Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Sienna Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics today! Dr. Thompson, Clarissa, and Alli are the sweetest and most accommodating. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience, but these ladies truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. They are so hospitable and took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. As a Sienna resident, I’m so glad to have such a great dental team right here in the community. I will definitely continue using them for all of my dental needs!

Negative experience: The tooth cleaning was very disappointing. It lasted like 10 mins and the back tooth weren’t even touched.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Vincent Nguyen and Ms. Pauline Davis. They took such great care of me and made sure I understood everything they were doing every step of the way from X-rays to cleaning. I never felt rushed, and they truly took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients, and that made all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that is both knowledgeable and compassionate.

Negative experience: The worst money hungry place ever. They don’t actually care about your dental health just want to charge you a lot of money. Hopefully they will go out of business soon

Negative experience: My wife had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Hien Vinh ("Vincent") Nguyen at Sienna Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics for her crown procedure. During the treatment, he appeared to be watching a World Cup soccer game instead of giving his full attention to the procedure. While working on her tooth, her gum was cut, causing significant bleeding and unnecessary pain. Seeing a dentist distracted during a procedure that requires precision is deeply concerning. Patients place their trust in their dentist to remain fully focused on their care, and this experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient safety. I hope the office thoroughly reviews this incident and takes appropriate steps to ensure every patient receives the attentive and safe care they deserve.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff and Dr. Thompson is amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the process. I had to have some work done aside from a routine cleaning and I would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I each had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. They are welcoming, experienced, and friendly. One of my kids has a rough time making it through X-rays, but Ms. Pauline helped it happen with smiles all around. Dr. Nguyen was great about explaining the hows and whys of brushing and flossing. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: My husband went there for his dental appointment, they had him lying on the operating chair for 3 hours and then found out his blood pressure was too high to do anything (how come they didn’t check his blood pressure in the beginning). They still took X Ray for him and sent him home and they told him to prepay over $400 for his future visit. My husband decided not to go there anymore and canceled his appointment but until now he hasn’t received the refund for the $400 yet. Then today I found out our health insurance (not dental insurance) was billed for another $549 out of pocket charge from that visit, after they have already billed our dental insurance. I called them and hoped to get some explanation. Instead of trying to figure out why, a lady just rudely told me that they only have the dental insurance on file and they had no idea why there is that charge on the health insurance and I have to deal with all this with my health insurance company myself. I also mentioned that we haven’t received that $400 refund, and it seems that they haven’t processed it yet and she said she’s gonna initiate it now… I am really unhappy about all these errors they made and also their attitude after causing all these problems. To me this is very irresponsible and unprofessional and careless.

Negative experience: I've been a patient here for years. I feel like their patient care has declined,, so I'm leaving for another dentist. I had a crown done. Weeks later I was still in pain. Returned for a follow up evaluation. I suspected my bite was off. I told this to Dr. Nguyen who is my usual dentist and who did crown. He did a cursory exam in about 5 mins , did not spend time fully assessing or locating the exact source of pain. Just the carbon paper and a few blasts of cold. Then pointed to my xray that showed a dark spot on the adjacent tooth opposite of the area of pain and said that was likely causing the pain and recommended a second crown on the adjacent tooth. Mind, I had zero pain before the first crown. He said my bite was fine and pushed the second crown. He was dismissive and condescending. I've been a paramedic for 33 years. I'm not a dentist but I know exactly how to conduct a physical assessment. I made an appointment but got a second opinion. The second dentist at Dentists of Riverstone did a very thorough assessment, cold blasts, tapping, probing, checking my bite against her tools and fully located the area. She recommended a bite adjustment. Which we completed with several trims. She also prescribed steriods to reduce inflammation. And lo and behold, not even 24 hrs later and before any steroids my pain is gone! I was even able to chew on that side hours later. So the very thing I asked for was the solution and not a second crown on an unaffected tooth. I am switching to Dentists of Riverstone.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with our experience at this office and we will not be returning. Earlier this year, the office submitted claims using outdated insurance information and then billed us when nothing was covered. On April 2, I emailed updated insurance information and specifically requested that the claims be resubmitted correctly. Despite that, the claims were apparently never submitted to the correct insurance carrier. Instead, we continued receiving bills and have now received a notice from a collection agency. When I checked directly with our insurance company, they showed no record of the claims ever being submitted. Sending a patient to collections because your office failed to process updated insurance information that was provided months earlier is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. We had multiple frustrating experiences with communication and billing, and this situation was the final reason we decided to leave the practice entirely. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this office closely monitor their insurance claims and billing statements.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. They were very gentle during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Loved this aspect because I have a bad gag reflux and they made me feel very comfortable and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Positive experience: I was a patient for years and they did a lot of good work. But now that I’ve moved away I can’t get anyone there to return my calls. Before I left I bought custom whitening trays, and since January I’ve been calling requesting they send them to me, at my cost. I’m sad that a good relationship has turned out this way.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years. I’ve always seen Dr Thompson and I absolutely love her unfortunately my schedule never worked out to see her so I had to switch and see someone else in The office. Every single dentists I have seen were rude and unprofessional. I had repeatedly said no to them trying to upsale me and they still wouldn’t listen and brought everyone from the front desk too try as well. I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist except for Dr Thompson she’s is truly the only thing keeping that place up to date. The front desk people are incredibly rude and have no customer service as well

Negative experience: I have left this practice. The focus seems to be more on financial gain than individual personal care. The staff does not follow through on pertinent phone calls. It was demonstrative regarding the true focus when I called to say I was leaving practice for another area dentist when the staff never even asked me why I was leaving; what I was unsatisfied with; or even thank you for my patronage. I worked in dental offices for years. Times certainly have changed. Way too busy money makers.

