Fantastic experience: What made this experience great was my amazing hygienist Cassidy. She makes everything go quickly and she makes sure you are comfortable. My experiences there have always been great because of her and everyone who works there.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to kept interrupting and plain rude. We have new insurance so I was trying to find a place that takes both dental insurances and safe to say we won’t be using red door dental. I’m sure the dentist is wonderful but the front desk young lady was absolutely rude and not helpful. I couldn’t even finish telling her what was going on so I had to hang up on her.

Fantastic experience: Staff and dentist go over your concerns and help you decide the best course of action. Hygienist is thorough and listens to concerns as well prior to working on you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Larsen and his team are the best! Last night while brushing my teeth I noticed my dental implant that was installed 3 years ago by another dentist was slightly loose. The followong morning I called Red Door Dental and they were able to get me in THAT MORNING! They had to contact my previous dentist to get information about the implant which they did immediately. Once they had the information they got right to work. To my astonishment they found the problem and corrected it and I was out of there in less than an hour!

Fantastic experience: I landed at Red Door Dental after having a horrible experience with my previous dentist, and being treated so disrespectfully. I was very nervous, but Dr. Dan Larsen and his team have treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion. Dr. Larsen referred to Dr. Shawn Davis for an oral procedure which I was EXTREMELY nervous for. I was very well taken care of and their team went above and beyond to make the process possible for my family. As I’m healing from my procedure the very next day, I received flowers from Dr. Davis’ and Dr. Larsen’s teams. Being treated as a real person vs just another procedure is so priceless. THANK YOU, MILES!!!! To both Red Door Dental and Oral & Facial Surgery Institute.

Positive experience: They do good work but they have raised their prices by quite a bit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Larsen and his team, including Hannah were great. They made me feel comfortable, they took my insurance, they include a CBCT scan which gave Dr Larsen great visibility, then Hannah did a great job cleaning. Feels like I found my new dentist moving forward in St George.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant dental process. Including five fillings and one crown at one sitting. Smooooth. Dental assistants tag team excellently with doctor. Front desk team are amazing, very competent and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Larsen is the best. His staff is friendly and gentle. The hygienists are amazing. They are great with adults and kids. Today, while my dad was visiting from out of town, his filing fell out. In spite of being completely booked for the day, they found time to squeeze my dad in (who is not their patient) and fix his filing. My Dads words after the experience: “Your dentist ROCKS!”

Fantastic experience: I just have to say thank you to everyone involved in my experience so far. I had no idea how many different ppl would be involved in this smile giveaway, but since finding out that I am the lucky veteran chosen to receive a new smile, I have had the pleasure of meeting so many good people. From the staff at Swosa’s, to ones at red door dental. I still can’t find the words to express my gratitude and I’m not really sure if any of you can understand fully what you guys have and are doing for me. Red door dental has been so kind to me, and made me feel like I had nothing to be embarrassed about even when I first came in to the office. I am forever going to be searching for the words to thank you all for changing my life. Dr Larson is a wonderful human being and I will recommend everyone I can to this office. Fantastic experience: Not proud to admit this, but I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 5 years. That being said, my experience at Red Door Dental was great! They used positive reinforcement rather than guilt trips about flossing, brushing, etc.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental group ever. I find I actually miss seeing my dentist and his staff between visits. Best care, professional, high tech, care with outstanding customer service. I cannot give this of five higher accolades. I recommend this group to anyone who cares about a premier dental service. I just had my teeth cleaned by Hannah and have not met such a wonderful Hygenist in 60 years. The front desk is a great team. The office has a close knit feeling that is relaxing and friendly. Great people, great service, and great care.

Negative experience: If you are into extreme pain & discomfort, this is the guy for you to see. I've been in the medical field for over 20 yrs. I advised him of several negative experiences with previous dentist & he proceeded to deflect the blame to patients not dentist. He then proceeded to put my cap on backwards after what seem like hours of extreme pain and said it may not stay because he had to pull it off & turn it around. Worst dental experience ever, (Dr. Larsen of St. G on River Road) even the tiny mouse like reception was extremely rude. I must say the hygienists & assistants were nice.

Fantastic experience: I moved from out of town where I had to leave my family dentist I had seen my whole life. Beyond grateful I found Red Door and Dr. Larsen. They are always so kind and professional, taking their time to answer any questions, all while giving me the highest quality of care!

