Negative experience: We have been with them for years. I missed one appointment because I have a headache disorder. They turned around and told me I always miss appointments, which is not true. I already prepaid for a filling that I have coming up. After I couldn’t make the cleaning, they canceled every single appointment on me and my whole entire family , kids- everything! I’ve never met such a heartless Dentist. The front desk ladies are so incredibly nasty and incompetent . They are allowed to cancel on you the DAY OF, which they do frequently. Apparently their time is more valuable than yours. Watch your bills carefully . Every single time we went there were always asking for more money. A constant battle! What A horrible practice . He got big fast and can’t handle the clientele… please stay far away if you care about your health and money in your pocket.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found this dentist when I moved to Punta Gorda. The best office staff ever! The hygienists are the sweetest and Dr. Klein is friendly and gentle.

RICHARD KLEIN, D.M.D DATED JANUARY 12, 2026. SIGNED BY: DR. RICHARD KLEIN DMD AT 350 MARY STREET, SUITE E. PUNTA GORDA, FL DATED JANUARY 12, 2026. LETTER STATED: WE ARE WRITING TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER BE A PATIENT OF DR. KLEIN'S. *NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED RADIOGRAPHS *ALL UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Dr. Klein and his staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, welcoming, and well-organized. Dr. Klein and his staff took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was attentive and efficient, which made the entire appointment smooth and stress-free. It’s clear this office values professionalism and patient care. I’m very glad I chose Dr. Klein and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a great doctor.

After servicing many dental offices over the years, we can tell you that this office was one of the cleanest, most organized and professional offices we have seen. Negative experience: Wasn’t very happy after he acquired Dr Hanson’s practice. I’m an MS patient with several other medical issues Since Covid I am very hesitant and respectful as not to spread to anyone any respiratory and cold. Since I was sick and cancelled appt the day before apparently this was not acceptable and they now refuse to keep me as a patient. I will never recommend them again. Wish 0 stars could be given I would give -5 stars

Negative experience: Tried to make an appointment for 2 weeks; never called me back. Even if they aren't taking new patients I deserve a call to tell me that.

Fantastic experience: Friendly professional and quick I had 2 fillings and didn’t spend more than I’d say 30 minutes max in and out the door after insurance I only paid 41$(sigh of relief) lol I would recommend them though everyone’s super polite and they also helped me find a oral surgeon so I can get my wisdom teeth out their all very nice and are there to help

Fantastic experience: Very grateful to be a patient here. Everyone I encountered, from Nicole and Rhonda at the front desk, to Sarah the hygienist, to Dr. Klein were very kind, thorough, attentive and courteous to my wife and I. We never felt like we were being upsold unnecessary and/or unnecessarily expensive services, and we never felt rushed throughout our appointment. You would think that going to a medical business that these qualities would be normal, but it's actually a rarity these days. As many businesses in the medical industry have become more and consolidated, to have care that feels personal, honest and...well, caring, feels especially special and a relief to us.

Fantastic experience: Had a unexpected issue so I stopped by there office. The receptionist Nicole went out of her way to schedule me an appointment. The hygienist Lisa did a great job and Dr Klein resolved the issue. My wife and I know have a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area so was in need of finding Dr’s to go to and located Dr Kleins practice in Punta Gorda which is not far from where i moved to. Being an independent agent specializing in Medicare i am diligent in searching providers and looking at reviews. Dr Klein had many if not all 5 star reviews and I absolutely agree with other individuals who gave those reviews. From being greeted for the first time at the front desk to checkout everyone was really terrific! Also, it was the BEST cleaning I ever had. My husband will be making his first appointment there soon and i look forward to future visits to Dr Kleins practice. I already recommended him to 2 others today before I even arrived home!
