Fantastic experience: We were travelling to Destin and my daughter's baby tooth fell out with a brace on, no orthodontist in the area would see her but Sandy Smiles saw her with no problems and treated her so kindly. We really appreciate them helping us out in a sticky situation!

Fantastic experience: Our first appointment went very smooth. We got imaging and a care plan completed, and we were able to place spacers, saving us an extra appointment. This office is very child friendly, although they serve adults as well. My 3 children were entertained with opportunities to color, play with toys and access a tablet for games if they wanted to. My child recieving treatment was included in the explanation and given the chance to fully understand and prepare for the process, putting his mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: We always have an amazing experience with Dr. Swickel and her staff. For my kids who are not fans of dental work, she is able to effortlessly treat them without then feeling any anxiety. Their treatment plans are easy to follow and any adjustments are clearly explained. Her staff is always smiling and truly care about each and every patient. ,

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile from the receptionist and was given a tour of the office. The office was so cool with many things for the kids to do. The facility is lovely, accommodating and staff is so friendly. while all my orthodontic needs were met, the shining star of the whole place is Miss Kay! She was able to get my shy, clingy toddler out of her shell during my appointment and she calmed her down. My daughter was calling her grandma by the time we were leaving! thank you guys so much for the warm welcome, and making a long time dream of mine to have straight teeth, come true. From the moment we walked in the door for the free consultation, it was hospitable, professional and it felt like we were a part of their family! The fabulous Debra gave us a tour and showed us how to use their easy check in, a place to brush your teeth before your appointment as a last chance to get them clean. Coloring contests and drawings are offered. Every time we walk in, we are greeted and the environment is so pleasant and we seem to know a lot of existing patients as well in our community. That made me feel like we are in the right place. We were able to use our insurance and set up an affordable payment plan. Emily helped explain everything we would need to do. My daughter told me she actually enjoys going to the dentist now and she feels comfortable with Dr. Z and her beautiful smile. Kelly put on her braces and Ava loves her! She helped her pick out her colors, too, so many choices. We are so happy that we found Sandy Smiles. We will be with them for 2 years and I’m sure by the end, we will still feel like we are a part of a happy family of professionals. Thank you for going the extra mile with your patients! Fantastic experience: My son broke a bracket while we were in town visiting from out of the state. Deborah was so sweet and helpful, she got us checked in, wire trimmed and back on our way within 5 minutes.

One moment that really stood out to me was seeing a young boy receiving care while his parents were at the front desk, yet the staff remained just as attentive and compassionate with him. As a mother, that meant everything to me. I am genuinely grateful to everyone I encountered today. Relocating is never easy, and finding trustworthy medical providers can be even more challenging. Fantastic experience: the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The receptionist gave us a tour of where everything was which was super helpful. Everyone knew my name, and everyone was super happy and cheerful. There was even a place to brush your teeth (with disposable toothbrushes and mouthwash) and an area for younger kids to play video games, read books, or play with magnets. My younger siblings loved it there and so did I, even though im normally scared at the dentist. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Military member. Found these guys at freedom fest last year on base, and had an incredible experience. It was hot and my baby needed to feed, they were so kind and gave me shade and a fan to feed her on a hot day. I never forgot their kindness and as it so happened my perm. retainers failed me and I found myself seeking ortho care. From the moment I walked through the doors I was warmly greeted. Invisilign in progress and there was a military discount, pay in full discount, and referral discount from my encounter with them at freedom fest. All together 4K and lifetime help with retainers!
