we still paid and even gave her a tip. she said they had some faulty bad perm solution bottles mixed in their shipment and offered to scheduled a redo. We went back a week later, on October 14th 2023 to be exact, she did the redo, this time it took one hour , our lashes turned out kind of ok, but went flat in 3 days. The worse part and the reason I’m writing this review is because she CHARGED US for the redo, I’m never going back. Also If they have some bad perm bottles, they should just throw the whole shipment away and not try them on customers. Good thing I’m a nurse and knew how to treat my eyelid. I Did not get the name of the girl, but it was the younger one with the long black hair and the colored bangs.

Positive experience: When we moved here we looked for a place that did walk-ins and was told Noor’s. I’ve never been able to walk-in and am always told I need an appointment when I try to walk-in. Not a big deal. Today I took my girls in to get our eyebrows threaded. We had an appointment. There were people already there who did not have appointments and they were taken ahead of us. We had to sit through our appointment times while they did people without an appointment. If I’m a walk-in, I get it, but my appointment shouldn’t have to come second to a walk-in. I have been happy with the results of the threading, but the service is sub par, at best.

Negative experience: Wasted my money and time. I did not like how my eyebrows turned out, I scheduled this appointment a week out bc they really don't take walk-in, like advertised on their window and website. I originally wanted threading and eyebrow tint, but her receptionist/assistant convinced me to get henna. Now, I thought I was getting my eyebrows done by Noor herself instead of the receptionist/ assistant. Her assistant placed the henna on and did not bother to get my approval on shape and size. Noor talked about everything else but my eyebrows when she came over to check in on her assistants work. Then Noors husband and companion walk in, and now Noor is even more distracted, and me and my eyebrows are ignored. Noor finally pulls herself away from her husband to pluck one or two hairs and goodbye it is. I scheduled an appointment with Noor and not her assistant. I scheduled this appointment to have Noor do my eyebrows. I scheduled this appointment bc you don't take walk-ins like advertised. Save your money and not waste your time at this establishment.
