Negative experience: I love going to this place ive been tons of times but today really set me over the edge. I made my husband an appointment, I called myself put in his information my phone number and my insurance. For some reason when i called back to make sure we showed up on time to the appointment the lady at the front desk wouldn't tell me the time we were supposed to be there. Wouldn't let me give her any information just said she couldnt give it to me. I understand the laws but she could have clearly seen i made the appointment and refused to. My husband cant call for himself, hes my dependent and i cant get his appointment time. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: They got me in very quickly, I believe it was the morning after I called when everywhere else I called told me 4-6 months for new patients! The staff was very friendly, the hygienist was very thorough and informative! They referred me to Red Rock for an extraction and they got me in the next day as well, they both are very thorough and amazing!

Negative experience: I was referred by another dentist up north to take care of 2 cavities, just so I wouldn't have to travel so much for those appointments. At first, everyone was very nice. I explained that I had TMJ and couldn't open my jaw all the way, and the hygienist, Amy, said it would be fine. The hygienist was nice, but she was a bit much. She kept calling me pet-names like "hon" and "sweetheart" and whatnot. She treated me like I was a first grader who had never been to a dentist before. She would tell me the names of all of her tools and explain what they did. At a point, I had to politely remind her that I'm an adult, and I've been to the dentist before. Amy acknowledged this, then continued to explain to me how flossing works. Dr. Hall came in after the cleaning to take a look at things. He poked around, and even when I told him my jaw was in pain, he continued pulling on my jaw to try to force it to open wider. I told him it hurt, and he said a few notes to Amy. He was a bit hard of hearing, which is fine, except he kept turning his ear and leaning very close to my face. I had to lean away from him and speak louder than normal to make him stop. After that, he claimed I had 7 cavities. I was surprised and said "No, I don't think that's right--" Then he cut me off and snapped at me "Are you a dentist?" I was taken aback and explained that I was just confused, because the other dentist told me there were only 2 cavities on my molars, so I don't know how I got up to 7 in the span of a few weeks. Dr. Hall then told me it would be "impossible" to fill my cavities until I got my jaw fixed. I've had cavities filled before. Even with my TMJ, it is absolutely possible. He then flat out admitted he "diagnosed" the other cavities because-- even though they weren't actually on the x-ray -- those specific teeth "hurt when he touched them." He was blindly diagnosing me. I told him no, my teeth didn't hurt, my JAW hurt because he was literally pulling on my face. He looked kind of confused, then kind of gave up and told me to just go get another opinion elsewhere. He offered to look around again, but I told him by that point, I was uncomfortable, and felt it best for me to leave. He didn't say much after that and just walked out. Amy asked if I wanted to finish the cleaning with her brushing my teeth, and I politely declined. I guess this offended her, because she threw down her tool, then muttered, "We're just trying to help." I told her I understood that, but Dr. Hall was extremely condescending to me, and his comment about who the dentist is was objectively impolite. Then Amy literally turned her back to me and said, "Well, you know where the door is." I just grabbed my things and went to the front desk, because I didn't know if they needed anything else from me. I asked the receptionist if I needed to check out, but before she could answer, Amy suddenly ran all the way down the hall and said, "She's good to go." Essentially kicking me out. Overall, I'm shocked by how juvenile and hostile those two people were, and I will never come back. I would rather drive back and forth to Cedar than ever see Dr. Hall or Amy again.

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience at Hallmark Dental with Dr. Hall. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The office is clean, organized, and has a calming atmosphere that really helps ease any anxiety about dental visits. Dr. Hall is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood my treatment options and felt confident moving forward. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. What really stood out to me was how attentive and gentle the entire team was throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time, which made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend Hallmark Dental and Dr. Hall. I’m grateful to have found a place I can trust for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist! Like most people. But Hallmark Dental is amazing! I love how they greet me with my name the moment I walk in. It lets me know they care about their patients. They have always taken care of me and also worked with me when I couldn’t make an appointment. 5 stars for service, kindness, understanding, and such an awesome team.

Negative experience: Worst dentist/oral surgeon. Went back to go over results of MRI and he had no clue why I was there. Told me it must have been a different oral surgeon that requested the MRI. His assistant Hannah never got the request over for the MRI and never returned any phone calls. We had to go into her office to ask her why and she said I am a busy girl. If doctor doesn’t know why you’re there or even looking at your chart or notes run fast. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are the absolute worst.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE!!! My friend was in a room and some guy came in and yelled at him like what? BROTHER DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANNA GET CRASHED OUT ON!!!

