She made me feel comfortable every step of the way and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Dr. Jafri is an exceptional dentist. I came in needing extensive work due to infected front teeth, and he took the time to explain every option, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident with my treatment plan. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the best possible result gave me complete peace of mind. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and treated me like family instead of just another patient. I'm beyond grateful for the care I received and couldn't recommend Ms. Linda, Dr. Jafri, and their office more highly.

Positive experience: Patient care was excellent but the building was freezing. It was cold , to point of being uncomfortable and I had on long pants and a long sleeve shirt, had to really try not to shiver while my teeth were being cleaned. The new flouride treatment they applied was horrible- once applied, I was told it had to stay on my teeth 4 hours. Thick, yucky on my teeth- will never do that again! We had dinner reservations with friends...I could not eat until 30 min into our dinner, just swishing water did not remove it-went to restroom to use hand towels to scrub it off my teeth. Normally, all goes well during my visits. I have learned to dress for the cold office.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit here I was scared being that I haven't been to a dentist in quite some time, but the staff and doctor really put me at ease. They addressed all my concerns and gave me insight on what my treatment consisted. On my second visit they started my treatment and I felt so comfortable and was very pleased with my results. I'm glad I chose this location and will definitely recommend anyone to come here as well. 10 out of 10 will recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very Gentle Dental Doctor, I have had two (2) PAINLESS Root Canals with him. This last time, 18 Mar 2026, the nurses said I fell asleep. (They had to wake me up!) Incredible! Love my Doc! ....Aldo

Negative experience: If I could give this office a no star I would. BEWARE OF becoming a patient here. They are MONEY DRIVEN. I had two daughters in treatment, both with braces, and due to a temporary financial hardship we fell behind on payments. During that time, I continued making small payments to show good faith and communicated that I fully intended to catch up. Within two months, I had the full amount needed to bring the account current. However, despite my efforts and willingness to pay, we were dropped as patients while my children were still actively in braces. No flexibility, grace period, or reasonable solution was offered. Orthodontic treatment involves children and long-term care, and I believe patient care should include some level of understanding when families are clearly trying to make things right. Canceling treatment mid-braces felt abrupt and unnecessarily stressful for my daughters. As parents, we all know, Braces is a privilege and a cosmetic bill. I had two kids in one month for a business to not work with you is absurd and sad. Please don’t go here. God forbid you fall behind on a payment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeffri is an honest and caring dentist. I was told by another dentist that I needed a re-root canal, but Dr. Jeffri carefully examined my teeth and told me the truth — I did not need it. He explained that my gum infection was caused by two teeth touching, gave me antibiotics, and adjusted the tooth slightly. He could have easily charged me for an unnecessary procedure, but he didn’t. That kind of honesty is rare these days. I truly appreciate him and his integrity. God bless him.

I received kind and pleasant treatment my entire staff during my visit. Had an emergency root canal feeling much better afterwards and will be returning for crown and other treatments. Positive experience: Receptionist waited until my son and I got to our back to back appointments to tell me they don’t except traditional Medicaid for my child. I had gave them his Medicaid number at least a week or two in advance before our appointments. My son missed a half of day of school without an excused absence and didn’t get his check up. I cancelled my appointment also. I gave them three stars only because our previous appointments and the dentist himself is great!

Fantastic experience: This time, Dr. Jafri himself cleaned my teeth. As usual, not only is he a great dentist who obviously cares about his patients, he also has a wonderful sense of humor. I love Savannah Lakes, and all the people there, from the dentists to the office people. They're fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Just had my cleaning and fillings done recently. I have to say the entire staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Jaffari and his assistant Linda were amazing and fast. The dental hygienist Theresa was also great. They did a through job, answered all questions, and made sure everything was a smooth process. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done. Also pricing is all up front so you don’t have to worry worry about any hidden fees

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jafri and his staff are amazing. They got me in as a new patient on short notice. I’m terrified of the dentist and have put off some necessary care for a while. He and his assistant/hygienist immediately put me at ease and had me laughing! I have several procedures coming up, but Dr. Jafri didn’t lie about antibiotics helping my tooth pain very quickly, so I trust him for these procedures! Recommended him to my husband as well!

