Hi Peggy, we truly appreciate you taking the time to discuss your concerns in detail. We apologize for any frustration you've experienced, as we've always strived to provide excellent care, including to our many wonderful retired and senior patients. Clear, honest communication is something our team works hard to provide, which is why we've dedicated time to send out letters, emails, and personalized texts that are straightforward and explanatory.

Additionally, I'd like to clarify a couple of important points so there’s no ongoing confusion:

Insurance & Claims: We continue to file all claims on behalf of our patients even after transitioning our relationship with several insurance carriers. No patient of ours should have to file anything themselves.
Records Transfer: We are happy to send patient records to their new dentist. As soon as we receive a signed records release form from each patient, we can send those records over the same day.
Paperwork: Unfortunately, we cannot speak to a verbal conversation that may or may not have occurred with a team member over a year ago. If you have any documentation or details you’d like us to review, please give our team a call or send them via email, and our team will look into it right away.
