Negative experience: Took over 2 weeks to get my permanent cap, the office manager Ellie is HORRIBLE. No communication, incredibly unprofessional. I called the day before my 2 week out appointment for my permanent cap and she said it would be in for my weekday appointment at 1:30. I took work off for this, and thankfully I called 2 hours before the appointment that day. She said she “forgot” to give me a heads up 2 hours before my appointment that my cap was STILL not there. She argued with me over the phone and was not helpful at all. How are you an office manager and FORGET to call someone to let them know the tooth is not there for there booked appointment. It took over 14 days with horribly done temporary caps. The other girl at the desk should be the office manager and Ellie should be unemployed.