Negative experience: My BEST FRIEND went to the dentist and he got kicked at because he was calling his mom too come down to the room. His mom works in the same exact building as the dentist place and got some reason Phillip got pissed and kicked him out because he called his mom.

Fantastic experience: My nurse was extremely nice and patient with me and explaining everything perfectly that I needed to know. It was a really great experience

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was really embarrassed, but from the moment I walked in, the receptionists and staff made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. The dentist was amazing, and I felt zero pain during my fillings—they checked on me the whole time. This is my second visit, and I’m so glad I chose Hallmark Dental. They’ve truly helped me love my smile again. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: They are really nice. The fillings do not hurt at all except for the needle pinch. I love it here because they understand me and are patient with me. I hope everyone understands just how amazing this place is. I will be a forever patient.

Negative experience: So I was basically forced to use this dental office because of Medicare and they were the worst dental office I’ve ever ever in my life had to experience. They are very incompetent. I was told that I could not get dental service from them because for two weeks I had to call and request a medication 4X within 2 weeks with no update or anything pertaining to the prescription. and I was told by this girl named Hannah that that is not their obligation to update me on anything going on with medical requests or anything of that nature. I am now Filing an official complaint with Medicaid, I would not recommend anybody to use these people. They are terrible!!! I cannot Over state that enough. Run don’t walk if you can use any other dental office I 100% would do that. They dropped the ball at every turn with the simplest of tasks! Seriously, what is going on with the incompetence in this town???

Negative experience: I had a crown put in. It was extremely painful and was done incorrectly. I had to go to another dentist to fix it. It was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: I haven't had the best experience with the dentist. The dentist has made rude and condescending comments about my appearance multiple times. However the hygienists have always been kind. I also have had issues with them not scheduling my appointments correctly.

Fantastic experience: I have been reluctant to get my teeth worked on by anyone in a very long time because I knew there would be a lot of work to do. Dr. Phillips was the 3rd consultation that I had with a dentist and he was the only one that had an actual plan as to how to help me. Now my teeth look better than they have in almost 20 years! This office is a great office and they have a great staff! I am very grateful to have found this office and Dr. Phillips and all the girls there! They are great people and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: I’ve only been here twice. The first time a checkup and cleaning. The dental hygienist explained everything to me and showed me my X-rays. I had Dr Phillips and he looked at my mouth for less then a minute and didn’t ask if I had any questions. Went back in July because a different dentist messed up my filling. I had tooth pain in the front of a molar tooth and told Dr hall but because there was decay the other dentist didn’t fix, he was obsessed with fixing that and claimed there was no filling in the front of the tooth. The dental hygienist pulled up the old xray and if I didn’t say anything he would have drilled the wrong tooth!!! I’m stilling having tooth pain because he didn’t fix the front of the tooth from July. Also he drilled too deep I’m only 21 and now I can’t eat on the left side of my mouth!!! DONT GO HERE. I might need a root canal because of him

Negative experience: I got a couple fillings done a couple weeks ago and dr. Hill drilled to deep and damaged my nerve i would not recommend going here

Fantastic experience: I've recently seen Dr. Hall (and Hannah) for assessment to determine if I'd be a good candidate to benefit from an oral dental appliance for my sleep apnea. I've now worn my appliance for three weeks and have been surprised at the ease in which I've adapted to wearing it. Dr. Hall and Hannah provided me with so much information, not only about the new appliance, but with important and relevant information regarding the diagnosis as well. I feel fortunate to have been referred there.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time today being their as a new patient, I can honestly say their amazing!! The front desk lady's are super sweet, the dental assistants and the dentist himself are absolutely incredible, they made my anxiety go from a 10 to a 0 , they were kind, patient,and understanding, they explained everything so well and my dental plan!! Their just amazing, I would highly recommend anyone to come here friends and family!!

Negative experience: The girls in the office think that they are working out of their living room. I showed up late and asked if they would charge me and I was told to leave because of my heightened demeanor. Guess what, it happens with a lot of people running late and for you to treat me the way you did is unacceptable. Will never recommend or come back to you. So unprofessional and tacky! Grow up girls

Negative experience: This was my first visit here because my insurance doesn't cover other dentists I like. The hygienist was not friendly, and spent the entire cleaning complaining about how much tartar there was: "how long has it been?", "who last cleaned your teeth?", "how often do you floss?" (For the record, I have excellent teeth, floss daily, and am usually told I only need a yearly cleaning.) She scratched so hard at my teeth that my mouth ached and I could barely chew even hours later. I didn't see the actual dentist for more than 30 seconds. The girl at the front desk seemed more interested in her Amazon cart on her phone than in helping me. My child was almost in tears after her appointment because "they seemed mean to me". So I know it wasn't just me. It seems worth it to just save up the $$$ myself to see the dentist I like.

