Fantastic experience: My first appointment to Dr Wall’s office was a most pleasant experience. His receptionists helped me fill out my application with kindness and patience. Then the young woman who cleaned my teeth explained what she was doing each action of her procedure. She then introduced me to Dr Wall. It was a most pleasant experience.

Panic attacks at the very thought of even setting up an appointment, but let me tell you I have found THE BEST place to go. From the process of setting up the appointment- to leaving after my procedure I felt silly for even being scared in the first place. Fantastic experience: Dr Wall practice is clean, the hygienists wear a mask while they are working on your teeth. He has several hygienists which is a good thing so no wait when u arrive for your scheduled appointment. Secondly and most importantly is the level of care I and my husband received on our initial visit…Dr Wall’s practice has the latest equipment for xray, and the hygienist also took pictures, with a cool camera, of my teeth, cleaned with a super cool hand held water tool much like a water pick but portable, flossed the old fashion way. Very thorough nice! The hygienist explained her next steps in the process during the entire appointment. This may bother some but we liked it! Excellent practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! My problem is very complicated (100% disabled veteran, cancer treatments, broken tooth, and more). They were able to get me in, get me evaluated and devise a plan to work with my Oncologist and the VA to get me the dental work I need. I highly recommend Dr. Wall and his staff, especially for any disabled veterans in the area that can get Community Care approval.

Negative experience: I really liked this place, however when my husband called to cancel his appt due to me expecting around the time he was scheduled, and your scheduler didn’t just accept no and decided to reschedule him despite him saying no and then charged a no show fee... It’s disappointing. I really liked it here but am switching because that’s not how patients should be treated.
