Dr. Arora is patient, cares about your comfort, and makes sure you understand everything that he's doing every step of the way! I can honestly tell you, (and this is from someone that has always had severe anxiety when I go to dentists), that I have no anxiety coming here!

Also every one explained all procedures well, and any questions were encouraged.Highly recommend! Update on Vinnin Dental: I returned on March 6, 2023 for complete cleaning, etc. Very professional and thorough cleaning done by wonderful. hygienist. Every thing was explained to me as she worked on me. The dentist followed by examining itmy teeth, and then I was finished. Wonderful care provided per usual. I can only say good things about this staff. Thank you., Dental Staff, for outstanding job done once again. This is my updated review. Thank you. July 17,2023. Updated again. Visited again because of toothache. Left lower tooth. I need to return for root canal and crown. Thorough Instructions given by young woman at desk R/T next appointment. Extremely helpful. about all the facts.!Plans to return soon. this update is complete! Update.07/26/23. Root canal started.—2 hours—Dr Ben Liu—-awesome!! Today was day #2 of procedure.Approx 2 hours.Finally,day#3 will be in 3 weeks.Dr Liu is wonderful & kind.Tiffany ,assisting Dr Liu,has been great & accommodating to me! I have only wonderful things to say about this group-.the very best!!! Update 3rd visit for crown 8/25/23. This is the final visit. , And my tooth is crowned with a beautiful white crown. This was.a very pleasant experience! Definitely a positive one. All went well, and. Dr. Liu is awesome! Everyone who works in that office is very pleasant and professional! I am forever grateful that I found this dental group! update routine cleaning 9/18/23. Cleaning appointment. Very thorough! Extremely pleasant. All things are explained to me about my teeth., Etc. I am grateful to be here. Appointment made for December to maintain important visits Q3 months per procedure. 12/31/23 I have been retired for some time,& I struggle financially,and I have dental insurance for all of this work,or so I thought. I have been turned down to receive insurance on this case of root canal work and capping. . I had to pay out of pocket over $1000, thus, time had gone by, and this had accrued interest, so I will be paying for quite a while to Care Credit,. This is not the first time that I have been turned down for this insurance. I want to say Happy New Year to all!!! . Update:04/26/24. Crown was found to have split (fractured crown). I returned to have a bridge put in the crown site. Crown removed with lots of Novacaine added, and temporary bridge is put in. Dr. Liu worked on me today for quite a while, and he is wonderful & supportive!!! Temporary bridge done. I shall return in four months for permanent bridge. Per usual, everyone was supportive and explanatory about the procedure.. .. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in this office. Holly, who is the first person I see when I come in the office, explained to me what to expect In the procedure. Extremely helpful is everyone in the office !. Thank You!!! Where are my changes? I just updated 07/24/24. I had an issue with a temporary bridge, falling out at home, along with temporary crown, and I swiftly drove over to the office! First time I’ve ever had these issues with my teeth, so I was upset. Dr.Liu assisted me to correct it and renew it. Thank u ,Dr Liu!!!. 09/20/2024 Permanent Bridge replaced today—-YAY!!! Feels much better! Left Lower tooth area .thank u Dr. Liu et all! Staff is the best!. 05/21/2025 CLEANING :Professional cleaning done by Carolina today. She is a very pleasant & knowledgeable Dental Assistant!!! She took time to explain all things to me,& answered all questions that I had.Look forward to my next dental visit! Everyone working in this office is absolutely wonderful!!!❤️ 06/05/25 I just had a crown placed in my left upper tooth. Dr. Kina Is awesome ! Painless! Thank you!❤️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience here. The receptionist was so welcoming, my dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, and the dentist was friendly. They had some super cool technology, too. I think this might be the first time I don’t dread going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was exceptional friendly and educational . Dr. Lucretia, and her staff, explained several treatment option plans towards a better smile for me. They made me feel comfortable and confident in whatever treatment plan I choose and willingly to work dilentgly with my insurance co. I'm excited to start my Invisalign treatment then straight into "repairs" for that perfect Hahaha Well a year later I'm done with my Invisalign appts and couldn't be happier. The staff there are amazing!! But...I will miss the practice and staff bc they no longer accept my Delta Dental aid s....

She let me come in the very next day, looked it over, made a tiny adjustment which made me feel better, and was done in only a few minutes. Positive experience: I always expect happy vibes whenever I go because my hygienist is very kind and helpful. Sadly though for this visit I found the receptionist lacking in customer care, a bit dismissive when I was questioning some charges for my family’s billing.

I had originally went for myself (I booked an appointment online), but due to their change in policy about MassHealth, I didn’t get my cleaning, but they were able to do my sons first dental exam. Thank you for being so sweet ladies!