Positive experience: Good dentist and good people. Had to find another provider though due to the hours. I needed later evening hours and/or weekends to accommodate my crazy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t care for the dentist who seen me. He was rude and he was very rough when handling with me. I do not want him anywhere near me again when I’m dealing with your establishment. I don’t have good vibes when he has to assist me I prefer my regular orthodontist dentist. He is way more gentle and nice.

Making sure I wasn’t in any pain at all times while the dentist worked on my teeth. Would recommend Savannah lakes dentist.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly, the service was quick and well done. However, there was a lot of confusion about my appt time as I received multiple text messages and phone calls changing the times. The staff was swift in rectifying the mistake and very apologetic and accommodating, but this is why I can’t give them 5 stars. I would recommend them though.

Negative experience: One of the doctors are warm. However, the staff have gotten comfortable with having a slick mouth because either no one has complained or they have blocked the complaints. One common factor that can lead to a business’s downfall is poor customer service. When employees fail to provide respectful and professional service simply because they do not have a personal stake in the business, it can undermine the hard work and dedication of those who have built it. A company’s success is directly tied to how it treats its customers, and professionalism should always be a priority." I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to your office. My understanding when scheduling my appointment was that I would be receiving a panoramic X-ray and molding for a partial. However, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly presented with a full treatment plan that I was not informed about in advance. Had I been aware of the additional procedures being planned, I would have scheduled accordingly, as I had another appointment to attend. Additionally, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. When I inquired about the duration of my visit, the response I received from a staff member was unprofessional and dismissive. Patient care should prioritize transparency, respect, and clear communication, and unfortunately, I did not feel that standard was met. I fully respect the expertise of the dental professionals at your practice, but as a patient, I also have the right to choose which treatments I proceed with, especially when they are services I am paying for through my insurance. It is concerning that my request for specific services was met with resistance, rather than a willingness to accommodate my needs. Keep in mind,while a dentist has a professional and ethical duty to assess a patient’s oral health and recommend the best course of treatment, they must also respect patient autonomy. A patient has the right to make informed decisions about their own dental care. I hope that moving forward, your practice will place a stronger emphasis on clear communication and customer service. Fantastic experience: Was seen quickly and Dentist explained what needed to be done and gave me prescription for and infection and the receptionist went over prices and explained everything and scheduled my next appointment. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment when I first called. I was very impressed. Had a root canal and when the numbness wore off w didn’t have any more pain. When my crown was put in I had no pain or problems. Great job. You should try Lake of Savannah dentistry on Hwy 6 across from CVS.

Negative experience: We went there for a crown for my son, he needed two, they put one, next they it came out, we went there again, the doctor put a new one in a different tooth and he want to put the one it fell but my son was in pain at this point, no anesthesia yet, so when he started the second one my son crying he put local anesthesia but but my son still feels pain and in less than a couple o minutes he just said I have to refer him with an specialist for kids, obviously he doesn’t like to work with kids, no patient at all, mi kid’s teeth now are messed whit a hole there and I have to go and pay $$ more with other Dr, they didn’t refund nothing…

Fantastic experience: Friendly assistance at the front desk fast check-in. Dr. Raji was very nice explained everything to my 9 year old granddaughter who had a great experience here at Savannah Lakes Family dental, see you in 6 months.

Negative experience: My husband called to schedule appointments for both of us. This was a first time visit for us. We were given the option of two dates and so my husband asked did they have availability to see us both in the same day in which they stated yes they could see us both at 9:30am. We both arrive and 9:30am and my husband was called back after about 15 mins. He comes out from the back close to 10:30am and I had yet to be called back yet others who arrived after me have been called back. At this point I go up to cancel my appointment and I'm then told they had me scheduled to be seen by the same tech after my husband was done. I took off time from work to be here at 9:30am because you said we could both be seen not that I would be seen an hour later after my husband! If I knew that I could have came at 10:30am and not missed an hour of work to waste my time. I do not appreciate poor communication and an I'm sorry does not make up for my wasted time.