Negative experience: I went to them a few times and one morning 1 hour before my appointment, the receptionist called and we can't see you anymore. Why? I asked. We don't take your insurance anymore. I'm thinking, fine. You could have told me that before my scheduled appointment. Before they stopped taking my insurance, I asked what it would cost to have some of my amalgam fillings changed to composite and they told me. After they said they don't take my insurance, they still wanted to know if I wanted the changes. I told them no. I have a different dentist now and so far I'm happy with them.

Fantastic experience: The most friendly staff I’ve ever been around! Everyone was so sweet and positive also extremely welcoming not only to me but my infant daughter (other places have given me a hard time about me bringing her along before) great place, so happy I found this place

Fantastic experience: When diagnosed with sleep apnea I was adamant I did not want to be tied down with a c-pap. The oral appliance with Dr Hall and Hallmark was suggested by my pulmonologist office. This is the best option and has worked wonderfully, conveniently; allowing me to continue with my busy, active lifestyle. At one time I was experiencing heart palpitations. My sleep apnea was questioned as the cause. A follow-up overnight sleep study was ordered with my appliance. I understood I would be woken up several times throughout the night to adjust it. I was woken the following morning with a near perfect nights sleep with the use of the appliance. Before using the appliance I stopped breathing up to 12-times with the initial sleep study. I totally depend on this appliance. On nights if I fall asleep without my appliance I find myself getting up to get it, sleeping much better with it. Dr. Hall with Hallmark Dental and their sleep solutions department and staff have found the perfect sleep apnea solution and I totally recommend it. I have looked at other appliances with other dentist offices that is generic and question it’s effectiveness. Hallmark dental measured, made forms, and checks my appliance routinely. “Thank you” Dr Hall and staff.

Fantastic experience: This was honestly the best experience I've had at the dentist in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the reception ladies were so warm + welcoming. My dental hygienist, Amy was OUTSTANDING. I had pretty bad anxiety about not seeing a dentist for 5+ and she explained and went through everything with me in such a kind and understanding way.

After speaking with her I felt assured I would be treated fairly and professionally. I was there for a consultation exam. Dr Hall was very professional. Received my treatment plan and I'm going back Thursday to begin the work. No one wants to go to the dentist..but if you need to go .I recommend Dr hall/hallmark dental.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at the DDS yesterday. They got me in same day and worked with me on a plan. Dr Hall is efficient and doesn’t make me uncomfortable while I wait. Cost is very reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hall recognized my inquiry of a device to relieve Dystonia pain. He was able to test for proper fit and had the utensil made which has relieved to pain and allowed me to discontinue the 27 year Botox injection treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Hall for 18 years and he is the best!! Dr. Rowe and Dr. Phillips are also great! I always leave the office with a smile and in a great mood. They make you feel comfortable and ease your anxiety. I have Lupus and they have been great about helping me understand the extra care I need to keep my teeth healthy. Will always recommend them to everyone!!

Positive experience: Not super impressed with the one dental hygienist, we were on time. Don't come out and tell my kid to hurry because "you're running behind", that's not our fault. We'll just request a different hygienist. On the other my kid thinks the dentist is funny.

Fantastic experience: Haven't had work done yet so I'll report back later. Took my daughter in for check up before root canal in front tooth and our first time experience was very nice. The staff are all very kind, pleasant to be around. The office is clean, bright and roomy and Dr Rowe is very professional, soft spoken. My daughter has such great anxiety with dentist, I had to give her panic meds before we went in but Dr Rowe's demeanor made her feel more comfortable to be there and for her future Appt to have root canal. I'm very grateful to have found this place! I'm going to make Rowe my dentist as well. Also, my daughter has allergy to lidocaine and when that came up he didn't have any problems with it or try and change our minds. He's a great listener Edit: Daughter had root canal done with great success plus a small filling in another tooth where there was a small cavity. Dr Rowe was gentle, kind and professional. I must say too, how much we love the staff. I have been to many Dental offices over the years but this one is our favorite!! I switched my kids to this place after they graduated from the children's dental. My personal dentist is Riverside Dental but I'm changing over to these people, I just like them better. Riverside is so busy they don't have time to be personable. This place is busy too but still so much more personable. You're not being rushed from one thing to another, fairly laid back