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We have had several of their hygienists. All of them were great with our kids and did a wonderful job cleaning our teeth. Dr. Larsen is a caring, honest dentist, always making my family feel comfortable and giving them exceptional care. Fantastic experience: My whole family has gone to red door dental for years, and we don’t plan on going anywhere else. The front desk girls are always so welcoming. My hygienist , Kylee, always has me leaving with perfectly clean teeth. Dr. Larsen is always quick to come for exams once the cleaning is done, and does a great job explaining everything he sees (good or bad). It has always a very pleasant and quick experience.

Fantastic experience: Red Door Dental is one of a kind. Dr. Larsen is easy going and conservative. He is good at what he does. I had an inlay done about 6 years ago and it’s still looking great and holding up strong. The entire staff is positive and friendly. My cleanings are pain free and efficient. If you want a dentist who will be honest with you and not judge you, Red Door dental is the place!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Red Door Dental to all my friends and family. Dr. Larsen is very patient, explains things thoroughly, and precise in his work. He is what I would consider a preventative dentist, and always wants to do what is best for the patient. The office is always quick to get patients in on the docs side for emergencies, and always addresses the chief complaint promptly. Very impressed with the office.

Negative experience: Absolutely baffling. I’ve been seeing Larsen for two years. I was just told, what seems like on accident, that I have periodontal disease, caused from gingivitis, and have had for 2 years. No one said anything to me about it and it has gone untreated for over two years now. I would have been treating it for this whole time had I known I had something like that. They still did not tell me about it when I went in a month ago, only that I needed a deep cleaning. I’m absolutely crushed. I could have potential bone loss and a life long disease, that could have been cured two years ago, due to the absolute carelessness, blatant disregard, and negligence of this office.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience!! The team accommodated my schedule as I traveled from out of State. Fantastic experience: This is my first time ever coming here and I’m so glad I did. It was so fast and easy. I hate the dentist just because of past experiences but I definitely don’t mind coming here!! It was so fast for my teeth cleaning and they already scheduled me for another one and I already got a text to remind me for it! I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The dentist Dr. Larson was nice and friendly & so was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was so quick and efficient and awesome!! I’ve never felt my teeth so clean in the past! Fantastic experience: Red Door is the best dental care I have received and here is why: The front office staff is always so welcoming and friendly! In my experience, if you need to schedule an appointment, they will accommodate you fairly quickly and there is hardly any wait time. The dental hygienists give the best teeth cleanings here! They are very thorough and make sure you leave with a PERFECT cleaning. I always just thought a cleaning is a cleaning until I came here and saw that they go above and beyond! Dr. Larsen is awesome! He is professional and has does a great job taking care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Larsen is not only incredible at what he does. he has a character and personality people should strive to be. He is a shining example of a great dentist. The facility is great you can watch Netflix while getting your teeth fixed. The two receptionist go above and beyond the scope of their responsibility and make sure you feel welcome. I told them I had to move to Italy soon and they did everything they could to fit me in before my move date. Even scheduling me during their off hours. I just finished my last appointment for my total dental makeover. My only regret is I may not see them again when I move. They felt like family and I will miss them all.

Negative experience: i got a root canal a couple years ago here , now my tooth is completely green and rotted and several other dentist have told me it’s because this dentist did the root canal completely wrong. it was nice while it lasted.

Fantastic experience: Red Door Dental is wonderful! All my life I have had cavity after cavity and every dentist keeps filling them and tells me to brush and floss more, but clearly that doesn't help. Once I got to Red Door Dental, they told me about a medicated tooth paste, and for the 2 years I've been using it, I haven't had a single cavity! They're also very flexible and make it very easy to get you in for an appointment. Just this morning I called to see if they could squeeze me in sometime today, because I'm heading out of town tomorrow, and that wasn't any problem for them. After getting back from that appointment, I decided to have a recommended procedure done, so I called them back up to see if they could fit me in the next morning before I left town, and again, they were able to fit me right in. I appreciate how friendly the staff are and how they help you feel taken care of. I highly recommend Red Door Dental!