Negative experience: Scarring experience. Make sure to get a second opinion, they tried to give me a high cost treatment. Upon checking with another dentist at Lovett, turns out my teeth were healthy enough to not undergo the expensive treatment. Dr. Vincent Nguyen made me very uncomfortable as he was condescending and didn’t like when I asked questions about my treatment. He was not empathetic when I experienced pain when he checked my teeth, almost sadistic. Preventative care is very important for me so even though he asked if I had any further questions, he was dismissive. Go to this location if you want to be scarred by a dental experience. This place has lost around 5 potential clients. I recommend heading over to Lovett’s Dental office Broadway, they were warm, kind and made me happy and safe enough to visit a dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Update: 2026 Visit I missed my follow up with Dr. Thompson due to illness and when it came time to schedule, she was booked. I accepted an appointment with Dr. Nguyen and I’m excited to say I wasn’t disappointed. He was very friendly, informative, and thorough. His team was also supportive and kind. I encourage anyone looking for a great dental office to try this office for their next oral health appointment. Dr. Thompson is very thorough and kind. Very gentle. I definitely recommend this dentist and staff. Christy performed the cleaning and my teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards. Clarissa assisted fantasticly and Clayton was awesome with admitt assistance explaining everything logistically. Go see Sienna Modern Dentistry…you won’t regret it.

Negative experience: Please be alert if they give you estimates and tell you 5 different things about why you need to get special work done RUN!! Go to someone else get a second opinion. Be extra careful and pay special attention when you’re in for your preventive, they will add on so much just to get extra $$. I’ve talked to 3 different friends and they all have had the same experience. I suggest to go the smaller dental offices.

Fantastic experience: I visited Sienna Modern Dentistry for the first time recently. The staff was very professional, kind and cordial. For the first time, in visiting a dental office, my cleaning was performed by the dentist who was very kind and professional. She answered my questions. It was an all-around very good experience. If you are looking for good dentist, I highly recommend Sienna Modern Dentistry.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Sienna Modern Dentistry with DDS AjaThompson. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, and I left feeling rushed and unsatisfied. Despite arriving 30 minutes early and completing the online check-in, I wasn’t seen until 30 minutes before closing, which made the entire visit feel rushed and impersonal. The equipment did not appear clean, and shockingly, the same bloody dental floss was used across all quadrants of my mouth. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Additionally Dr. Thompson did not take the time to explain my oral health or answer questions, which left me feeling confused and dismissed. To make matters worse. I was charged $160 for services that should have been fully covered by my insurance under preventative care. When I tried to address this, finance/office manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall, I left feeling bamboozled and disappointed. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for few years. I'm pretty upset at how they tried to swindle me and over charge me an extra $1600. I needed a root canal. I was going to them to do the work but something in my gut told me to get a quote before I show up. Low and behold I see something for $1018 and another item for $665. I immediately got a referral and went to an endodontist. That same $1018 item was $232. The $665 thing was free. I know times are hard but purposely screwing over people will not help you keep clients. I don't trust them anymore because they just see me as money... I also showed another dentist the price they were charging and he said "they're trying to screw you over".

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sienna Modern Dentistry has been exceptional. I've been seeing them for a little over 3-years having had regular cleaning and exams, crown and most recently wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Thompson removed my wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. I called them in the morning and they squeezed me in within 3-hours. Dr. Le is my go to for crowns as he has a magic touch. So far 3-crowns and no issues from Dr. Le work. I recall seeing Dr. Nguyen for a check up visit and cleaning. This guy answered every question I could think of and you could tell he enjoyed sharing his knowledge. Dr. Nguyen even did the cleaning. Not that the hygienist isn't perfect for the cleaning job, but I really wasn't expecting to get that kind of attention from the dentist. Maybe it was my lucky day. Clayton and staff at the front office appear super busy, but always answer my questions and explain the charges in detail when I ask. And I do ask a lot of questions about the billing. They are knowledgeable about billing and always get back to me when they need to check up on something. I even had a surprise refund on something that was billed incorrectly and they found it during their audit. I would have neve have even known about it. They continue to earn my trust.

Negative experience: went into office for routine cleaning, x-ray, and checkup, Was told I needed cleanings every 3 months because of my age, out of pocket, what does age have to do with it? Was told I need a root canal, for a large cavity and multiple other things that was out of pocket, like $5000, 20 different code number. My previous dentist said my mouth was boring, nothing to do. great shape. I didn't even finish the appointment with Sienna, I just left. Made another appointment with another dentist, a week later and was told no cavities, teeth in great shape, keep up the good work, we'll see you in 6 months. Wow. I felt like I was being taken, that's why I left, glad I did. Would not recommend and also reported this to medicare.

They listened to my concerns regarding my previous bad experience with other dentist and assured me that I was in the best care possible. They treated me with so much care and comfort that this was my best experience ever in a dentist appointment. I highly recommend them for any dentistry needs.

Negative experience: I would give this place 5 stars if the ladies in the front weren’t so rude. They don’t acknowledge/greet me and my son anytime that we walk in. He has been in braces for 15-16 months and they are not friendly or acknowledging at all! Its simple customer service a nice smile and hand waive go a long way. They really need a training on how to greet patients. I don’t feel welcomed walking into the office.
