Positive experience: DIdn't have to wait long; they switched the pattern of hygienist-then dentist routine, so I would not have to wait so long because the hygienist was delayed. The dentist is careful, thorough and efficient. He is friendly enough, but has little time for niceties of chit-chat, so I don't know what he is really like. Not that that is important, but my prior dentist came across as a warm, interesting and interested person, so the visits were more appealing... The hygienist, on the other hand, was very affable and helpful, explaining things and also telling me a bit about herself. Somehow a touch of friendliness seems to me to be important in a dentist office! Overall, a good visit.

Fantastic experience: For someone that suffers from bad anxiety due to a horrible past experience at the dentist, Topsfield Smiles went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. If I am being honest, I first went in for a tooth to be looked at by Doctor Lee. The experience was so positive, on the way out I booked a cleaning for a week later. Emily did my cleaning. She was fantastic! Took about 45mins and my teeth never felt so clean, seriously. Now have two bookings in January for cavities. If you are like me, and fear the dentist- choose Topsfield smiles! His calming, knowledgeable, supportive nature has been key to me navigating the unexpected. The receptionists & hygienists are all great to work with & very professional as well. I came back last Winter, after taking a break from going to the Dentist for a while, & am so thankful I did. Dr. Lee & his team have put me at ease w their friendliness & provided me with comfort & excellent care when I have needed it most.