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical that this office could be as amazing as everyone says it is, but trust me when I say it is! All of the staff were very friendly and Dr. Larsen was amazing! If you feel the slightest bit of pain he will make sure you are completely numb before proceeding. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a long time I don’t dread going to the dentist. Dr Larsen and his staff and very welcoming and make it a very relaxed and actually pretty pleasant time. My husband was having some tooth pain and they were able to get him pain free in less than 24 hours. They are great with children too. My son looks forward to his new toothbrush and picking out a little toy every time he comes. 12/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be more happier with Red Door Dental Dr. Larson is a very comforting Doctor who explains all options and is very gentle where can you go to a dentist office be so relax and fall asleep while your having work done . The receptionist Jamie is really helpful calling insurance companies to makes sure your treatment plan is cover and when Jamie isn’t there Dr. Larson wife is just as helpful . All the hygienist are very friendly they talk with you like they known you forever . The staff if very warm and welcoming you won’t be sorry for ever walking Thur the Red Door .

Fantastic experience: Every experience I've had here has been pleasant and timely. I've gotten everything from checkups to a crown and just got whitening done and every experience even down to the scheduling has been smooth with great follow up. The whole family recommends!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Red Door Dental! They were able to get me in for a cleaning on a cancellation the same day I called. And Dr. Larsen was able to fill my cavity the very next day. The 3D imaging was really cool too! If I had any feedback for them it would be that as patients, we don't always know what questions to ask. So instead of ending with, "Do you have any questions?", maybe try "This is what you can expect after your procedure." Then we might have a question or two once we know what to expect. Thanks for a great visit!

I had some dental work done and before anything was done, I received a print out of Cost after insurance. I had a terrible experience with a previous dental office and was apprehensive at first but this office restored my belief that there is a dental office with honesty and integrity. The office staff, dental assistants and the overall experience was such a positive experience. I am happy to refer everyone I know to Red Door Dental.

Fantastic experience: Customer Service is about like going to Disneyland. Everyone is so inviting and kind. The dental care is outstanding. I hardly ever know that I'm getting a cleaning and Dr. Larson has an incredible skill with making procedures pain free and very very easy. He listens and responds very respectfully to concerns. From the Hygienists to the office staff to Dr. Larson himself every one in Red Door really lays out the RED carpet for patients. After over 50 years of getting dental care Red Door dental stands out as the top most dentistry I have had care at. I would give TEN gold stars if Google allowed it!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial visit today. It was just an all around great experience.The staff is very friendly. I had a filling fall out and called Monday had an appointment set for Wednesday. I went in and they did x-rays and the consult for free! The dentist found a cavity and asked me if i wanted to get the cavity filled and the missing filling done right then. Heck ya I did. They explain the charges before the work is done and I was out of there in an hour in a half total (and they were busy). Plus my bill was a lot lower because of the cash discount. I see why they have 5 stars.

Not only has Red Door Dental been accommodating to last minute schedule changes, the folks have treated me with a familiar, interested and invested quality of care that has kept me I coming to the Red Door Dental location for 6 years. Though the establishment’s name has changed a few times, the quality of care and service has remained consistent and my oral health has been improving since I walked in. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing! I have some anxiety and they took good care of me. Janie worked with me on our insurance and helped make appointments for my whole family. Cassidy took X-rays and cleans my teeth. She was gentle and explained everything. I really enjoyed meeting her. The it was the Dr turn and same thing. Kind, genetal and explained everything. I highly recommend them. 4/17/18 update I had to have a root canal and a crown. I had it done yesterday. Like i said i have some anxiety and was uneasy about it. I had nothing to worry about. It went well and no pain. I woke Ut today expecting to be sore but I wasn’t. I will be telling everyone to came here. Thank you for being so awsome!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dentist office where EVERYONE cares about you, until I entered Red Door Dental!! I had some issues with my root canal and no one gave up on me and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Fantastic experience: I have found my new dentist in St George! After moving here from SoCal last summer I worried about finding the perfect fit for me. I had my first appointment today for a cleaning and exam. I couldn’t be happier with the top notch service; from the initial phone call with Autumn, the front desk check in with Jamie, the gentle hand of Cassidy the hygienist and Dr Larsen’s friendly and professional demeanor. I will look forward to my next session. Oh and the digital x-ray and 3D technology is pretty cool.
