Dr. Rhodes makes sure your needs are taken care of as soon as possible and while waiting we have massaging chairs and tv, this is especially great for the kids so they feel more relaxed and entertained. Definitely recommend this office. Our hygienists are always so friendly and supportive. They offer different options for all your dental hygiene needs.

Negative experience: had a great experience with the hygienist—she was thorough and kind, and the visit went smoothly. However, when I went to pay at the front desk, I noticed I was overcharged, and the staff interaction felt rushed and impersonal. Because of this, I unfortunately won't be returning as a regular customer, there is no telling if I get my money back, o and the first thing she did to make me feel uncomfortable was to take back my attachment for my toothbrush

Serena goes above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. One experience really stood out: recently, while I was traveling outside the country, I realized I had forgotten my retainers back in the U.S. I called the office, explained the situation, and they immediately stepped in to help. Not only did they order a replacement retainer for me, but they also arranged international shipping and I received them the next week. It was an absolute lifesaver. This level of care, attention, and dedication is exceptional. I truly can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Brantly and the entire team at Brantly Dental.

Fantastic experience: I actually don’t hate going to the dentist after switching to this clinic. Everyone actually looks at your chart and is very nice. They genuinely care about you and the health of your teeth. You can tell they know what they’re doing and love what they do.

Negative experience: Had a great first visit. My hygienist and dentist understood that my husband and I travel for work. I have a tooth that the dentist said was urgent enough that she wanted to get me in ASAP to get it fixed. They found an appointment for me the following week. I was super impressed until I show up for said appointment. The receptionist stated that they tried to call me twice and texted me the day before to confirm my appointment. I never received a phone call or text from the because they had my number wrong and they made it seem like that was my fault. They should have confirmed my phone number. They didn’t try to email me or call my husband. On top of that I paid a $400 deposit, which in my head confirmed that I would be there for this appointment. It was super important for me to get this done and now I won’t be seen until the end of April. I have to deal with my tooth bothering me for 3 more months, I probably will not still be in town, and I’m assuming I will be out my $400 deposit. “Well will try to get you in sooner” is just not going to cut it for me.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since i was a child, the staff are wonderful. the doctors are incredibly talented, intelligent, and efficient. the hygienist on this team are by far the most competent and compassionate professionals in the concho valley. they know each of their patients so well and go above and beyond to ensure their patient's comfort and are always ready to help; they take any concerns very seriously and are ready to notify their Dr of any new issues or changes to their patient's health. the office staff are organized and do an amazing job scheduling and assisting with payments and insurance claims. lastly the dental assistants are highly trained and 2 steps ahead of the dentists they're assisting, knowing exactly how the Dr may approach the scheduled treatment. they are well prepared and have incredible patient communication to ensure comfort and trust. this office offers multiple wellness plans to meet your needs while also being affordable. the best part is that this office is INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! they sanitize VERY well and have organized sterile areas that do not get compromised as everyone is trained to utilize and prioritize cleanliness. i am extremely comfortable that i do not worry about cross contamination here. safe and respectable practice, excellent choice for your routine oral healthcare. Moved to Lubbock and still travel to keep my care here. Best team and most skilled and professional care I've ever had to date

Fantastic experience: i was apprehensive about relocating because i didn't know if i could find a new dentist as good as my last one... but Brantly Dental offers great care that is still affordable... and they make use of some pretty cool and advanced technology (that isn't invasive), for improved diagnostics and cleaning, with an emphasis on preventative care (which is important to me)... i have sensitive teeth, but my first visit to Brantly Dental is the first time in decades that I almost fell asleep in the chair while my teeth were being cleaned... way to go, Brantly Dental !!!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter (3 yrs) to her first dentist appointment and it was amazing. Nichole, specifically was phenomenal with her. She made it so much fun and let my daughter get comfortable with all of the tools she was going to use before she used them. She was also just very informing without using the “dentist” language that I may not understand. She made it such a great experience and I’m so happy that I chose this dental practice to take my family to.

Laura has been my hygienist and does a terrific job keeping me comfortable while saving me from my bad habits. However, unlike my barber, I am not allowed to talk while she works! That is almost impossible for me!

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s never been crazy about going to the dentist ( let’s be honest who really loves going) this office has been hands down the best experience of my 32yrs of life. My first appointment I was in pain and fighting an infection. I had to bring my two little toddlers and I wasn’t expecting such family friendly service. From putting on Micky for my 2yr old to playing with my 1yr old. They seriously went above and beyond to help this mama out. My second appointment Tasha was the sweetest! She answered my millions of questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was a pretty long appointment but Tasha and Dr.Brantley were going as fast as they could but doing their absolute best work. Hands down best medical experience I’ve had in San Angelo. 100/10 recommend this dental office

Fantastic experience: I went in to have my permanent crown put on and it went pretty good. The temporary crown was glued on there really good so there was a little trouble getting that one off to put the permanent one on. But it feels great. It used really well and I am very happy so thank you.

I've never been a fan of dental work due to anxiety and sensitive tooth pain, but I have yet to have a bad experience here. Just today I had some fillings done, and I was so relaxed that my activity tracker thought I was taking a nap! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We decided to schedule an appointment because they happen to be open on Fridays and take Care Credit. I called them to schedule an appointment and they didn’t have any openings, after explaining our situation. They found a spot to place us and got us in almost immediately. No words can express how amazing this place is, how wonderful we were treated, and how truly wonderful the people are. amazed and grateful for who they are. We had a horrible experience at a different dentist office, which caused us to hesitate finding A new place. Dr. Brantley and Nurse Nicole were so sweet and explained to us everything that was going on, what was happening, and what is going To happen next. They are absolutely worth it! Meagan, the hygienist, is exceptional—she’s thorough, knowledgeable, and truly makes the experience seamless. The front office staff always greets me by name, and they’re so efficient that I barely need to sit down before they’re ready to see me. During my recent visit, there was a minor issue with the x-ray machine, but the team handled it so professionally. They communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and moved quickly to accommodate my time without feeling rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing the best experience. I’d love to know more about Dr. Rhodes’ or Dr. Brantly’s hiring process because this is the type of team I’d love to have in my own practice. Thank you all for making each visit so smooth—people often say they “hate the dentist,” but I always tell them, “You’re just not going to the right one!” I truly love my dentist!

It was a tad chilly in the office this visit and my hygienist went and grabbed me a blanket! I didn't even know that was available. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Fantastic experience: Hands down...the most INCREDIBLE dentist office. Okay but like, it's just a tooth torture chamber isn't it? NO! Dr. Laurence has been an incredibly kind, funny, and calming presence in a field where probably everyone of us is anxious about. The entire staff is so warm, happy, patient, accommodating. I don't think there is a clearer indication of a well run business, with appreciated staff, than when they are all SO HAPPY all the time. As I write this, I've just come home from Dr. B himself keeping the office open late to repair a crown that popped off today. 10/10 attention to detail, care, and just such a chill guy. He even improved on the work!! It's even BETTER than it was before it broke. They fit me in at the drop of a hat, where other dentists in town will take months to even return your calls. Seriously, have you ever LOOKED FORWARD to seeing your dentist office peeps? To getting your face bones drilled? Okay cause at Brantly, you're absolutely going to be looking forward to your next broken tooth!