Negative experience: I hope you'll have better luck. My simple filling became unbearably painful the week after. I couldn't eat or sleep. When I went in, I was told it was normal and I was denied any pain medicine. A few days later my jaw above tooth became painful. I went back and was told now I needed a root canal ...but I'd have to wait well over a week. At that point I went for a second opinion and found an endodontist who could fix it immediately (once I finally got the referral letter, see below). Unlike at Vinnin he explained what was probably causing the complications. Unlike at Vinnin he also explained that it would need a crown after the root canal (I don't know if Vinnin caused this or not). Unlike at Vinnin he thoroughly explained the entire situation, the procedure and any potential complications. Unlike at Vinnin he used a silicone mouth damn so that I wasn't constantly gagging. To add insult to injury, I had to call Vinnin five times and the new dentist had to call at least four times to get Vinnin to provide the referral letter I needed to get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the wonderful dentist and the team at this dental clinic. They are by far the kindest and most efficient clinic. The clinic helped me get a cleaning appointment when everyone in town was months away and in follow when I had a toothache, they saw it as a priority to fit me in within a day. Positive experience: I have been coming here few years now and so much turn around. The front desk needs to be more understanding when you can't currently pay your bill I know about. Telling me I will be calling the next pay to set up payment plan. I get she is during her job but when I explain I currently can't leave it at that. The front end each time I am in is a different person and always little party or talking, swearing at one point. Before someone had a dog at the desk . I go because I am close. Practice needs to be managed better.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I haven’t been to the dentist since 2020 & let me tell you…Jenna did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth! She got all the tar that was stuck on my teeth for 10+ years. She was quick but efficient and asked how I was doing during the whole process. If you’re debating on where to go, you’ve just found your new place!!!

Negative experience: Beware of “Promotions” The dental office engages in false advertising. I called to take advantage of their new patient promotion advertised on their website for $120 for X-rays, cleaning, and an exam (no fine print or expiration date on the coupon). However, the staff member (who was not very friendly) stated they forgot to remove the promotion from the website and the site was under construction , even though I could clearly see it while speaking with her. I stated I’m on the site now and looking at the promotion advertised and she said oh yeah well we are removing it now…. (3 hours later and pricing is still listed on the website)… ***They refused to honor the advertised price listed on their website and instead wanted to charge us close to $500 for a new patient appointment for my husband who was a new patient. Bait and switch.

Negative experience: Dentists seem to be fine but customer service is ridiculously irresponsible and not caring whatsoever. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. And they would transfer your appointment for the later date even if you are in pain and need immediate attention. Never ever will go back there again!!!

Positive experience: I had originally posted a critical review of Vinnin Square Dental after a not so great experience regarding the need for a crown over the holidays. While I understand that everyone can have off days, including myself, I want to express my gratitude over the manner in which the dental practice handled my follow up care. While I do still feel like I did not have a good experience with the first dentist, hygienist, and office manager, I do appreciate the manner in which the second doctor approached my care and was thorough in explaining what I could expect afterwards. It’s the little things that matter, especially when experiencing something that is out of your hands and you are placing your care into those of someone else’s. I was very upset and I voiced my concerns. As customers and consumers, we have that right. If the caregivers and support staff really do care, they will meet their patients where there are, and hopefully will treat them with courtesy, compassion and respect, and not use passive aggressive phrases, such as “I’m sorry that you feel that way.” As if to suggest that someone’s feelings or their experiences aren’t valid. That type of response doesn’t belong in any service industry, or anywhere else for that matter. If my review means that I will no longer be welcome at the practice, then I guess that means my experience there doesn’t matter. My hope is that we can come to an understanding of mutual respect and can figure out how to create better interactions in the future.

Negative experience: This dental practice engages in deceptive and misleading tactics. I will be reporting them to the Public Health department. I originally cancelled my appointment, but they set up a appointment within two days for me without my consent. They charge $50 for cancellation fee within 48 hours. I enquired if the cleaning appointment would be fully covered by the insurance since I maxed out for the annual co-insurance benefits. They told me it would cost $0 even though they knew that I maxed out with co-insurance. So now I have a bill for the appointment that I didn't set up and was misled to believe it would cost $0. This has happened with other people that I know who went here. Also, one time instead of a doctor who must do post cleaning check up, they had one of the regular dental hygienist (who put a white coat to give false impression) do the check up and gave me incompetent and incorrect information. Stay away from this place. They are just concerned with making profits.

Negative experience: I would give this office 0 stars if I could. I left the office once before and for some readon decided I should go back. Nope. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy and if you cancel within 48 hours, the will charge you $50. Covid? $50. Brakes go out on your car before the appointment? $50. My FAVORITE part is they call to confirm your appointment at 24 hours. If you have to cancel by 48 hours, why wouldn’t you call 48 hours prior instead of 24 hours prior? Not to mention, last time I went there they told me I need invisalign when I have never needed braces in my life. All they want is your $$$$.
