They got me taken care of quickly, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. The genuine compassion they show their patients is top notch! It makes me want to fly down twice a year and make them my primary dentist!

He told me what was going on and had me feeling much better before I left the office! Everyone in the office were polite and professional. This would be my regular dentist if the office were not 7+ hours away. Without a doubt this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office!

Dr. Timothy Ye is an amazing doctor that approaches with calm and positive vibes vibes to make you feel welcome , his assistant Versailles is also very patient and understanding when it comes to background checks on dental hygiene ( they don’t judge you I promise !!) and the front desk who have helped walk me through financial steps and appointments , they are very kind and do recommend this place to anyone who has a fear or an anxiety with dental care

Fantastic experience: I am on vacation this week and one of my fillings in my back teeth came out and a portion of the tooth broke off with it leaving the remaining edge of the tooth so sharp that it was cutting my tongue every time I moved it. These guys fixed the tooth and got me in and out within a hour of walking thru the doors. The staff were amazing, very professional. Would recommend them if you're in need.

Fantastic experience: I had my lower denture crack in half right before I was getting to leave for vacation, well I contacted the Aspen Dental at home in Cols Oh. they couldn't fix it in time and recommended their office in Destin Fla.(where we were headed to) I'm glad I came here, they're repairing it in 15-20 mins and at a very reasonable price, Dr. Ye is extremely professional and friendly, Anna and everyone else at the practice are amazing, oh I forgot to mention, they didn't make my denture to begin with but they still repaired it for me!! Highly recommend this office if you're in Destin Fla.!!!

Negative experience: Coming there people were very pleasant. However once evaluation done estimate was nearly 10,500.00 for one tooth. Came home...got it repaired for over 9,000.00 less. Would never go back. They will rip u off.

The dentist pulled up a chair and listened to what i what I had been experiencing. X-Rays, evaluation, cleaning, and a filling was replaced, all in the same day! Fantastic experience: Aspen is absolutely the best !! Regular cleans are pretty fast, 1 hour and you are done! The dental hygienist the very patient and knows how to get her job done effectively and efficiently! The Dentist is high spirited and if you were nervous just forget about it once you meet him! I strongly suggest Aspen if you are looking for the best in Destin!

Negative experience: I thought I was getting great work done here although it was quite expensive. After removing 3 teeth, filling 3 more and having a temporary partial made I had to put my treatment on hold. I had already paid $1200 out of pocket and put almost $4500 more on a dental credit card and my temporary partial still wasn’t fitting right. I was very unhappy that there was still a cap to be attached and paid for, I just couldn’t afford anymore. It has been a little over a yr and all 3 of the fillings have fallen out and I can’t even afford to get them fixed because I am still paying for the unfinished plan that was created. A $6400 experience that has left me in debt and unhappy.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I had to have a tooth removed and an implant installed on New Years Eve. Dr 'T' and his team were able to get me in quickly and were very accommodating. Dr T took his time to explain the issues and my options. He did not rush, but instead made sure that I understood my options and the associated procedures. Unlike many medical professionals, he made feel like like I was his priority.

Fantastic experience: Hannah , dental hygienist.....Oh Okay hands down one of the best genetics experience whatever that work even though I went there knowing that I'm going to have to get teeth pull them and we feel cool and comfortable. They even take care of me afterwards and help me set up a plan for payment I'm so grateful to the Aspen dentist. Within 2 minutes, I was already in a chair with the hygienist Ms Hannah. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional with me. I would recommend 10/10 times Aspen Dental in Destin. Fantastic team with lovely personalities. 10 out of 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Gotta say, Congrats Dr T and Staff!! Stellar Now! I had used Aspen a couple of times, (great hygienist) and had a crown done. All 'good'. AND NOW since Doc T bought it, he and his Team have become a Well Oiled, Cohesive and Outstanding Team. Fall 25, I had a crown break, the exam showed I needed to replace two, (they showed me the xrays - this was not an upsell). They made sure the crowns were 'just right', and installed in a very timely manner. The communication, teaching, collaboration, and overall cooperation was outstanding. There was a billing snag, from the main office. They absolutley worked that and got it right. Since Doc T bought it out, he has Clearly worked to make it Stellar. He Has Succeeded!!

And Anne in finances helped me overcome a major obstacle with my dental insurance! She very patiently took the time to help me access important information to help defray the cost. Jennifer at the desk is welcoming and inviting. And of course Dr T is the best! An exceptional dental team in Destin!

Ya’ll- this whole office, the whole team- from the office Manager Anna to the dental assistant Amanda, to the clean, welcoming office space. This is where and who you want to be your dentist. Both of my children have had to have a tooth pulled. Both of my children still can’t wait to go back and get their teeth cleaned by Dr. T! Yall, that’s been this years Christmas miracle! Fantastic experience: I could not have had a more pleasant experience at the Destin Aspen Dental location. I interacted with three individuals there and they were phenomenal. Amanda, Anna, and Hannah are superior in their expertise and performance of their duties, more so than any other healthcare provider that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Destin. If more medical practitioners were as professional and caring as these individuals, the healthcare industry would be a much better place. I could not be more pleased with the services I was provided. Hannah, the hygienist, did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. I did not feel like I was getting beat up or subjected to any unnecessary pain and suffering, as I have felt in other dental practices. She showed concern for my well-being and comfort at all times and completed her work expeditiously. I highly recommend this location for all of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency extraction of a fractured tooth. The staff and Dr. T were so caring and took care of my issue. I drove 60 miles to see them and they are all awesome.

Negative experience: Very deceptive on pricing. In fine print they added $1,600 in tooth brush,flossed and tooth cleaning. I have insurance and after complaining they dropped the price to a couple hundred. How do you go from nearly $2,000 to $200 in a few seconds. They work like a dealership to sell you things you don’t truly need! Don’t trust the kind smile. It’s all part of the sales tactics. Go elsewhere this dentist is a con game! Someone needs to audit what they are charging and prosecute them!

Negative experience: Rudest employees around! This location is unprofessional. I told them I’m paying cash but lady would not stop asking what insurance o have after I told her she rudely snapped on me so I had to remind her I’m paying cash and don’t care the cost and she didn’t like that so i was hung up on. Fantastic experience: I had very low expectations because of the aspen dental in Crestview. I had a terrible experience and would never go back. HOWEVER, aspen in Destin is one of the few places that take my insurance so I made an appointment there. Dr. Sanders truly listened to my concerns about my teeth and came up with a treatment plan that worked for me. Recently I had some complications with my tooth and the front desk was quick to get me scheduled. Everyone has been so kind and helpful from the hygienist to the assistants, front desk to Dr. T. Highly recommend the aspen in Destin!

Negative experience: Your tech made me an appointment that apparently disappeared. I paid 800.00 up front. Nothing but sorry and we can reschedule a week later. Really? Very frustrating as I planned based on what o was told.

It just happened to happen right when I had a window of time to get the job done. Monty met me at the door with a smile and handshake. And he was a rockstar the entire time I was there. And Dr Zhang got the job done without a hitch in under the time I thought I would be in the chair.
