Fantastic experience: Let’s be honest — the idea of someone putting metal tools inside my personal “sound producer” (mouth) is already unsettling . But from the moment I walked in, Esther (my hygienist) made the experience surprisingly comfortable. She was warm, polite, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She understood the assignment and executed with absolute grace. Dr. Jethva, you’ve got a gem on your team — give that woman a raise! If you’re nervous about dental visits like I am, this office does a great job making you feel at ease. Professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: We found Dr. Jethva and his team when our kids were little and we lived in Pearland. Dr. Jethva is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the staff is thorough, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Even after moving to Houston 16 years ago, we continue to make the drive because this team is absolutely worth it.

I just have positive comments: 1) Kimy in the front desk could find me a spot on the same day morning ; 2) The insurance information was quickly set up; 3) The initial information survey wasn’t too long and extenuating; 4) The appointment preparation including x-rays was quick; 4) The doctor’s appointment was objective and towards the goal; 5) The plan estimation was ready, we discussed it, I made a decision right there!; 6) I didn’t miss my work meeting appointment … that’s what I need, a very efficient and objective team. Ive neglected them for probably 20 years only going when the pain was too much and never going again. Last year, i was determined to get it all taken care of. They treated me with such compassion . Negative experience: Worst dentist that I have ever seen. I would not recommend him at all. Went to him initially to have bonding replaced on one tooth. He recommended Invisalign to correct my bite and spacing on the sides and said he would fix the bonding after I was done with invisalign. He initially told me that the treatment would only take up to six months, and that my smile would be perfect and the spacing gone. Six months into treatment and there was no noticeable improvement in the spacing at all and Dr. Jethva had nothing, but excuses. “Oh it’s the way your bottom teeth are touching the top, oh it’s because your gums are thick” etc. I was rescanned again and again and again and each time I was told “we’re going to get the spacing closed and your smile will be perfect.” He did unnecessary filing of my teeth. And at the end of treatment (18 months later) and with more spaces in my teeth which I did not have when I started, I was told “this is the best I can do.” When I questioned him about the new spacing I had, his response was “your gums will fill those spaces in by the end of the holidays.” Of course my gums did not fill in those spaces and what an idiotic response to begin with. I now have rough teeth from them not removing all of the bonding from the attachments. When I questioned him about the bonding left on my teeth, his response was “it’ll eventually flake off.” I even had to remind him why I initially came to him which was to fix the bonding on my front tooth which he initially said before I started my treatment he would take care of as soon as I was finished with the invisalign. He couldn’t even do that properly. It looks like he did absolutely nothing to the bonding on that tooth. It looks exactly the same with the same exposed dentin and stain. Please stay away from this dentist. He is a joke. His customer service and performance are TERRIBLE. Such a waste of time and money. I am now having to go to another dentist to fix his terrible work.

I visited many in the pass had painful experience either physically or financially. The dentist/team was the best I've seen. All these traits are hard to find in a team let alone a dentist office. I'm glad to say after 40 years, I finally found my dentist.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I go to Dr. Jethva because of the amazing care he and staff provide, but today’s visit really put the icing on the cake for me! Jennifer, my routine hygienist somehow talked our seven year old into having her teeth cleaned with a fluoride treatment- something multiple pediatric dentistry teams couldn’t accomplish over the years! She got down on my baby’s level and was just so patient, warm and kind! It really changed Draya’s perspective on the dentist being a “scary” place. I highly recommend this office for their outstanding clinical practices, but more so because of their kindness and compassion towards others!

I go every 3 months and my hygienist, Breeana, always checks up on me and asks how I am doing. Judy and Catalina are always so nice and helpful in any way. His team is amazing and I have known them for quite some time. I used to work next door to his clinic but I do not work there anymore. I still drive to go visit his clinic because of his honest practices. It is a far drive and I do not like driving. But it is worth it.
