Fantastic experience: Help with the cleaning and cover the holes. She did great job with the cleaning and covered the holes of the tooth. I hate dentist and needles but I was okay. She was being patient with me to communiate with me because I am deaf. I need to have 2 root canal but the price to pay for root canal is expensive and cannot afford it but I will try my best and and save up money to get root canal done. ‍♀️. I do see very positive reviews. Thank you Dr

Fantastic experience: Today June 26th 2026 I had two cavities that needed to be filled The young lady that filled my cavities today was amazing.This is the second time she has filled my teeth. The needle was painless I didn't even know that she had stuck me in my gums, she was very fast. To get both cavities filled it took less than 20 minutes she did a wonderful job she put me at ease I hope I don't get any more cavities but if I do, I'm hoping she will be the one to take care of me. The thing I like most I came a little early but they took me to the back right on schedule at 2:30.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental clinic I've been to! They are incompetent and their work is very sloppy. I had a crown done on one of my molars last December and they didn't do it right by having the crown mold wrong and the gap between my teeth too large so they had to redo it a couple times. Every time I go there (six times now) it's like I'm being tortured as the dentist's hands are shaking while performing procedures (like, are you kidding me? he has some kind of neuropathy and shouldn't be practicing with his condition! the only reason I came back here was because my insurance doesn't cover getting another crown from another provider). This cost me a lot of pain and stress since January as the food goes straight to my gums between my teeth as there's nothing to block it whenever I'm chewing. The worst part is that he never tells you what he's going to do even when you ask questions, he doesn't give you any warning just starts drilling. Communication is important between practitioner and patient to make sure they know what to expect and to answer any questions to give them peace of mind. Today was my last visit and again I was in pain this time from him drilling part of my gums, when I groaned in pain and asked "why do my gums hurt, are they bleeding?" Both the assistant and the dentist said NO, but I saw and tasted my blood. When I pointed that out they said "oh that's normal"! he also filed down the tooth next to the one he was working on which had nothing to do with it and he didn't tell me why he did that. Another lady was there getting her teeth done next to me and I heard her groaning and screaming in pain the whole time and the dentist did not do anything to comfort her, it was absolutely terrible! I wanted to write this review the first time I went there but I try my best to be tolerant and not deal with the hassle but I think I'm going to sue for malpractice.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at this dentist’s office today. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The staff and everyone I interacted with were extremely respectful, professional, and welcoming. Most importantly, the appointment was completely pain-free. The dentist took excellent care of me, and I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure. They clearly know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

Negative experience: I have visited JB Dental about 3 times for a cleaning before my visit today. I had a wonderful experience each time besides today. The women who cleaned my teeth was not personal or friendly at all. She started off by asking me if I had any questions or concerns all while her back was facing me. She never explained to me what she was doing while I was getting my mouth cleaned. On my previous visits they explained to me what they were doing and gave me tips on how to care for my teeth properly at home. I felt like she did not want to be at work today and I felt all her energy. Her way of saying goodbye was telling me that her assistant was coming in to give me fluoride and then she got up and walked away……. I do like Mr. baptiste and would like to continue to support his business but he needs to have a conversation with his staff about professional and customer service !!!!!

Negative experience: I know Dr.Joseph Baptiste for a 17years for implant treatment. However today I had an appointment with him because my implant was unstable, I was advised to do a deep cleaning prior to fixing the implant and the estimate for the deep cleaning was $480, the office refused to talk to the doctor about providing an estimate for the implant and showed no transparency. They stopped the cleaning halfway through, and then started making an appointment for the completion of it and completely ignored the issue at hand- the shaky implant which they had done years ago, they intended to keep charging me for services I did not go in for; I felt very disappointed and scammed by this office. Never going back.

Negative experience: I recently visited this dental office and regrettably did not have a positive experience. While I understand that a dentist's office is rarely a place anyone looks forward to, I found my visit particularly unpleasant. The dentist who treated me was quite rough and dismissive, often asking rhetorical questions that made me feel uncomfortable rather than reassured. His bedside manner was seriously lacking, which only added to my anxiety during the appointment. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would rate this place a zero.

Negative experience: I went there on April 28th, around 9:15 and got a root canal and the doctor there, he was a male, with a strong accent, and he was no where near supporting. The numbing process didn't even fully work with me and even though I was screaming and crying, shaking as well, he never stopped and there was no comfort whatsoever. I left with my full body uncontrollably shaking as I was able to feel them remove the nerve and digging into my tooth. I was hyperventilating and kept moving away from the "doctor" the whole time because of the pain and yet again, they just continued like I wasnt even reacting. I'm absolutely frustrated because no one said anything or even checked up on me, not even the front desk. Make sure you watch yourself before going up here if youre sensitive and likely needing more numbing medication. And they can't even sedate you, nor have laughing gas, which is insane to me.

He worked on the tooth for nearly a hours and, unbelievably, once the anesthetic wore off, I have had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. Negative experience: I’m gonna have to give them a two star, only because I didnt feel like they acknowledged me when I told him I was in pain. Instead he told me he was almost done while I sat there in pain. I went three times and twice out of three times I was uncomfortable. Never again will I visit them.

Negative experience: The most unpleasant experience I encountered was when I initially arrived. I was informed to wait, as they were on lunch. Lunch concluded at 2:00 PM, and I was subsequently called to the back. No one introduced themselves to me. I was asked the reason for my visit, and I explained my situation. However, the female dental assistant seemed to have difficulty comprehending my explanation. Consequently, I provided her with my referral, which she subsequently forwarded to the dentist. My intention was to undergo a root canal procedure. However, it became evident that I did not require such a treatment. The elderly dentist, whose name I am unfamiliar with, exhibited extreme rudeness during the examination of my tooth area. He discovered that I had undergone the extraction of three teeth and made the erroneous assumption that I was too young for the amount of teeth that where missing which was very unprofessional Despite my clarification that I only needed a filling, he insisted on performing the root canal. I inquired about the availability of laughing gas, but he informed me that it was not available. Consequently, I was advised to seek treatment at my regular dentist, Consequently, I was advised to seek treatment at my regular dentist, where the reception was warm and the staff were courteous. Overall. Overall, I was extremely uncomfortable and did not feel at ease allowing the dentist to perform any work in my mouth. His statements and opinions were clearly unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to JB Dental
